Specifically, the outside air can enter the casing 1 from the fresh air inlet 11, passes through the air treatment air channel 10 under the drive of the fresh air fan 2, is heated by the heating module 3, and then the temperature of the fresh air is improved, and the heated air can flow into the room from the fresh air outlet 12, so that when the air conditioner heats, the air conditioner can also provide warm fresh air to the room, and the comfort level can be effectively improved.
Moreover, because the air treatment air duct 10 and the heat exchange air duct 100a of the air conditioner are isolated from each other, the fresh air entering the room does not pass through the heat exchange air duct 100a, so that dust and bacteria in the fresh air doped heat exchange air duct 100a can be avoided, the fresh air is pure and fresh, and the comfort level can be further improved.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, a first air duct 13 and a second air duct 14 may be disposed in the housing 1 at intervals, the first air duct 13 and the second air duct 14 may be communicated through an air hole, and the fresh air fan 2 may be disposed in the first air duct 13. From this, the air that gets into casing 1 from new trend entry 11 can flow through first wind channel 13 and second wind channel 14 in proper order, increase speed by new trend fan 2 pressurization in the first wind channel 13 earlier, through heating module 3 heating and through the gas pocket, flow through after the second wind channel 14 from new trend export 12 inflow indoor, new trend fan 2 set up can increase the new trend amount of wind, and can improve the wind speed, cooperation heating module 3 can effectively improve the new trend temperature that gets into indoor, if supporting heating module 3 sets up humidification devices such as wet film, can also improve the humidity of the new trend that gets into indoor.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the heat exchange air duct 100a and the air processing device 100 may be located in an indoor unit of an air conditioner, and the casing 1 may further be provided with an indoor air inlet, that is, the air processing device 100 may be located in the indoor unit of the air conditioner in a manner isolated from the heat exchange air duct 100a, the heat exchange air duct 100a may suck indoor air from the indoor air inlet and send the air back to the indoor unit after a heat exchange cycle, and the air processing device 100 may suck outdoor air into the air processing air duct 10 from the outside and introduce fresh air into the indoor unit after processing.
As shown in fig. 2, an indoor unit 1000 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: an indoor heat exchange part including a housing 101, an indoor heat exchanger 102 and an indoor fan 103, wherein the indoor heat exchanger 102 and the indoor fan 103 may be disposed within the housing 101, and the air treatment device 100 may be disposed on the indoor heat exchange part.
It should be noted that the air treatment device 100 may be disposed inside a casing 101, and the casing 101 defines a housing of the air treatment device; the air treatment device 100 may be disposed outside the casing 101, and the casing of the air treatment device 100 is fixedly connected to the casing 101 of the indoor heat exchange portion.
For example, in the example shown in fig. 2, the interior of the indoor air conditioning unit 1000 may be divided into a first space 1001 and a second space 1002 located below the first space 1001, the heat exchange air duct 100a, the indoor heat exchanger 102, and the indoor fan 103 may be located in the first space 1001, and the indoor air conditioning unit 1000 may be provided with a fresh air inlet and a fresh air outlet which are communicated with the second space 1002.
Therefore, the casing, the indoor heat exchanger 102, the indoor fan 103 and the heat exchange air duct 100a can form a heat exchange system in the first space 1001 to perform heat exchange treatment on indoor air, and the air treatment device 100 can form a fresh air treatment system in the second space 1002 to introduce outdoor fresh air into a room after treatment.
Of course, the air treatment device 100 may be provided in the first space 1001 and the indoor heat exchange portion may be provided in the second space 1002, that is, the air treatment device 100 may be provided above the indoor heat exchange portion.
It should be noted that, in some embodiments, the air processing apparatus 100 may further include a switch module (not shown in the drawings), and the switch module may be matched with the fresh air inlet and the indoor air inlet to open or close the fresh air inlet and the indoor air inlet, so that the indoor air can be switched among three modes, i.e., the indoor air is circulated alone, the outdoor fresh air is introduced alone, and the indoor air is circulated while the indoor air is introduced into the indoor air, and the use is more convenient.
In some examples of the present invention, the indoor air conditioner 1000 may be a wall-mounted unit, that is, the indoor air conditioner 1000 may be hung on an indoor wall.

