controlling the compressor to operate according to the indoor temperature and the outdoor temperature; and/or
Detecting the tube temperature of the evaporator;
and controlling the fresh air machine to operate according to the pipe temperature.
The invention provides an air conditioner control method, in one embodiment of the air conditioner control method, the air conditioner control method comprises the following steps:
step S10, detecting the indoor temperature and the outdoor temperature of the air conditioner when the air conditioner heats;
the air conditioner control method in the embodiment is suitable for matching an outdoor fresh air fan with an indoor unit, and a pollutant infector is arranged at an air return inlet of the air conditioner and can identify air pollution media such as particulate matters, CO2 (carbon dioxide), VOC (volatile organic compounds) and the like. And when the pollutant infector detects that the air pollution medium reaches a certain threshold value, the alarm processing is carried out to prompt the user that the current air pollution degree is higher.
In this embodiment, the air conditioner control method is applied to an air conditioner including a compressor, an evaporator, an indoor unit, an air deflector, and a fresh air blower. And the fresh air machine assembly also comprises a fresh air machine assembly shell, a fresh air pipe and a HEPA (high efficiency particulate air) net (filter screen). In addition, in this embodiment, outdoor air is sent into the room by the outdoor fresh air fan through positive pressure, and is filtered by the filter screen, and is introduced into the evaporator of the indoor unit after being purified, and is sent into the room after being subjected to heat exchange. For example, as shown in fig. 4, the fresh air fan assembly comprises a fresh air fan assembly shell 1, a fresh air pipe 2, a HEPA net 3 and a wall 4. New fan subassembly casing 1, new tuber pipe 2 and HEPA net 3 are installed on wall body 4, and outdoor air is sent into indoorly by outdoor new fan malleation, filters, purifies through HEPA net 3 to send into the indoor set evaporimeter in new fan subassembly casing 1 through new tuber pipe 2, send to indoorly after the heat transfer.
In the embodiment, when the air conditioner is in heating and is controlled to prevent cold wind, the outdoor temperature is detected by the outdoor unit environment temperature sensing bulb, and when the outdoor temperature is lower than T1(T1 is less than or equal to 7 ℃), the fresh air function can be started and operated only in the heating mode. Therefore, when the air conditioner is controlled to prevent cold wind in winter, the environment temperature sensing bulb in the air conditioner is firstly used for detecting whether the outdoor temperature is lower than T1, if the outdoor temperature is lower than T1, and a user enters a cold wind prevention mode after a new wind function input through a remote controller or APP in a starting heating state. Therefore, in this embodiment, the outdoor temperature can be detected by, for example, detecting the ambient temperature bulb of the outdoor unit, and the indoor temperature needs to be detected while detecting the outdoor temperature, and the indoor temperature can be detected by obtaining a fresh air command input by the user through the remote controller or APP, and detecting the indoor temperature within the preset time period according to the fresh air command, that is, the air conditioner detects the indoor temperature of the environment where the air conditioner is located through, for example, the temperature sensor within a continuous preset time period (e.g., 10 minutes).
Step S20, controlling the compressor to operate according to the indoor temperature and the outdoor temperature;
when the indoor temperature and the outdoor temperature of the air conditioner are detected, whether the outdoor temperature is in a low temperature state or not needs to be determined, and if the outdoor temperature T is less than or equal to 7 ℃. If the indoor temperature is higher than or equal to the first preset temperature (such as 20 ℃), detecting the indoor temperature, namely detecting whether the indoor temperature is higher than or equal to the first preset temperature or not, if the indoor temperature is higher than or equal to the first preset temperature, determining that the air conditioner enters a low-frequency starting mode, controlling the compressor to start at a low frequency (such as 20 hz-30 hz) according to the low-frequency starting mode, and slowly increasing the frequency to avoid that too much cold air outdoors is blown into the room to cause the indoor temperature to be reduced. If the indoor temperature is lower than the first preset temperature, whether the indoor temperature is higher than or equal to a third preset temperature (such as 10 ℃) or not needs to be detected, if so, the air conditioner is determined to enter a low-frequency starting mode, the compressor is controlled to be started at a low frequency (such as 20 hz-30 hz) according to the low-frequency starting mode, and the frequency is slowly increased. If the indoor temperature is lower than the third preset temperature, the air conditioner enters a high-frequency starting mode, and the compressor is controlled to start at a higher frequency (such as 70 hz-90 hz) according to the high-frequency starting mode and to increase the frequency. Wherein, the low frequency starting mode is that the air conditioner controls the compressor to start at a low frequency (such as 20 hz-30 hz). The high frequency starting mode is that the air conditioner controls the compressor to start at a high frequency (for example, 70hz to 90 hz).
