when the first difference value or the second difference value is smaller than a fifth preset temperature value, controlling the new fan to continuously operate according to the operation parameters of the current operation mode;
when the first difference value or the second difference value is greater than or equal to a fifth preset temperature value and less than a sixth preset temperature value, controlling the new fan to operate according to the fan rotating speed reduction preset rotating speed value in the current operation mode; if the rotating speed of the fan in the current operation mode is the lowest rotating speed of the fresh air fan, controlling the fresh air fan to stop operating;
and when the first difference value or the second difference value is larger than or equal to a sixth preset temperature value, controlling the fresh air fan to stop running.

after the new fan is started for a first preset time, executing the acquiring step and the controlling step;
