When the outdoor temperature T is not less than the second preset outdoor temperature T2(T2 > T1) and the temperature of the air outlet is greater than the second preset inlet air temperature TC1 but not greater than the third preset inlet air temperature TC2 (TC1 < TC2), the four-way valve is electrified, the normal heating running mode of the air conditioner executes the air outlet mode of the inner machine main fan and the fresh air fan running simultaneously, namely: the fresh air fan and the inner machine main fan are operated, the outer fan and the compressor are normally operated, the wind gear of the fresh air fan can be adjusted according to requirements (the color of a display plate of a CO2 sensor is shown in detail in a windshield for controlling the fresh air fan according to CO 2), and the purposes of improving indoor heating capacity and enhancing the heating effect of the air conditioner are achieved.
When the outdoor temperature T outer tube is not less than the second preset outdoor temperature T2(T2 > T1) and the temperature of the air outlet is more than the third preset outdoor temperature TC2, the four-way valve is electrified, the normal heating operation mode of the air conditioner also executes the air outlet mode of the simultaneous operation of the inner main fan and the fresh air fan, namely: the fresh air fan and the inner machine main fan are operated, but the outer fan is stopped; aims at preventing high temperature and improving comfort;
when the outdoor temperature T is not less than the second preset outdoor temperature T2(T2 is more than T1) and the temperature of the air outlet is not more than the first preset outdoor temperature TC0(TC0 is more than TC1 is more than TC2), the four-way valve is electrified, the air conditioner normally heats the running mode, and the air outlet mode that the inner machine main fan and the fresh air fan run simultaneously is also executed, namely: the fresh air fan and the inner machine main fan run, but the outer fan runs; the wind shield of the fresh air fan can be changed according to the requirement (the color of the display panel of the CO2 sensor), and the comfort is improved.
Wherein, the flow of changing the wind shield of the fresh air fan according to the color of the display panel of the CO2 sensor is shown in figure 3,
when the air conditioner is operated, the CO2 concentration sensor detects the indoor CO2 concentration, as a preferable implementation mode of the embodiment of the invention, the CO2 concentration sensor is arranged at the return air of the indoor unit, when the CO2 concentration sensor is smaller than a first preset value M1, the display panel is green, when the CO2 concentration is larger than or equal to a first preset value M1 and not larger than a second preset value M2 (wherein M1 is less than M2), the display panel displays yellow, and when the CO2 concentration is larger than a second preset value M2, the display panel displays red. When the display panel is green and yellow, namely when the concentration of CO2 is not more than M2, the wind shield of the fresh air fan is reduced; when the display panel is red, namely when the concentration of CO2 is greater than M2, the wind shield of the fresh air fan is increased.
It should be noted that displaying different colors by the display panel to show the magnitude relationship between the air quality parameter and the preset value is only an optional implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, and different sound indications may also be given by the buzzer.
It can be understood that the temperature of other positions of the outdoor unit can be used as the outdoor temperature, or a new temperature sensor can be directly arranged to directly acquire the outdoor temperature. Condenser tube temperatures are used herein as an example only.
Similarly, the air quality parameter of the present embodiment may also be PM2.5 and other parameters representing air quality. In the actual control process, if a plurality of air quality parameters are simultaneously controlled, the control is carried out according to the control standard of each air quality parameter. Illustratively, if the concentration of CO2 and the concentration of PM2.5 are simultaneously controlled, as long as any one of the concentration of CO2 and the concentration of PM2.5 reaches a preset value, the control is carried out according to a control mode corresponding to the air quality parameter reaching the preset value.
According to the specific fresh air equipment control method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the outdoor temperature is compared with the first preset outdoor temperature and the second preset outdoor temperature, and the air outlet temperature is compared with the first preset air outlet temperature, the second preset air outlet temperature and the third preset air outlet temperature; and whether the fresh air fan, the inner machine main fan and the outer fan operate is controlled according to the two comparison results, and whether the operation gear of the fresh air fan is controlled according to the air quality parameter is judged according to the two comparison results. When the operation gear of the fresh air fan is controlled according to the air quality parameter, the operation gear of the fresh air fan is controlled according to the comparison result of the air quality parameter and the first preset value and the second preset value. The reliability of the operation of the fresh air fan when the outdoor temperature is lower can be ensured, and the comfort of the indoor air can be ensured.
In one embodiment, the present invention provides a fresh air device control apparatus, as shown in fig. 4, including:
the data acquisition module 41 is configured to acquire an outdoor temperature of a position where the outdoor unit is located, an air outlet temperature at an indoor air outlet, and an indoor air quality parameter;
as an optional implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, the data obtaining module 41 obtains the tube temperature of the condenser of the outdoor unit when obtaining the outdoor temperature of the position where the outdoor unit is located.
In practical control, air quality parameters include, but are not limited to: room C02 concentration, and/or room PM2.5 concentration.
Optionally, the fresh air device includes a device having the same structure and capable of performing similar functions, such as an air purifier, an auxiliary electric heating device, and the like.
The fan control module 42 is used for controlling whether the inner machine main fan, the fresh air fan and the outer fan operate or not according to the outdoor temperature and the air outlet temperature; and judging whether to control the operation gear of the fresh air fan according to the air quality parameter according to the outdoor temperature and the air outlet temperature.
As an optional implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, controlling whether the inner main fan, the fresh air fan, and the outer fan operate according to the outdoor temperature and the outlet temperature includes:
acquiring the magnitude relation between the outdoor temperature and the preset outdoor temperature and the magnitude relation between the air outlet temperature and the preset air outlet temperature; the preset outdoor temperature comprises a first preset outdoor temperature and a second preset outdoor temperature, and the first preset outdoor temperature is less than the second preset outdoor temperature; presetting the air-out temperature includes: the air conditioner comprises a first preset air outlet temperature, a second preset air outlet temperature and a second preset air outlet temperature, wherein the first preset air outlet temperature is less than the second preset air outlet temperature, and the second preset air outlet temperature is less than the third preset air outlet temperature;
and controlling whether the inner machine main fan, the fresh air fan and the outer fan operate or not according to the magnitude relation between the outdoor temperature and the preset outdoor temperature and the magnitude relation between the air outlet temperature and the preset air outlet temperature.
Wherein, whether the main fan of interior machine, new trend fan and the operation of outer fan include according to outdoor temperature and the big or small relation of predetermineeing outdoor temperature and the big or small relation control of air-out temperature and predetermineeing air-out temperature:
and when the outdoor temperature is not more than the first preset outdoor temperature, controlling the outer fan and the fresh air fan to stop running and controlling the inner machine main fan to run.
When the outdoor temperature is not less than the second preset outdoor temperature, the air outlet temperature is greater than the first preset air outlet temperature and not greater than the second preset air outlet temperature, the operation of the outer fan and the fresh air fan is controlled, and the operation stop of the inner machine main fan is controlled.
And when the outdoor temperature is not less than the second preset outdoor temperature, the air outlet temperature is greater than the second preset air outlet temperature and not greater than the third preset air outlet temperature, controlling the operation of the inner machine main fan, the fresh air fan and the outer fan.
And when the outdoor temperature is not less than the second preset outdoor temperature and the air outlet temperature is greater than the third preset air outlet temperature, controlling the outer fan to stop running and controlling the fresh air fan and the inner machine main fan to run.
And when the outdoor temperature is not less than the second preset outdoor temperature and the air outlet temperature is not more than the first preset air outlet temperature, controlling the operation of the inner machine main fan, the fresh air fan and the outer fan.
It should be noted that, whether the operation gear of the fresh air fan is controlled according to the air quality parameter according to the outdoor temperature and the air outlet temperature includes:
and when the outdoor temperature is not less than the second preset outdoor temperature, the air outlet temperature is greater than the second preset air outlet temperature and not greater than the third preset air outlet temperature, controlling the operation gear of the fresh air fan according to the air quality parameters.
And when the outdoor temperature is not less than the second preset outdoor temperature and the air outlet temperature is not more than the first preset air outlet temperature, controlling the operation gear of the fresh air fan according to the air quality parameter.
Further, according to the operation gear of air quality parameter control new trend fan includes:
judging the size relation between the air quality parameter and preset values, wherein the preset values comprise a first preset value, a second preset value and a third preset value, and the first preset value is smaller than the second preset value; and controlling the operation gear of the fresh air fan according to the size relation between the air quality parameter and the preset value. Specifically, when the air quality parameter is smaller than a first preset value, the operation gear of the fresh air fan is reduced; when the air quality parameter is not less than the first preset value and not more than the second preset value, reducing the operation gear of the fresh air fan; and when the air quality parameter is greater than the second preset value, the operation gear of the fresh air fan is increased.
Optionally, the method further comprises: and sending an alarm according to the size relation between the air quality parameter and the preset value. Illustratively, the alarm is generated by displaying different colors on the display panel. Specifically, when the air quality parameter is smaller than a first preset value, the display panel displays green; when the air quality parameter is not less than the first preset value and not more than the second preset value, the display panel displays yellow; when the air quality parameter is larger than the second preset value, the display panel displays red.
The fresh air equipment control device provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises a data acquisition module, a data processing module and a control module, wherein the data acquisition module is used for acquiring the outdoor temperature of the position of an outdoor unit, the air outlet temperature of an indoor air outlet and the indoor air quality parameter; and the fan control module is used for controlling whether the inner main fan, the fresh air fan and the outer fan operate according to the outdoor temperature and the air outlet temperature and judging whether to control the operation gear of the fresh air fan according to the air quality parameters according to the outdoor temperature and the air outlet temperature. The indoor air quality and the indoor air temperature are both ensured to be good, and a comfortable environment is provided for the indoor.
In an embodiment, the present invention further provides a fresh air device, as shown in fig. 5, including:
a processor 51; and the number of the first and second groups,
a memory 52 for storing the processor-executable instructions;
the processor is configured to perform the control method provided in the above-described embodiment. The processor of the fresh air equipment provided by the embodiment of the invention controls the running conditions of the main fan of the inner machine, the fresh air fan and the outer fan in the air conditioner according to the outdoor temperature, the air outlet temperature and the air quality parameters. The indoor air quality and the indoor air temperature are both ensured to be good, and a comfortable environment is provided for the indoor.