For example, if the indoor temperature Ti is monitored TO be more than or equal TO 20 ℃ and the outdoor temperature TO is monitored TO be less than or equal TO 7 ℃ continuously for 10 minutes, the indoor heating equipment is judged TO be operated, the output of the compressor is irrelevant TO the set temperature of the remote controller, only the minimum output for offsetting the hot air load is ensured, and when the indoor temperature Ti is more than or equal TO 20 ℃ and the outdoor temperature TO is less than or equal TO 7 ℃, the air conditioner enters a low-frequency starting mode, the compressor is started at 20hz TO 30hz, and the frequency is slowly increased. If the indoor temperature is monitored TO be more than or equal TO 10 ℃ and less than 20 ℃ and the outdoor temperature TO is less than or equal TO 7 ℃ continuously for 10 minutes, the indoor heating equipment is judged TO be operated, but the heating quantity is limited, the output of the compressor is operated according TO normal logic, namely, the maximum heating frequency is determined according TO the temperature set by the remote controller, the windshield of the fresh air fan is not limited, when the indoor temperature is more than or equal TO 10 ℃ and less than 20 ℃ and the outdoor temperature T is less than or equal TO 7 ℃, the air conditioner enters a low-frequency starting mode, and the compressor is started at 20hz TO 30hz and slowly increases. If the indoor temperature Ti is monitored TO be less than 10 ℃ and the outdoor temperature TO is monitored TO be less than or equal TO 7 ℃ continuously for 10 minutes, the indoor operation without heating equipment is judged, the output of the compressor operates according TO normal logic, and the fresh air fan can only open a middle-grade or lower windshield in an automatic mode, so that the minimum fresh air requirement is ensured, and the energy consumption is saved. And when the indoor temperature Ti is less than 10 ℃ and the outdoor temperature T is less than or equal to 7 ℃, the air conditioner enters a high-frequency starting mode, and the compressor is started at 70hz to 90hz and is subjected to frequency raising.
Step S30, and/or detecting the tube temperature of the evaporator;
and step S40, controlling the fresh air fan to operate according to the pipe temperature.
After the compressor is operated, the temperature of the evaporator can be detected, and whether the temperature of the evaporator is higher than a preset set temperature t (which can be set by a user, generally, t is preferably more than or equal to 35 ℃ and less than or equal to 45 ℃) can be determined. If the temperature of the pipe is higher than the preset set temperature, the frequency starting mode of the air conditioner needs to be determined, if the frequency starting mode of the air conditioner is the low-frequency starting mode, the windshield of the indoor unit of the fresh air fan is controlled to operate in a set windshield mode, the air deflector is turned to a cold air prevention angle, and the windshield of the fresh air fan operates in a set windshield mode. The set windshield may include high gear, medium gear, low gear, etc. However, if the frequency starting mode of the air conditioner is the high-frequency starting mode, the windshield of the indoor unit of the fresh air fan needs to be controlled to set the windshield to operate, the air deflector is turned to the cold wind prevention angle, and the windshield of the fresh air fan operates at the low windshield. The set temperature t can be any temperature, and is not limited to 35 ℃ to 45 ℃ in the embodiment. And wind speeds are generally classified into three major categories of high, medium and low windshields in an air conditioner.
It should be noted that in this embodiment, when the outdoor temperature detected by the outdoor unit environmental thermometer bulb is lower than T1(T1 is less than or equal to 7 ℃), the fresh air function can only be started and operated in the heating mode; the compressor frequency is subjected TO load judgment by taking the outdoor temperature TO and the indoor temperature Ti as references, the provided heating capacity is equivalent TO the heat load increased by fresh air, and the energy consumption is not additionally increased; the fresh air fan wind shield, the indoor unit wind shield, the compressor starting mode and the air deflector angle are all related to the indoor temperature and the evaporator tube temperature; and judging whether heating equipment exists or not in the room according to different indoor temperatures, and providing different linkage schemes of a fresh air fan damper, an indoor unit damper and an air deflector.
In addition, in order to assist understanding of the principle of the air conditioner cold prevention function in the present embodiment, an example will be described below.
