本发明涉及消毒剂技术领域，且公开了一种二元包装低温消毒剂配方，包括A剂和B剂，所述A剂为粉剂，A剂的主料为过硫酸氢钾复合物60～65％、氯化钠0～1.8％、氨基磺酸2～10％；本发明还提出了一种二元包装低温消毒剂使用方案，包括以下步骤：S1：第一方式，将A剂100克加入20千克液体状态的B剂，然后搅拌混合均匀；S2：第二方式，将粉剂B剂加水搅拌或摇动溶解配置成15～35％溶液20千克，然后加入100克A剂。本发明低温消毒剂根据液体B剂中氯化钠和氯化钙含量的不同或根据粉剂B剂配置的水溶液中氯化钠和氯化钙含量的不同，可以适用于不同的低温环境消毒。

技术领域
本发明涉及消毒剂技术领域，具体为一种二元包装低温消毒剂配方和使 用方案。
背景技术
消毒剂是用于杀灭传播媒介上病原微生物的药物，其将病原微生 物消灭于人体之外，切断传染病的传播途径，达到控制传染病的目的。 按照作用的水平，消毒剂可分为灭菌剂、高效消毒剂、中效消毒剂、 低效消毒剂。新型冠状病毒传染性高，对环境适应能力强，在低温和 超低温环境能继续生存和传播，在全世界的冷链加工和运输中持续检 测出阳性。
授权公开号为CN102265904B的专利，公开了一种复合过硫酸氢钾消毒剂 及其制造工艺，该复合过硫酸氢钾消毒剂，按质量百分比含量计，包括过硫 酸氢钾复合物60～65％、氯化钠0～1.8％、氨基磺酸2～10％、十二烷基苯磺酸钠 0～2％、六偏磷酸钠0～10％、柠檬酸钠0～25％、酒石酸钠0～25％、香味剂0～0.2％ 以及色素0～0.12％；上述专利，适用于常温环境，不能直接应用于0℃以下的 环境；本用于低温消毒的发明专利中，利用其做为二元配方A剂的基础配方， 辅以1～5％的聚乙烯吡咯烷酮，和B剂搭配达到低温环境消毒的效果，同时是 符合安全、环保和健康卫生要求的一种二元包装低温消毒剂配方和使用方案。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足，本发明提供了一种二元包装低温消毒剂配方和使 用方案，主要为解决了现有的消毒剂使用不够安全，不符合环保和健康要求， 不能适用与不同的低温环境的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现上述目的，本发明提供如下技术方案：
一种二元包装低温消毒剂配方，包括A剂和B剂，所述A剂为粉剂，A剂 的主料为过硫酸氢钾复合物60～65％、氯化钠0～1.8％、氨基磺酸2～10％、十 二烷基苯磺酸钠0～2％、六偏磷酸钠0～10％、柠檬酸钠0～25％、酒石酸钠 0～25％、香味剂0～0.2％以及色素0～0.12％，所述主料占比为95～99％，所述 A剂的辅料为1～5％的聚乙烯吡咯烷酮，所述B剂为粉剂或液体的形式存在， 以粉剂存在时化学成分为氯化钠和氯化钙的一种或多种，以液体存在时，水 溶液中含氯化钠0～25％，含氯化钙0～35％。
进一步的，所述B剂以液体存在时水溶液中氯化钠范围为22.5～23.5％。
在前述方案的基础上，所述A剂的主料中氨基磺酸2～10％、十二烷基苯 磺酸钠0～2％。
本发明还提出了一种二元包装低温消毒剂使用方案，包括以下步骤：
S1：第一方式，将A剂100克加入20千克液体状态的B剂，然后搅拌混 合均匀；
S2：第二方式，将粉剂B剂加水搅拌或摇动溶解配置成15～35％溶液20千 克，然后加入100克A剂，搅拌混合均匀；
S3：消毒，使用S1或者S2中制备的液体采用浸泡、擦拭、喷洒或喷雾 的方式进行消毒。
进一步的，所述S2中将粉剂B剂加水搅拌或摇动溶解配置成25～30％溶液 20千克，然后加入100克A剂，搅拌混合均匀。
(三)有益效果
与现有技术相比，本发明提供了一种二元包装低温消毒剂配方和使用方 案，具备以下有益效果：
1、本发明的低温消毒剂根据液体B剂中氯化钠和氯化钙含量的不同或根 据粉剂B剂配置的水溶液中氯化钠和氯化钙含量的不同，可以适用于不同的 低温环境消毒。
2、本发明采用的配方体系，生产、储存、运输和使用安全，无有害二次 残留，和氯制剂比更符合安全、环保和健康的要求。
3、本发明与现有的氯制剂等低温消毒剂相比，1千克A剂，60千克粉剂 B剂，可配置201千克现场使用的低温消毒剂，效能更高。