Claims (19)
1. A control method for fresh air equipment is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring the outdoor temperature of the position of an outdoor unit, the air outlet temperature of an indoor air outlet and indoor air quality parameters;
controlling whether an inner machine main fan, a fresh air fan and an outer fan operate or not according to the outdoor temperature and the air outlet temperature; and judging whether to control the operation gear of the fresh air fan according to the air quality parameter according to the outdoor temperature and the air outlet temperature.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein: whether the main fan of the inner unit, the fresh air fan and the outer fan operate or not is controlled according to the outdoor temperature and the air outlet temperature, and the method comprises the following steps:
acquiring the magnitude relation between the outdoor temperature and a preset outdoor temperature and acquiring the magnitude relation between the air outlet temperature and a preset air outlet temperature; the preset outdoor temperature comprises a first preset outdoor temperature and a second preset outdoor temperature, and the first preset outdoor temperature is smaller than the second preset outdoor temperature; predetermine the air-out temperature and include: the air conditioner comprises a first preset air outlet temperature, a second preset air outlet temperature and a second preset air outlet temperature, wherein the first preset air outlet temperature is less than the second preset air outlet temperature, and the second preset air outlet temperature is less than the third preset air outlet temperature;
and controlling whether the inner machine main fan, the fresh air fan and the outer fan operate or not according to the magnitude relation between the outdoor temperature and the preset outdoor temperature and the magnitude relation between the air outlet temperature and the preset air outlet temperature.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein: whether the operation of the inner machine main fan, the fresh air fan and the outer fan is controlled according to the size relation between the outdoor temperature and the preset outdoor temperature and the size relation between the air outlet temperature and the preset air outlet temperature comprises the following steps:
and when the outdoor temperature is not more than the first preset outdoor temperature, controlling the outer fan and the fresh air fan to stop running, and controlling the inner machine main fan to run.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein: whether the operation of the inner machine main fan, the fresh air fan and the outer fan is controlled according to the size relation between the outdoor temperature and the preset outdoor temperature and the size relation between the air outlet temperature and the preset air outlet temperature comprises the following steps:
and when the outdoor temperature is not less than the second preset outdoor temperature, and the air outlet temperature is greater than the first preset air outlet temperature and not greater than the second preset air outlet temperature, controlling the operation of the outer fan and the fresh air fan, and controlling the stop operation of the main fan of the inner unit.