For example, as shown in fig. 5, in the winter cold air prevention control method for the fresh air conditioner, the outdoor temperature is detected by the outdoor unit environment temperature sensing bulb to serve as the cold air prevention control entry condition, and the entry condition further requires obtaining the button selection of the user for the "fresh air" control, that is, the user selects "fresh air" by the remote controller or the APP in the power-on state, and selects "fire-fighting cold air" by the button selection to exit the cold air prevention function. Then the outdoor air is sent into the room by positive pressure, and is introduced to the evaporator of the indoor unit after being filtered, and is sent into the room after heat exchange. And the entering mode of entering cold-proof wind is that when the outdoor temperature detected by the environment temperature sensing bulb is lower than T, the fresh air function can only be started in the heating mode, and the user selects the fresh air function through the remote controller or the APP and then enters the cold-proof wind mode in the starting and heating state, wherein T can be any value, and if T is set to be less than or equal to 15 ℃, T is less than or equal to 15 ℃. And after the air conditioner starts the cold air prevention mode, the execution process of the air conditioner is to obtain the indoor temperature firstly. When the temperature is T in the roomiAt a temperature of not less than 20 DEG COuter ToWhen the temperature is less than or equal to 7 ℃, the air conditioner enters a low-frequency starting mode, the compressor is started at 20-30 hz, the frequency is slowly increased, when the temperature Tg of the evaporator is more than t (t is less than or equal to 45 ℃ and less than or equal to 35 ℃), the windshield of the indoor unit runs through a set windshield, the air deflector is driven to a cold-wind-preventing angle, and the windshield of the fresh air fan runs through the set windshield. When the indoor temperature is less than or equal to 10 ℃ TiBelow 20 deg.C and outdoor ToWhen the temperature is less than or equal to 7 ℃, the air conditioner enters a low-frequency starting mode, the compressor is started at 20hz to 30hz, and the frequency is slowly increased; when the temperature Tg of the evaporator is more than or equal to t (t is more than or equal to 35 ℃), the windshield of the indoor unit runs by setting the windshield, the wind deflector is driven to the cold-proof angle, and the windshield of the fresh air fan runs by setting the windshield. When indoor TiBelow 10 deg.C and outdoor ToWhen the temperature is less than or equal to 7 ℃, the air conditioner enters a high-frequency starting mode, the compressor is started at 70hz to 90hz, when the temperature Tg of the evaporator tube is more than or equal to t (the temperature is less than or equal to 35 ℃) and the air damper of the indoor unit runs at a set wind shield, the air deflector is driven to a cold wind prevention angle, and the wind shield of the fresh air fan runs at a low wind shield. The comfort level of the user is improved until the temperature of the fresh air is raised and the air is supplied in winter.
In the embodiment, the indoor temperature and the outdoor temperature of the air conditioner are detected when the air conditioner heats; controlling the compressor to operate according to the indoor temperature and the outdoor temperature; and/or detecting the tube temperature of the evaporator; and controlling the fresh air machine to operate according to the pipe temperature. When the air conditioner heats, the compressor is controlled to operate according to the indoor temperature and the outdoor temperature of the air conditioner, and the fresh air fan is controlled to operate according to the pipe temperature of the evaporator, so that the phenomenon that the energy consumption is large due to the fact that the indoor temperature change is not considered when an electric heating scheme is adopted in the prior art is avoided. And because the operation of the fresh air machine is controlled according to the tube temperature of the evaporator, the air outlet temperature of the air conditioner is effectively ensured, and in the embodiment, different starting modes of the air conditioner are controlled according to different indoor temperatures, so that the intelligence of the air conditioner is improved, and the energy consumption of the air conditioner in cold wind prevention is reduced.
Further, a second embodiment of the air conditioner control method according to the present invention is further proposed on the basis of the first embodiment of the present invention, which is the step S10 of the first embodiment of the present invention, and a refinement of the step of controlling the operation of the compressor according to the indoor temperature and the outdoor temperature includes:
step a, detecting whether the indoor temperature is greater than or equal to a first preset temperature and whether the outdoor temperature is less than or equal to a second preset temperature;
in this embodiment, after detecting the indoor temperature and the outdoor temperature of the air conditioner, it is further required to detect whether the indoor temperature is greater than or equal to the first preset temperature and the outdoor temperature is less than or equal to the second preset temperature, and execute different operations according to different detection results. Wherein the first preset temperature may be any temperature preset by the user, such as 20 ℃. The second preset temperature may also be any temperature set in advance by the user, such as 7 ℃.
