When the outdoor temperature T is not less than the second preset outdoor temperature T2 (T2 > T1) and the air outlet temperature TC is greater than the first preset air outlet temperature TC0 but not greater than the second preset air outlet temperature TC1 (TC 1 > TC 0), the external fan is operated, at this time, the four-way valve is electrified, the air conditioner heats and operates, and a fresh air fan operation air outlet mode is executed, namely: the main fan of the inner machine stops, the fresh air fan operates, cold air is prevented, and comfortableness is guaranteed.
When the outdoor temperature T is not less than the second preset outdoor temperature T2 (T2 > T1) and the temperature of the air outlet is greater than the second preset air inlet temperature TC1 but not greater than the third preset air inlet temperature TC2 (TC 1 < TC 2), the four-way valve is electrified at the moment, the air conditioner is in a normal heating operation mode, and an inner main fan and a fresh air fan are executed to simultaneously operate an air outlet mode, namely: the fresh air fan and the inner main fan are operated, the outer fan and the compressor are operated normally, the wind shield of the fresh air fan can be adjusted according to requirements (the color of a display panel of the CO2 sensor is shown in detail, a windshield of the fresh air fan is controlled according to CO 2), and the purpose is to improve indoor heating capacity and enhance heating effect of the air conditioner.
When the outdoor temperature T outer pipe is not less than a second preset outdoor temperature T2 (T2 is more than T1) and the temperature of the air outlet is greater than a third preset outdoor temperature TC2, the four-way valve is electrified at the moment, the air conditioner is in a normal heating operation mode, and an inner main fan and a fresh air fan are also executed to simultaneously operate an air outlet mode, namely: the fresh air fan and the inner main fan are operated, but the outer fan is stopped; the purpose is to prevent high temperature and improve comfort;
when the outdoor temperature T is not less than the second preset outdoor temperature T2 (T2 is more than T1) and the temperature of the air outlet is not more than the first preset outdoor temperature TC0 (TC 0 is more than TC1 and less than TC 2), the four-way valve is electrified at the moment, and the air conditioner is in a normal heating operation mode, and an inner machine main fan and a fresh air fan are also operated in an air outlet mode at the same time, namely: the fresh air fan and the inner main fan are operated, but the outer fan is operated; can change the wind shield of new trend fan according to demand (CO 2 sensor display panel colour), improve the travelling comfort.
Wherein, the flow of changing the wind shield of the fresh air fan according to the color of the display panel of the CO2 sensor is shown in figure 3,
when the air conditioner is in operation, the CO2 concentration sensor detects the indoor CO2 concentration, and as a preferable implementation manner of the embodiment of the invention, the CO2 concentration sensor is arranged at the return air position of the indoor unit, when the CO2 concentration sensor is smaller than a first preset value M1, the display panel is green, when the CO2 concentration is larger than or equal to the first preset value M1 and not larger than a second preset value M2 (wherein M1 is smaller than M2), the display panel displays yellow, and when the CO2 concentration is larger than the second preset value M2, the display panel displays red. When the display panel is green and yellow, namely when the concentration of CO2 is not more than M2, the wind shield of the fresh air fan is reduced; when the display panel is red, namely when the concentration of CO2 is more than M2, the wind shield of the fresh air fan is improved.
It should be noted that, displaying different colors on the display panel to indicate the magnitude relation between the air quality parameter and the preset value is only an alternative implementation of the embodiment of the present invention, and may also be indicated by emitting different sounds through the buzzer.
It can be understood that, the temperature of other positions of the outdoor unit can be used as the outdoor temperature, or a new temperature sensor can be directly arranged to directly acquire the outdoor temperature. The condenser tube temperature is merely exemplified herein.
Similarly, the air quality parameter of the present application may also be PM2.5 and other parameters representing air quality. In the actual control process, if a plurality of air quality parameters are controlled simultaneously, the control is performed according to the control standard of each air quality parameter. For example, if the CO2 concentration and the PM2.5 concentration are simultaneously controlled, as long as any one of the CO2 concentration and the PM2.5 concentration reaches a preset value, the control is performed in a control manner corresponding to the one air quality parameter reaching the preset value.
