Abstract
The invention provides a preparation method of a wet garbage compost biological deodorant, belonging to the technical field of deodorant preparation; the invention comprises the following steps: firstly, preparing microbial fermentation liquor; secondly, inoculating corresponding strains, and performing microbial fermentation to realize strain recovery; step three, uniformly mixing the fermentation products; fourthly, introducing pure malodorous gas; step five, program drying; and sixthly, packaging and storing the dried particles, and putting the particles into a special biological filler. The biological filler prepared from the deodorant disclosed by the invention is convenient to use and strong in microbial viability; and the dried odor can be transported for use, has strong pertinence, and has the characteristic of high removal efficiency on various odors.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an environment-friendly technology, in particular to a preparation method of a wet garbage compost biological deodorant, belonging to the technical field of gas treatment.
Background
The biological trickling filter is widely applied to chemical industry and environmental protection industry. In the prior art, the research on malodorous gas generated in the wet garbage treatment process is limited; especially the targeted biological strain cultivation is carried out according to the component characteristics of the wet garbage and the generated malodorous gas in China.
The malodorous gas generated in the wet garbage treatment process, such as methyl mercaptan, hydrogen sulfide, ammonia gas, methanol and the like, has various varieties and complex components and is difficult to remove.
In the prior art, the preparation method of the biological deodorant comprises the following steps: (1) recovering the strain; (2) preparing seed liquid; (3) preparing solution A and solution B; (4) and mixing the solution A and the solution B according to a specific volume ratio to obtain the biological deodorant.
However, the deodorant in the prior art has the following problems: 1. the culture medium has poor specificity, cannot be applied to all gases, has an unclear application range and has poor suitability for the cultured microorganisms.
And the strains are few in variety, not abundant, inconvenient to store and inconvenient to use.

The invention provides a novel preparation method of a wet garbage compost biological deodorant, which is used for solving the technical problems of poor biological deodorization and strain use effects in the prior art by setting and culturing different strains for mixing, then screening the strains by environment and then drying the strains.
The preparation method of the wet garbage compost biological deodorant provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises the following steps:
firstly, preparing microbial fermentation liquor;
secondly, inoculating corresponding strains, and performing microbial fermentation to realize strain recovery;
step three, uniformly mixing the fermentation products;
fourthly, introducing pure malodorous gas;
step five, program drying;
and sixthly, packaging and storing the dried particles, and putting the particles into a special biological filler.
The preparation method of the wet garbage compost biological deodorant comprises the following steps of preparing three kinds of fermentation liquor, namely a first fermentation liquor, a second fermentation liquor and a third fermentation liquor in the first step;
the first fermentation liquid is prepared by adding 18-22g of glucose, 16-17g of peptone, 0.5g of beef extract, 18-22g of agar, 1g of straw powder, 3g of highland barley powder and 5g of soybean meal into 1L of physiological saline;
the second fermentation liquid is 1L physiological saline added with 8-12g beef extract, 8-12g peptone, 20g glucose, 2g K2HPO40.5g of MgSO4·7H2O, 0.25g of MnSO4·H2O, 1g tween-80, 1g sodium acetate and adjusted to pH 6.5 using ammonium citrate;
adding 8-12g of Na into 1L of physiological saline as third fermentation liquid2S2O3·5H2O,4gKH2PO44g of K2HPO4,0.5gMgSO4·7H2O,0.4gNH4Cl, and 10mL of a trace element solution;
wherein the formulation of the trace element solution is that 50g of EDTA disodium salt and 22g of ZnSO4 & 7H are added into 1L of distilled water2O, 5g of CaC125.06g of MnCl2·4H2O and 4g of FeSO4·7H2O。
In the second step, the spore bacteria are revived and then added into the first fermentation liquid, the filamentous bacteria are added into the second fermentation liquid, the Weissella bacteria are added into the third fermentation liquid, and the incubator temperature of the three fermentation liquids is kept at 22-28 ℃ for 3 days;

The preparation method of the wet garbage compost biological deodorant comprises the step four, the liquid evenly mixed in the step three is placed into a sterile incubator, malodorous gas to be treated is introduced, the incubation time is 24-72 hours, and the malodorous gas to be treated is 90-150 ppm.
The preparation method of the wet garbage compost biological deodorant comprises the steps of adding 20g of glucose, 15g of peptone, 0.5g of beef extract, 20g of agar, 1g of straw powder, 3g of highland barley powder and 5g of soybean meal into 1L of physiological saline to prepare a first fermentation solution;
the second fermentation liquid is 1L of physiological saline, and 10g of beef extract, 10g of peptone, 20g of glucose and 2g of K are added2HPO40.5g of MgSO4·7H2O, 0.25g of MnSO4·H2O, 1g tween-80, 1g sodium acetate and adjusted to pH 6.5 using ammonium citrate;