B, if the indoor temperature is greater than or equal to a first preset temperature and the outdoor temperature is less than or equal to a second preset temperature, determining that the air conditioner enters a low-frequency starting mode, and determining a first starting frequency of the compressor according to the low-frequency starting mode;
when the indoor temperature is greater than or equal to the first preset temperature and the outdoor temperature is less than the second preset temperature through judgment, the air conditioner can be determined to enter a low-frequency starting mode, and then the first starting power of the compressor is determined according to the low-frequency starting mode. If the outdoor temperature is higher than the second preset temperature, the outdoor temperature can be determined not to be in a low-temperature state, and the fresh air function of the air conditioner can not be started. Therefore, in the present embodiment, the outdoor temperature is required to be less than or equal to the second preset temperature. Wherein, the low frequency starting mode is that the air conditioner controls the compressor to start at a low frequency (such as 20 hz-30 hz). The first start-up power is a low power, e.g., any one of 20hz to 30 hz.
And c, acquiring a fresh air heat load of the air conditioner, determining a first operating frequency of the compressor according to the fresh air heat load, and controlling the operating frequency of the compressor to be increased from the first starting frequency to the first operating frequency.
After the first start-up frequency of the compressor is obtained, since the compressor is slowly up-converted, it is also necessary to know the first operating frequency of the compressor. At this time, because the indoor temperature is greater than or equal to the first preset temperature, the indoor heating equipment operation can be defaulted, and the output of the compressor only needs to consider the fresh air heat load of the air conditioner (the fresh air heat load is the heat consumption for heating the outdoor air entering the indoor from the air conditioning ventilation system) and does not need to consider the temperature set by the remote controller. And determining the running frequency of the compressor according to the minimum output power of the fresh air heat load. And after determining the first start-up frequency and the first operating frequency, the operating frequency of the compressor may be controlled to increase from the first start-up frequency to the first operating frequency. The first operating frequency may be a frequency at which the compressor normally operates.
In the embodiment, when the indoor temperature is determined to be greater than or equal to the first preset temperature and the outdoor temperature is determined to be less than or equal to the second preset temperature, the air conditioner is determined to enter the low-frequency starting mode, and the compressor is controlled to be increased to the first operating frequency to operate at the first starting frequency. Thereby ensuring the fresh air function of the air conditioner and avoiding the phenomenon that a user can obviously feel cold air indoors.
Further, after the step of detecting whether the indoor temperature is greater than or equal to a first preset temperature and the outdoor temperature is less than or equal to a second preset temperature, the method includes:
d, if the indoor temperature is lower than a first preset temperature and the outdoor temperature is lower than or equal to a second preset temperature, judging whether the indoor temperature is higher than or equal to a third preset temperature, wherein the third preset temperature is lower than the first preset temperature;
when the indoor temperature is found to be lower than the first preset temperature and the outdoor temperature is lower than or equal to the second preset temperature through judgment, whether the indoor temperature is higher than or equal to the third preset temperature or not needs to be judged, and different operations are executed according to different judgment results. Wherein the third preset temperature may be a temperature set by a user, such as 10 ℃, but the third preset temperature needs to be less than the first preset temperature.
And e, if the indoor temperature is greater than or equal to a third preset temperature, determining that the air conditioner enters a low-frequency starting mode, and controlling the compressor to operate based on the low-frequency starting mode.
When the indoor temperature is greater than or equal to the third preset temperature through judgment, the air conditioner can be determined to enter a low-frequency starting mode, the compressor is controlled to start at a low frequency (such as 20hz to 30hz) according to the low-frequency starting mode, and the air conditioner slowly operates in an ascending frequency mode.
In this embodiment, the air conditioner is determined to enter the low-frequency starting mode by determining that the indoor temperature is lower than the first preset temperature and is higher than or equal to the third preset temperature, and the compressor is controlled to operate according to the low-frequency starting mode, so that the fresh air function of the air conditioner is ensured, and the phenomenon that a user can obviously feel cold air indoors is avoided.
Further, the step of controlling the operation of the compressor based on the low frequency start mode includes:
step f, determining a second starting frequency of the compressor based on the low-frequency starting mode;
when it is determined that the air conditioner enters the low frequency starting mode, a second starting frequency of the compressor can be determined according to the low frequency starting mode. Wherein the second starting frequency is a low frequency of compressor operation (e.g., 20hz to 30 hz). And the first start-up power and the second start-up frequency may be the same or different, both being low frequencies.