Wherein, the new trend entry can be located the middle part of the rear surface of shell 101, and the new trend export can be two to two new trend exports can be located the both sides of the front surface of shell 101. Like this, outdoor new trend can follow the second space 1002 that casing 101 was got into to the casing 101 rear portion, handles the back through air treatment plant 100, blows off from the front surface of casing 101, does benefit to realize that the new trend leads to the mouth "hidden" design, can improve the aesthetic property, can avoid getting into indoor new trend moreover and blow the people, and no wind is felt and is further promoted.
In other examples of the present invention, the indoor air conditioner 1000 may be a floor type air conditioner, that is, the indoor air conditioner 1000 is a cabinet type air conditioner. Alternatively, the second space 1002 may be located at a lower portion of the casing 101 and the fresh air outlet may be located at a middle portion of the casing 101, that is, the air treatment device 100 may be provided at a lower portion of the casing 101 and the indoor heat exchanger 102 and the indoor fan 103 may be provided at an upper portion of the casing 101.
Based on the air conditioner and the air processing device in the above embodiments, the invention provides a control method of the air conditioner.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of a control method of an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, the control method of the air conditioner includes the steps of:
s101, acquiring an indoor air index and an outdoor air index, acquiring indoor air humidity and outdoor air humidity, and acquiring air temperature of a fresh air inlet.
S102, respectively judging the indoor air index, the outdoor air index, the indoor air humidity, the outdoor air humidity and the air temperature of the fresh air inlet.
Wherein the air index is used to reflect the air quality, which includes at least CO in air2The concentration levels of (2) and (5) can also comprise concentration levels of dust, PM2.5 and the like in the air, such as the level A corresponding to high air quality, the level B corresponding to high air quality, the level C corresponding to low air quality, the level D corresponding to low air quality and the like. With CO2For the purpose of illustration, when CO is used as an example2Is less than 1000mg/m3When the air index is A level, the corresponding air index is A level; when CO is present2Has a concentration of 1000mg/m or more3And less than 1700mg/m3When the air index is in the B level, the corresponding air index is in the B level; when CO is present2The concentration of (A) is more than or equal to 1700mg/m3And less than 2400mg/m3When the air index is in the C level, the corresponding air index is in the C level; when CO is present2Has a concentration of 2400mg/m or more3The corresponding air index is class D and the like.
S103, when the indoor air index does not meet a first preset condition and the outdoor air index meets a third preset condition, or when the indoor air index meets the first preset condition, the indoor air humidity is smaller than a first preset humidity and the outdoor air humidity is larger than a second preset humidity, controlling the fresh air fan to be started, controlling the heating module to be started when the air temperature of the fresh air inlet is smaller than the first preset temperature until the indoor air index meets the second preset condition, and performing down-conversion control on the air conditioner if the indoor air humidity does not reach the second preset humidity, wherein the second preset humidity is larger than or equal to the first preset humidity.
In this embodiment, the first preset condition is necessarily satisfied when the air index satisfies the second preset condition, and the second preset condition is necessarily satisfied when the air index satisfies the third preset condition.
Wherein the first preset condition may be that the air index is at or below class C, i.e. the air quality is poor, good or excellent; the second preset condition may be that the air index is at or below class B, i.e. the air quality is good or excellent; the third preset condition may be that the air index is in class a, i.e. that the air quality is excellent. The second preset humidity is greater than or equal to the first preset humidity, and the first preset humidity, the second preset humidity and the first preset temperature can be calibrated as required, if the first preset humidity is 40%, the second preset humidity is 60% and the first preset temperature is 15 ℃.
Specifically, when the air conditioner operates in the heating mode, when the indoor air index is level D, the first preset condition is not met, the outdoor air index is level a, and the third preset condition is met, or when the indoor air index is level B, the first preset condition is met, the indoor air humidity is 35% and is less than the first preset humidity 40%, and the outdoor air humidity is 65% and is greater than the second preset humidity 60%, the fresh air fan is controlled to be started. If the air temperature at the fresh air inlet is 7 ℃ and is lower than the first preset temperature of 18 ℃, the heating module can be controlled to be started so as to heat the air entering from the fresh air inlet, and the fresh air temperature is increased. When the indoor air index is B level and meets the second preset condition, if the indoor air humidity is 50% and the second preset humidity is not 60%, the frequency reduction control can be performed on the air conditioner, that is, the operating frequency of a compressor of the air conditioner is reduced, so that the heating power of the air conditioner is weakened, the reduction rate of the indoor humidity during heating of the air conditioner is reduced, and meanwhile, the energy consumption of the air conditioner can be reduced.