According to the specific fresh air equipment control method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the outdoor temperature is compared with the first preset outdoor temperature and the second preset outdoor temperature, and the air-out temperature is compared with the first preset air-out temperature, the second preset air-out temperature and the third preset air-out temperature; and whether the fresh air fan, the inner main fan and the outer fan are operated is controlled according to the two comparison results, and whether the operation gear of the fresh air fan is controlled according to the air quality parameters is judged according to the two comparison results. When the running gear of the fresh air fan is controlled according to the air quality parameter, the running gear of the fresh air fan is controlled according to the comparison result of the air quality parameter and the first preset value and the second preset value. The operation reliability of the fresh air fan at a low outdoor temperature can be guaranteed, and the comfort of indoor air can be guaranteed.
In one embodiment, the present invention provides a fresh air device control apparatus, as shown in fig. 4, including:
the data acquisition module 41 is used for acquiring the outdoor temperature of the outdoor unit, the air outlet temperature of the indoor air outlet and the indoor air quality parameters;
as an alternative implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, the data obtaining module 41 obtains the tube temperature of the condenser of the outdoor unit when obtaining the outdoor temperature of the outdoor unit.
In actual control, air quality parameters include, but are not limited to: indoor C02 concentration, and/or indoor PM2.5 concentration.
Alternatively, the fresh air device includes devices having the same structure and capable of achieving similar functions, such as an air cleaner, an auxiliary electric heating device, and the like.
The fan control module 42 is used for controlling whether the main fan, the fresh air fan and the external fan of the internal machine run or not according to the outdoor temperature and the air outlet temperature; and judging whether to control the operation gear of the fresh air fan according to the air quality parameter according to the outdoor temperature and the air outlet temperature.
As an optional implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, controlling whether the main fan, the fresh air fan and the external fan of the internal machine operate according to the outdoor temperature and the air outlet temperature includes:
acquiring the magnitude relation between the outdoor temperature and the preset outdoor temperature, and acquiring the magnitude relation between the air-out temperature and the preset air-out temperature; the preset outdoor temperature comprises a first preset outdoor temperature and a second preset outdoor temperature, and the first preset outdoor temperature is smaller than the second preset outdoor temperature; the preset air outlet temperature comprises the following steps: the first preset air outlet temperature, the second preset air outlet temperature and the second preset air outlet temperature, wherein the first preset air outlet temperature is smaller than the second preset air outlet temperature, and the second preset air outlet temperature is smaller than the third preset air outlet temperature;
and controlling whether the main fan, the fresh air fan and the external fan of the internal machine run or not according to the magnitude relation between the outdoor temperature and the preset outdoor temperature and the magnitude relation between the air outlet temperature and the preset air outlet temperature.
Wherein, whether the main fan of the inner unit, the fresh air fan and the outer fan are operated according to the magnitude relation between the outdoor temperature and the preset outdoor temperature and the magnitude relation between the air outlet temperature and the preset air outlet temperature comprises:
when the outdoor temperature is not greater than the first preset outdoor temperature, the external fan and the fresh air fan are controlled to stop running, and the main fan of the internal machine is controlled to run.
When the outdoor temperature is not less than the second preset outdoor temperature, the air outlet temperature is greater than the first preset air outlet temperature and not greater than the second preset air outlet temperature, the operation of the external fan and the fresh air fan is controlled, and the operation of the main fan of the internal machine is controlled to stop.
When the outdoor temperature is not less than the second preset outdoor temperature, the air outlet temperature is greater than the second preset air outlet temperature and not greater than the third preset air outlet temperature, the operation of the main fan, the fresh air fan and the external fan of the inner machine is controlled.
When the outdoor temperature is not less than the second preset outdoor temperature and the air outlet temperature is greater than the third preset air outlet temperature, the outer fan is controlled to stop running, and the fresh air fan and the inner main fan are controlled to run.
When the outdoor temperature is not less than the second preset outdoor temperature and the air outlet temperature is not greater than the first preset air outlet temperature, the operation of the main fan, the fresh air fan and the external fan of the internal machine is controlled.
It should be noted that, judging whether to control the operation gear of the fresh air fan according to the air quality parameter according to the outdoor temperature and the air outlet temperature includes:
when the outdoor temperature is not less than the second preset outdoor temperature, the air outlet temperature is greater than the second preset air outlet temperature and not greater than the third preset air outlet temperature, the operation gear of the fresh air fan is controlled according to the air quality parameters.