And g, acquiring the input set temperature, determining a second operating frequency of the compressor according to the set temperature, and controlling the operating frequency of the compressor to be increased from the second starting frequency to the second operating frequency.
In this embodiment, after the second start frequency of the compressor is determined, a set temperature (which may be any temperature) input by a user needs to be obtained, the heating power of the air conditioner is calculated according to the set temperature, the minimum output power of the fresh air thermal load is calculated, the second operating frequency of the compressor is determined according to the heating power and the minimum output power of the fresh air thermal load, and the operating frequency of the compressor is controlled to be increased from the second start frequency to the second operating frequency.
In this embodiment, through confirming the second start frequency according to the low frequency start mode to confirm the second operating frequency according to the set temperature, control the compressor again and increase to the second operating frequency with the second start frequency and move, thereby ensured the new trend function of air conditioner, avoided the phenomenon that the user can obviously feel cold wind indoor to take place.
Further, after the step of determining whether the indoor temperature is greater than or equal to a third preset temperature, the method includes:
and h, if the indoor temperature is lower than a third preset temperature, determining that the air conditioner enters a high-frequency starting mode, and controlling the compressor to operate according to the high-frequency starting mode.
And when the indoor temperature is found to be lower than the third preset temperature through judgment, the air conditioner can be determined to enter a high-frequency starting mode, and the compressor can be controlled to operate at a high frequency according to the high-frequency starting mode. Wherein, the high frequency starting mode is that the air conditioner controls the compressor to start at a high frequency (such as 70 hz-90 hz).
In this embodiment, when it is determined that the indoor temperature is lower than the third preset temperature, it is determined that the air conditioner enters the high-frequency starting mode, and the compressor is controlled to operate according to the high-frequency starting mode, so that the fresh air function of the air conditioner is ensured, and the fresh air effect is the best.
Further, the step of controlling the operation of the compressor according to the high frequency start mode includes:
step k, determining a third starting frequency of the compressor according to the high-frequency starting mode;
when it is determined that the air conditioner enters the high frequency start mode, a third start frequency of the compressor may be determined according to the high frequency start mode. Wherein the third starting frequency may be a high frequency of compressor operation, such as 70hz to 90 hz.
And m, determining a third operating frequency of the compressor according to the input temperature, and controlling the operating frequency of the compressor to be increased from the third starting frequency to the third operating frequency.
The method comprises the steps of obtaining input temperature (any temperature) input by a user, calculating heating power of the air conditioner according to the input temperature, calculating minimum output power of a fresh air heat load, determining third operating frequency of a compressor according to the heating power and the minimum output power of the fresh air heat load, and controlling the operating frequency of the compressor to be increased from a third starting frequency to the third operating frequency.
In this embodiment, the third starting frequency is determined according to the high-frequency starting mode, the third operating frequency is determined according to the input temperature, and the operating frequency of the compressor is controlled to be increased from the third starting frequency to the third operating frequency, so that the fresh air function of the air conditioner is ensured, and the fresh air effect is the best.
Further, the step of controlling the operation of the fresh air machine according to the pipe temperature comprises the following steps:
step x, detecting whether the pipe temperature is greater than a preset pipe temperature, and if the pipe temperature is greater than the preset pipe temperature, determining whether a frequency starting mode of the air conditioner is a high-frequency starting mode;
and step y, if yes, controlling the fresh air fan to operate at a low windshield.
In this embodiment, after the tube temperature of the evaporator is detected, it is further determined whether the tube temperature is greater than the preset tube temperature, and if the tube temperature is less than or equal to the preset tube temperature, the waiting is continued until the tube temperature is greater than the preset tube temperature. If the pipe temperature is greater than the preset pipe temperature, whether the frequency starting mode of the air conditioner is the high-frequency starting mode needs to be determined, and if the frequency starting mode of the air conditioner is the high-frequency starting mode, the windshield of the fresh air fan is controlled to run at a low windshield. But if the frequency starting mode is the low-frequency starting mode, the windshield of the fresh air machine is controlled to run in a preset windshield, such as a high windshield, a medium windshield or a low windshield.
In the embodiment, when the pipe temperature is determined to be higher than the preset pipe temperature and the frequency starting mode of the air conditioner is the high-frequency starting mode, the fresh air machine is controlled to run in a low-windshield mode, and therefore the cold air prevention effect of the air conditioner is effectively guaranteed.