In an example of the invention, a vent can be arranged between the heat exchange air duct and the air treatment air duct, the vent can be controlled to be opened while the heating module is controlled to be opened so as to communicate the heat exchange air duct and the air treatment air duct, and further, part of the heated fresh air can be mixed with the air conditioning air in the heat exchange air duct and is discharged to the indoor through an air outlet of the heat exchange air duct, so that the air quality of the heated air conditioning air can be improved.
Further, after the heating module is opened, the air temperature of the fresh air outlet is obtained, whether the air temperature of the fresh air outlet reaches the second preset temperature is judged at intervals of second preset time t2, and when the air temperature of the fresh air outlet does not reach the second preset temperature, the heating module is controlled to be closed, and the fresh air fan is controlled to be in a standby state.
Wherein, the second preset time t2 can be calibrated as required. The second preset temperature is higher than the first preset temperature, and the second preset temperature can be calibrated as required, for example, the second preset temperature is 20 ℃. It is understood that the second preset temperature should be less than the heating temperature of the air conditioner set by the user.
Specifically, after the heating module is started, the air temperature of the fresh air outlet is obtained in real time, whether the air temperature of the fresh air outlet does not reach the second preset temperature in the time period is judged at intervals of the second preset time t2, if yes, the temperature of the fresh air entering the fresh air inlet is very low, and even if the fresh air is heated by the heating module, the temperature rise requirement cannot be met, so that the heating module can be closed, the fresh air fan is controlled to be in a standby state in consideration of the temperature requirement of a user, unnecessary energy consumption is reduced, and meanwhile, the fresh air with very low temperature is prevented from being pumped into a room,
correspondingly, if the air temperature of new trend export reaches the second and predetermines the temperature, then the control heating module all keeps the open mode with the new trend fan to when lasting to the indoor pump income new trend, carry out heat treatment to the new trend, from this, can not only improve the room air, can also satisfy the user to the demand of indoor ambient temperature.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the fresh air fan is started, whether the indoor air index meets the second preset condition is judged at intervals of a first preset time t1, and when the indoor air index meets the second preset condition, whether the indoor air humidity reaches the second preset humidity is judged.
Optionally, when the fresh air fan is turned on, it may be operated at a preset maximum rotation speed Nmax.
The maximum rotating speed Nmax and the first preset time t1 can be calibrated according to requirements.
Further, as shown in fig. 4, after performing the frequency reduction control on the air conditioner, it is continuously determined whether the indoor air humidity reaches the second preset humidity, and when the indoor air humidity does not reach the second preset humidity, the fresh air fan is kept in the on state.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, when the indoor air index does not satisfy the first preset condition and the outdoor air index does not satisfy the third preset condition, the fresh air fan is controlled to be in the standby state.
It should be noted that, in some embodiments of the present invention, in order to ensure the temperature requirement of the user, when the air temperature at the fresh air outlet is lower than the second preset temperature, the heating module is controlled to be turned off, and the fresh air fan is controlled to be in the standby state and to be in the highest priority. That is to say, when the new trend fan opens, and after the heating module opened, no matter how indoor outer air index, indoor outer air humidity, if every second preset time t2 judges that the air temperature of new trend export still is less than the second and predetermines the temperature, can't satisfy the basic demand of heating of user to the air conditioner, then control heating module closes to control new trend fan is in standby state.
In summary, according to the control method of the air conditioner of the embodiment of the invention, the fresh air fan of the air conditioner, the temperature of the fresh air pumped into the room and the frequency of the air conditioner can be controlled according to the indoor and outdoor air indexes, the indoor and outdoor air humidity and the air temperature of the fresh air inlet, so that the indoor air indexes and the indoor air temperature and humidity meet the comfort level requirements of users, and therefore, the use experience of the users on the air conditioner is improved.
Further, the present invention proposes a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program that, when executed by a processor, implements the control method of the air conditioner of the above-described embodiment.