实施例1
参照图1-2，一种二元包装低温消毒剂配方，包括A剂和B剂，A剂为粉 剂，A剂的主料为过硫酸氢钾复合物62％、氯化钠1.8％、氨基磺酸9％、十 二烷基苯磺酸钠2％、六偏磷酸钠14％、柠檬酸钠10％、酒石酸钠1％、香 味剂0.1％以及色素0.1％，所述主料占比为98％，所述A剂的辅料为2％的聚 乙烯吡咯烷酮，A剂的总质量为100克，B剂为粉剂化学成分为氯化钠，发明 的低温消毒剂根据液体B剂中氯化钠和氯化钙含量的不同或根据粉剂B剂配 置的水溶液中氯化钠和氯化钙含量的不同，可以适用于不同的低温环境消毒， 采用的配方体系，生产、储存、运输和使用安全，无有害二次残留，和氯制 剂比更符合安全、环保和健康的要求。
本发明还提出了一种二元包装低温消毒剂使用方案，包括以下步骤：
S2：第二方式，将粉剂B剂放入喷雾器中加水搅拌或摇动溶解配置成氯 化钠质量百分比23.1％的水溶液20千克，然后加入100克A剂，搅拌混合均 匀；
S3：消毒，使用S2中制备的液体溶解后在30分钟内对温度为-20℃低温 环境物体表面进行浸泡或喷洒消毒，消毒时间10分钟，利用上述配方和使用 方案，10分钟内可以有效达到消毒效果。
实施例2
参照图1-2，一种二元包装低温消毒剂配方，包括A剂和B剂，A剂为粉 剂，A剂的主料为过硫酸氢钾复合物60％、氯化钠1.8％、氨基磺酸10％、 十二烷基苯磺酸钠2％、六偏磷酸钠15％、柠檬酸钠11.2％，所述主料占比 为98％，所述A剂的辅料为2％的聚乙烯吡咯烷酮，A剂的总质量为100克，B 剂为粉剂化学成分为氯化钙，发明的低温消毒剂根据液体B剂中氯化钠和氯 化钙含量的不同或根据粉剂B剂配置的水溶液中氯化钠和氯化钙含量的不同， 可以适用于不同的低温环境消毒，采用的配方体系，生产、储存、运输和使 用安全，无有害二次残留，和氯制剂比更符合安全、环保和健康的要求。

参照图1-2，一种二元包装低温消毒剂配方，包括A剂和B剂，A剂为粉 剂，A剂的主料为过硫酸氢钾复合物65％、氨基磺酸9％、十二烷基苯磺酸钠2％、六偏磷酸钠14％、柠檬酸钠5％、酒石酸钠5％，所述主料占比为96％， 所述A剂的辅料为4％的聚乙烯吡咯烷酮，A剂的总质量为100克，B剂为粉剂 化学成分为氯化钙，发明的低温消毒剂根据液体B剂中氯化钠和氯化钙含量 的不同或根据粉剂B剂配置的水溶液中氯化钠和氯化钙含量的不同，可以适 用于不同的低温环境消毒，采用的配方体系，生产、储存、运输和使用安全， 无有害二次残留，和氯制剂比更符合安全、环保和健康的要求。

参照图1-2，一种二元包装低温消毒剂配方，包括A剂和B剂，A剂为粉 剂，A剂的主料为过硫酸氢钾复合物65％、氯化钠1.8％、氨基磺酸10％、 十二烷基苯磺酸钠2％、六偏磷酸钠11.2％、柠檬酸钠10％，所述主料占比 为98％，所述A剂的辅料为2％的聚乙烯吡咯烷酮，A剂的总质量为100克，B 剂为液体氯化钠占比为23.1％，发明的低温消毒剂根据液体B剂中氯化钠和氯 化钙含量的不同或根据粉剂B剂配置的水溶液中氯化钠和氯化钙含量的不同， 可以适用于不同的低温环境消毒，采用的配方体系，生产、储存、运输和使 用安全，无有害二次残留，和氯制剂比更符合安全、环保和健康的要求。
本发明还提出了一种二元包装低温消毒剂使用方案，包括以下步骤：
S1：第一方式，将A剂100克加入20千克液体状态的B剂，然后搅拌混 合均匀；
S3：消毒，使用S2中制备的液体溶解后在30分钟内对温度为-20℃低温 冷库环境物体表面进行喷洒消毒，消毒时间10分钟，利用上述配方和使用方 案，10分钟内可以有效达到消毒效果。

1.一种二元包装低温消毒剂配方，包括A剂和B剂，其特征在于，所述A剂为粉剂，A剂的主料为过硫酸氢钾复合物60～65％、氯化钠0～1.8％、氨基磺酸2～10％、十二烷基苯磺酸钠0～2％、六偏磷酸钠0～10％、柠檬酸钠0～25％、酒石酸钠0～25％、香味剂0～0.2％以及色素0～0.12％，所述主料占比为95～99％，所述A剂的辅料为1～5％的聚乙烯吡咯烷酮，所述B剂为粉剂或液体的形式存在，以粉剂存在时化学成分为氯化钠和氯化钙的一种或多种，以液体存在时，水溶液中含氯化钠0～25％，含氯化钙0～35％。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种二元包装低温消毒剂配方，其特征在于，所述B剂以液体存在时水溶液中氯化钠范围为22.5～23.5％。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种二元包装低温消毒剂配方，其特征在于，所述A剂的主料中氨基磺酸2～10％、十二烷基苯磺酸钠0～2％。
4.一种二元包装低温消毒剂使用方案，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
S1：第一方式，将A剂100克加入20千克液体状态的B剂，然后搅拌混合均匀；
S2：第二方式，将粉剂B剂加水搅拌或摇动溶解配置成15～35％溶液20千克，然后加入100克A剂，搅拌混合均匀；
S3：消毒，使用S1或者S2中制备的液体采用浸泡、擦拭、喷洒或喷雾的方式进行消毒。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种二元包装低温消毒剂使用方案，其特征在于，所述S2中将粉剂B剂加水搅拌或摇动溶解配置成25～30％溶液20千克，然后加入100克A剂，搅拌混合均匀。