The method of claim 2, wherein: whether the operation of the inner machine main fan, the fresh air fan and the outer fan is controlled according to the size relation between the outdoor temperature and the preset outdoor temperature and the size relation between the air outlet temperature and the preset air outlet temperature comprises the following steps:
and when the outdoor temperature is not less than the second preset outdoor temperature, and the air outlet temperature is greater than the second preset air outlet temperature and not greater than the third preset air outlet temperature, controlling the operation of the inner machine main fan, the fresh air fan and the outer fan.

The method of claim 2, wherein: whether the operation of the inner machine main fan, the fresh air fan and the outer fan is controlled according to the size relation between the outdoor temperature and the preset outdoor temperature and the size relation between the air outlet temperature and the preset air outlet temperature comprises the following steps:
and when the outdoor temperature is not less than the second preset outdoor temperature and the air outlet temperature is greater than the third preset air outlet temperature, controlling the outer fan to stop running and controlling the fresh air fan and the inner machine main fan to run.

The method of claim 2, wherein: whether the operation of the inner machine main fan, the fresh air fan and the outer fan is controlled according to the size relation between the outdoor temperature and the preset outdoor temperature and the size relation between the air outlet temperature and the preset air outlet temperature comprises the following steps:

11. The method of claim 10, wherein: the step of controlling the operation gear of the fresh air fan according to the size relation between the air quality parameter and the preset value comprises the following steps:
when the air quality parameter is smaller than a first preset value, reducing the operation gear of the fresh air fan;
when the air quality parameter is not less than a first preset value and not more than a second preset value, reducing the operation gear of the fresh air fan;
and when the air quality parameter is greater than a second preset value, the operation gear of the fresh air fan is increased.
12. The method of claim 10, further comprising: and sending an alarm according to the size relation between the air quality parameter and a preset value.
13. The method of claim 12, wherein: the alarm is given by displaying different colors on the display panel.
14. The method of claim 13, wherein: the method for giving the alarm by adopting the display board to display different colors comprises the following steps:
when the air quality parameter is smaller than a first preset value, the display panel displays green;
when the air quality parameter is not less than a first preset value and not more than a second preset value, the display panel displays yellow;
and when the air quality parameter is larger than a second preset value, the display panel displays red.