When the outdoor temperature is not less than the second preset outdoor temperature and the air outlet temperature is not greater than the first preset air outlet temperature, controlling the operation gear of the fresh air fan according to the air quality parameters.
Further, controlling the operation gear of the fresh air fan according to the air quality parameter comprises:
judging the magnitude relation between the air quality parameter and a preset value, wherein the preset value comprises a first preset value, a second preset value and a third preset value, and the first preset value is smaller than the second preset value; and controlling the running gear of the fresh air fan according to the magnitude relation between the air quality parameter and the preset value. Specifically, when the air quality parameter is smaller than a first preset value, the running gear of the fresh air fan is reduced; when the air quality parameter is not smaller than the first preset value and not larger than the second preset value, the running gear of the fresh air fan is reduced; and when the air quality parameter is larger than a second preset value, the running gear of the fresh air fan is improved.
Optionally, the method further comprises: and sending out an alarm according to the magnitude relation between the air quality parameter and the preset value. For example, the alarm is given by displaying different colors on the display panel. Specifically, when the air quality parameter is smaller than a first preset value, the display panel displays green; when the air quality parameter is not smaller than the first preset value and not larger than the second preset value, the display panel displays yellow; and when the air quality parameter is larger than a second preset value, the display panel displays red.
The embodiment of the invention provides a fresh air equipment control device, which is characterized by comprising a data acquisition module, a control module and a control module, wherein the data acquisition module is used for acquiring outdoor temperature of an outdoor unit, air outlet temperature of an indoor air outlet and indoor air quality parameters; and the fan control module is used for controlling whether the main fan, the fresh air fan and the external fan of the internal machine operate according to the outdoor temperature and the air outlet temperature and judging whether the operation gear of the fresh air fan is controlled according to the air quality parameters according to the outdoor temperature and the air outlet temperature. The indoor air quality is guaranteed to be good, the indoor air temperature is guaranteed to be proper, and a comfortable environment is provided for the indoor space.
In one embodiment, the present invention further provides a fresh air device, as shown in fig. 5, including:

The fresh air equipment is a fresh air conditioner, and an indoor unit of the air conditioner comprises: the indoor unit comprises an indoor unit shell and a fresh air module, wherein an evaporator, an indoor unit main fan and return air blades are arranged in the indoor unit shell; fresh air module, fresh air module are located the return air department of indoor set casing and contain: fresh air fan, fresh air fan blade, indoor set filter screen, fresh air intake, fresh air inlet pipe will be located outdoor fresh air and introduce indoor, clean indoor air through the fresh air module. The above structure is a configuration that can be set by those skilled in the art according to practical circumstances, and will not be described in detail herein. The processor of the fresh air equipment controls the running conditions of the main fan, the fresh air fan and the external fan of the internal machine in the air conditioner according to the outdoor temperature, the air outlet temperature and the air quality parameters. The indoor air quality is guaranteed to be good, the indoor air temperature is guaranteed to be proper, and a comfortable environment is provided for the indoor space.

when the outdoor temperature is not less than the second preset outdoor temperature and the air outlet temperature is greater than the third preset air outlet temperature, controlling the outer fan to stop running, and controlling the fresh air fan and the inner main fan to run;
judging whether to control the operation gear of the fresh air fan according to the air quality parameter according to the outdoor temperature and the air outlet temperature comprises the following steps:
when the outdoor temperature is not less than a second preset outdoor temperature, the air outlet temperature is greater than a second preset air outlet temperature and not greater than a third preset air outlet temperature, controlling the running gear of the fresh air fan according to the air quality parameter;
and when the outdoor temperature is not less than the second preset outdoor temperature and the air outlet temperature is not greater than the first preset air outlet temperature, controlling the running gear of the fresh air fan according to the air quality parameter.

The method according to claim 1, characterized in that: the controlling whether the main fan, the fresh air fan and the external fan of the internal machine operate according to the magnitude relation between the outdoor temperature and the preset outdoor temperature and the magnitude relation between the air outlet temperature and the preset air outlet temperature comprises the following steps:
