Description

Rock aging repairing agent for fresh rock wound surface of high and steep slope and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of ecological restoration and water and soil conservation, in particular to a rock aging restoration agent for fresh rock wound surfaces of high and steep slopes, a preparation method and application.
Background
The description of the background of the invention pertaining to the related art to which this invention pertains is given for the purpose of illustration and understanding only of the summary of the invention and is not to be construed as an admission that the applicant is explicitly or implicitly admitted to be prior art to the date of filing this application as first filed with this invention.
In recent decades, with the large-scale construction of facilities and projects such as water conservancy, traffic, railways, mines and the like, a large amount of original landforms and vegetation are destroyed, an ecological system is damaged, and a large amount of damaged wound surfaces of exposed rock soil are formed. Relevant statistics show that: 75.4 kilohm of land occupied by more than medium-sized national mine enterprises2Wherein the exposed high and steep slope formed by open-pit mining accounts for 12.13 kilohm2. The vegetation soil is lost due to a large amount of stone side slopes, the slopes are mostly concentrated at more than 55 degrees, water and soil on the slope surface at the later stage are difficult to preserve, the natural growth and recovery of plants cannot be realized due to factors such as overhigh temperature of the rock surface under direct sunlight. The exposed fresh rock wound surface is sharp and abrupt, and is dull and dull, so that the visual pollution of regional landscape is caused, particularly the visual pollution of open pit and tailing pile is related, the rock wound surface is easy to become the source of heavy metal pollution of surrounding soil and water, and serious water and soil loss and heavy water and soil pollution and unbalance of ecological environment are caused.
At present, the ecological restoration technology for the steep slope has excessive greening, such as rock wall planting hole planting, cement lattice thick soil dressing, plant growing floating platform, ecological bag tying and other measures, so that the cost is huge, the later maintenance cost is high, vegetation is poor in sustainability and easy to degrade, and the slope is easy to destabilize to form disasters such as collapse and landslide. Some measures such as afforestation shielding, green paint brushing, green net laying and the like are even taken, but visual interference is not weakened, and the original cliff wall is not as natural.
The greening mode which is more economic and sustainable aiming at the damaged side slope wound surface is a foreign soil spray-seeding technology, and the technical names of the greening mode are various, such as foreign soil spray-seeding, mixed spray-seeding, dry spray-seeding, wet spray-seeding, high-order aggregate spray-seeding, vegetation concrete spray-seeding and the like, and the difference is spray-seeding machine equipment and spray-seeding base materials. Most of base materials are soil, organic wastes, bottom mud, a binder, a water-retaining agent, a fertilizer, a soil conditioner, cement, plant seeds and the like which are mixed according to a certain proportion, and the mixture is added with water and stirred and then is sprayed on a slope surface by professional spray-seeding equipment, so that a living soil layer can be provided for vegetation. The thickness of the alien soil is generally about 10 cm-20 cm. The technology is applied to the high and steep fresh rock wound surface, so that the stress is not relieved, the requirement on spray seeding equipment is high, the foreign soil layer is easy to collapse, the slope surface is unstable, the collapse is relatively sustainable, and the vegetation degradation in the later period is serious. Therefore, the application of the foreign soil spray-seeding technology in ecological restoration of high and steep slopes with the angle of more than 55 degrees is limited.