The preparation method of the wet garbage compost biological deodorant provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises the following steps:
firstly, preparing microbial fermentation liquor;
specifically, three kinds of fermentation liquor are prepared, namely a first fermentation liquor, a second fermentation liquor and a third fermentation liquor;
the first fermentation liquid is prepared by adding 20g of glucose, 15g of peptone, 0.5g of beef extract, 20g of agar, 1g of straw powder, 3g of highland barley powder and 5g of soybean meal into 1L of physiological saline;
the second fermentation liquid is 1L of physiological saline, and 10g of beef extract, 10g of peptone, 20g of glucose and 2g of K are added2HPO40.5g of MgSO4·7H2O, 0.25g of MnSO4·H2O, 1g tween-80, 1g sodium acetate and adjusted to pH 6.5 using ammonium citrate;

Secondly, inoculating corresponding strains, and performing microbial fermentation to realize strain recovery; specifically, the spore bacteria are revived and then added into the first fermentation liquid, the filamentous bacteria are added into the second fermentation liquid, the Weissella bacteria are added into the third fermentation liquid, and the temperature of an incubator for the three fermentation liquids is kept at 25 ℃ for 3 days;
the spore bacteria comprise: one or more of bacillus subtilis, bacillus solitarius, leuconostoc mesenteroides, bacillus amylovorus and bacillus Oleronius;
the filamentous fungi include: one or more of sulfur-producing bacteria, 021 type bacteria and coccobacillus.
Step three, uniformly mixing the fermentation products; and uniformly mixing the first fermentation liquid, the second fermentation liquid and the third fermentation liquid of the fermentation product according to the ratio of 2:2: 1.
Fourthly, introducing pure malodorous gas; putting the uniformly mixed liquid in the third step into a sterile incubator, and introducing malodorous gas to be treated for 24-72 hours, wherein the malodorous gas to be treated is 90-150 ppm;
in general, it is preferable to introduce 100ppm of ammonia gas, 5ppm of hydrogen sulfide, and 5ppm of methyl mercaptan depending on the composition of wet garbage, and to culture them for 1 day.
Step five, program drying; the procedure drying is drying by a dryer, the temperature is kept at 65-80 ℃, and the drying time is 0.5-2.5 hours.
And sixthly, packaging and storing the dried particles, and putting the particles into a special biological filler.

firstly, preparing microbial fermentation liquor;
secondly, inoculating corresponding strains, and performing microbial fermentation to realize strain recovery;
step three, uniformly mixing the fermentation products;
fourthly, introducing malodorous gas to be treated;
step five, program drying;
and sixthly, packaging and storing the dried particles, and putting the particles into a special biological filler.
2. A method for preparing a biological deodorant for wet waste composts as claimed in claim 1, wherein in the first step, three kinds of fermentation liquors are prepared, which are a first fermentation liquor, a second fermentation liquor and a third fermentation liquor, respectively;
the first fermentation liquid is prepared by adding 18-22g of glucose, 16-17g of peptone, 0.5g of beef extract, 18-22g of agar, 1g of straw powder, 3g of highland barley powder and 5g of soybean meal into 1L of physiological saline;
the second fermentation liquid is 1L physiological saline added with 8-12g beef extract, 8-12g peptone, 20g glucose, 2g K2HPO40.5g of MgSO4·7H2O, 0.25g of MnSO4·H2O, 1g tween-80, 1g sodium acetate and adjusted to pH 6.5 using ammonium citrate;
adding 8-12g of Na into 1L of physiological saline as third fermentation liquid2S2O3·5H2O,4gKH2PO44g of K2HPO4,0.5gMgSO4·7H2O,0.4gNH4Cl, and 10mL of a trace element solution;
wherein the formulation of the trace element solution is that 50g of EDTA disodium salt and 22g of ZnSO4 & 7H are added into 1L of distilled water2O, 5g of CaC125.06g of MnCl2·4H2O and 4g of FeSO4·7H2O。

A method for preparing a wet garbage compost biological deodorant as claimed in claim 2, wherein in the second step, spore bacteria are revived and added to the first fermentation broth, filamentous bacteria are added to the second fermentation broth, weissella bacteria are added to the third fermentation broth, and the incubator temperature of the three fermentation broths is maintained at 22-28 ℃ for 3 days;
