技术领域
本发明涉及门窗结构技术领域,特别是涉及一种组装式门框。
背景技术
门框,是指墙体与门之间过渡层,起一个固定和防止周围强体坍塌的作用,因为满的板材的形状是多种多样的,所以门框材质通常选用可塑性强的物质,比如说木头、塑料等等。在现有技术中,门框通常是由四根边框焊接组装而成,在安装窗框时,工作人员通常是先将边框通过焊接在户外组装成门框后,再拿去用户房间进行室内安装。
但是,由于焊接好的门框体积较大,容易受到周围环境的限制,在搬运时十分麻烦,不够方便,并且传统焊接方式为不可逆的,当门框拼接角度存在偏差,或是出现其他意外情况时,并不能将其再拆卸下来进行调整。
所以,针对这一技术问题,中国专利(CN1635256A)公开了一种组装式门窗套,包括横套板、竖套板和口套线,其中,横套板板面的两端设有定位槽,板面的正面有口套线结合槽;竖套板的顶部均设有插榫,侧面设有口套线结合槽,其顶部的插榫可与横套板上定位槽紧密结合,其侧面的口套线结合槽可与口套线上的插槽紧密结合;横套板和竖套板上的口套线结合槽内设有结合伸缩槽。相较于现有技术,通过整体的插接结构设计提到了焊接,施工难度小,安装方便。但是,仅依靠插接结构的设计其装配强度并不能得到良好保障,直接影响着门框的结构稳定性。
对此,中国专利(CN211500288U)公开了一种具有加强效果的组装式建筑用窗框,包括横杆、竖杆和分隔杆,其中,门框横杆设置的总数量为两个,两个横杆之间的两侧均设置有竖杆,两个竖杆之间的靠顶部位置设置有分隔杆,门框分隔杆的两侧均侧开设有第二凹槽,两个竖杆靠近分隔杆一侧的靠顶部位置均开设有第一凹槽,门框第一凹槽的内部固定安装有套管,套管的内部设置有弹簧,弹簧远离套管的一侧固定连接有固定块。相较于现有技术,通过塑料限位板和限位杆的设计,可以将限位杆远离横杆的一端的靠底部位置卡接于两个塑料限位板之间,连接较为稳定,螺丝、螺纹孔以及螺纹槽的设计,可以使用螺丝将加强固定板和竖杆稳定连接,提高了连接稳定性。但是,虽然通过设置外置的连接组件用于门框拼装能够增强门框的整体稳定性,可却也严重影响了门框的装配精度,具体来说,外置的连接组件在拼装后,由于连接组件的外置,门框的边缘尺寸要略大于预设尺寸,而实际尺寸与预设尺寸不一致,这对于门框的装配会产生严重的影响;同时,外置的连接组件也并不美观,
因此,针对现有技术中存在的上述问题,有必要对其结构设计进行改进,提供一种既能保证装配简便,又不影响门框整体装配精度的组装式门框。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决上述技术问题,提供一种组装式门框,通过对其结构设计进行改进,在保证装配简便、安装方便的基础上,不影响门框整体的装配精度。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下方案:提供一种组装式门框,包括若干条相互拼接的边框;其中,做直角拼接的两条边框之间通过角码连接组件连接;角码连接组件设置在做直角拼接的两条边框的内部;角码连接组件包括角码和固定螺栓,通过固定螺栓将边框固定在角码上。
作为优选地,角码固定在一条做直角拼接的A边框内;另一条做直角拼接的B边框通过固定螺栓固定在角码上。
作为优选地,在角码上开设有第一螺栓孔,B边框上开设有第二螺栓孔;固定螺栓通过第二螺栓孔连接B边框后,通过第一螺栓孔将B边框固定在角码上。
作为优选地,在B边框上加装螺栓连接片,螺栓连接片向B边框内部凹陷,第二螺栓孔开设在螺栓连接片上。
作为优选地,角码采用直角固定件结构;做直角拼接的两条边框上分别开设有螺栓孔,所述固定螺栓穿过所述螺栓孔将两条所述边框固定在所述角码的两条直角边上。
作为优选地,在两条边框的拼接缝上设置拼缝装饰盖。
作为优选地,在边框内侧设置有用于板材插接的凹槽。
作为优选地,在两条平行的边框之间还设置有横档;横档与边框插接;横档采用横截面为工字型的双向凹槽结构,用于双向插接固定板材。
作为优选地,边框上的凹槽和横档上的双向凹槽上设置有用于固定板材U型胶条。
作为优选地,边框采用铁型材,横档采用铝型材。
本发明相对于现有技术取得了以下技术效果:
(1)本发明通过将用于边框直角拼接的角码连接组件设置在边框的内部,使其边框在拼接后并不会增加外置的结构,保证边框的原有尺寸实际不会被破坏,进而保证所组成门框的装配精度。
(2)本发明通采用角码和固定螺栓组成的角码连接组件对边框进行直接拼接,一方面,角码和固定螺栓均设置在边框的内部,使其边框在拼接后不会改变边框的原有外部结构,进而减小门框因使用连接结构而造成的装配误差;另一方面,仅通过角码和固定螺栓连个构建便实现了边框的直接拼接,相较于现有技术,无需焊接工艺,结构简单,安装方便。
(3)本发明门框中的边框采用铁型材,铁型材抗拉、抗扭、抗弯等强度相对铝型材要强,所以相同强度的型材,可以较薄的壁厚,使得重量和成本的降低;边框之间加装的横档采用铝型材,由于横档相对结构复杂适合铝挤压生产工艺生产,而且易机加工;由此整体门框发挥铁铝型材各自的优势,在提高稳定性的基础上有效降低了门框的制造成本。

本发明的目的是提供一种组装式门框,通过对其结构设计进行改进,在保证装配简便、安装方便的基础上,不影响门框整体的装配精度。
为使本发明的上述目的、特征和优点能够更加明显易懂,下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
实施例一:
如图1至图6所示,本实施例提供一种组装式门框,包括若干条相互拼接的边框1;其中,对于门框角部的组装,是将两条相互垂直的边框1进行端部与端部拼接,拼接后形成门框角部的直角边框;进一步的,做直角拼接的两条边框1之间通过角码连接组件2连接。
角码连接组件2设置在做直角拼接的两条边框1的内部;角码连接组件2包括角码21和固定螺栓22,通过固定螺栓22将边框1固定在角码21上。
如图3和图4所示,角码21固定在一条做直角拼接的A边框11内,角码21可以设计成块状或片状结构;为便于角码21安装固定在A边框11的内部,其形状与A边框11横截面形状相同;角码21的固定方式可采用粘接、插接、焊接、螺栓固定等;在角码21上开设有用于固定螺栓22连接的第一螺栓孔。在另一条做直角拼接的B边框12上对应第一螺栓孔开设有第二螺栓孔,有第二螺栓孔同样与固定螺栓22相匹配,且第二螺栓孔与第一螺栓孔共轴线。固定螺栓22的长度也足以连接第一螺栓孔和第二螺栓孔,可采用沉头螺栓或盘头螺栓,根据实际需求采用十字型或一字型。
拼接时,固定螺栓22先拧入第二螺栓孔与B边框12连接,然后向内拧入直至拧入角码21上开设的第一螺栓孔中,由此,A边框11通过角码21与B边框12共同连接在固定螺栓22上,从而实现了A边框11与B边框12的直角拼接。
通过采用角码21和固定螺栓22组成的角码连接组件2对边框1进行直接拼接,一方面,角码21和固定螺栓22均设置在边框1的内部,使其边框1在拼接后不会改变边框1的原有外部结构,进而减小门框因使用连接结构而造成的装配误差;另一方面,仅通过角码21和固定螺栓22连个构建便实现了边框1的直接拼接,相较于现有技术,无需焊接工艺,结构简单,安装方便。
进一步的,如图5和图6所示,在B边框与固定螺栓22的连接位置上设置有螺栓连接片23,其中,螺栓连接片23呈向B边框内部凹陷结构,第二螺栓孔开设在螺栓连接片23上;这一结构设计的目的在于,在B边框12上开设一个足以容纳固定螺栓22头部的凹陷,使固定螺栓22在拧入第二螺栓孔后,其头部被收纳在螺栓连接片23的凹陷中,使边框12的外轮廓不会因固定螺栓22的加装而在与固定螺栓22的连接处出现凸起,进一步的保证边框1的原有外部结构,减小门框的装配误差。
进一步的,在两条做直角拼接的A边框11和B边框12的拼接缝上还设置拼缝装饰盖3,在使外观更加美观的基础上,还起到了对边框1的拼接定位作用。
进一步的,如图10和11所示,在边框1内侧设置有用于板材插接的凹槽13;在两条平行的边框1之间还设置有横档4;横档4与边框1之间通过插接连接;横档4采用横截面为工字型的双向凹槽41结构,用于双向插接固定板材;边框1上的凹槽13和横档4上的双向凹槽41上还设置有用于固定板材U型胶条5。
进一步的,边框1采用铁型材,铁型材抗拉、抗扭、抗弯等强度相对铝型材要强,所以相同强度的型材,可以较薄的壁厚,使得重量和成本的降低;横档4采用铝型材,由于横档4相对结构复杂适合铝挤压生产工艺生产,而且易机加工。
实施例二:
本实施例所提供的组装式门框与实施例一的区别在于角码连接组件2的结构设计不同。
如图7至图9所示,在本实施例所采用的角码连接组件2中,其角码21采用直角固定件结构,并在其直角固定件结构的两条直角边上分别开设有若干个螺栓孔;对应角码21上开设的螺栓孔,在做直角拼接的A边框11和B边框12上分别也开设有螺栓孔。
拼接时,先将A边框11和B边框12分别套设在角码21的两条直角边上,并使A边框11和B边框12与角码21上所开设的螺栓孔对齐;之后固定螺栓21拧入螺栓孔将A边框11和B边框12分别固定在角码21的两条直角边上完成将A边框11和B边框12的拼接。
需要说明的是,对于本领域技术人员而言,显然本发明不限于上述示范性实施例的细节,而且在不背离本发明的精神或基本特征的情况下,能够以其他的具体形式实现本发明。因此,无论从哪一点来看,均应将实施例看作是示范性的,而且是非限制性的,本发明的范围由所附权利要求而不是上述说明限定,因此旨在将落在权利要求的等同要件的含义和范围内的所有变化囊括在本发明内。不应将权利要求中的任何附图标记视为限制所涉及的权利要求。
Claims (10)
1.一种组装式门框,其特征在于:包括若干条相互拼接的边框;其中,做直角拼接的两条所述边框之间通过角码连接组件连接;所述角码连接组件设置在做直角拼接的两条所述边框的内部;所述角码连接组件包括角码和固定螺栓,通过所述固定螺栓将所述边框固定在所述角码上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组装式门框,其特征在于:所述角码固定在一条做直角拼接的A边框内;另一条做直角拼接的B边框通过所述固定螺栓固定在所述角码上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的组装式门框,其特征在于:在所述角码上开设有第一螺栓孔,所述B边框上开设有第二螺栓孔;所述固定螺栓通过所述第二螺栓孔连接所述B边框后,通过所述第一螺栓孔将所述B边框固定在所述角码上。
4.根据权利要求3所述的组装式门框,其特征在于:在所述B边框上加装螺栓连接片,所述螺栓连接片向所述B边框内部凹陷,所述第二螺栓孔开设在所述螺栓连接片上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的组装式门框,其特征在于:所述角码采用直角固定件结构;做直角拼接的两条边框上分别开设有螺栓孔,所述固定螺栓穿过所述螺栓孔将两条所述边框固定在所述角码的两条直角边上。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的组装式门框,其特征在于:在两条所述边框的拼接缝上设置拼缝装饰盖。
7.根据权利要求6所述的组装式门框,其特征在于:在所述边框内侧设置有用于板材插接的凹槽。
8.根据权利要求7所述的组装式门框,其特征在于:在两条平行的所述边框之间还设置有横档;所述横档与所述边框插接;所述横档采用横截面为工字型的双向凹槽结构,用于双向插接固定所述板材。
9.根据权利要求8所述的组装式门框,其特征在于:所述边框上的凹槽和所述横档上的双向凹槽上设置有用于固定所述板材U型胶条。
10.根据权利要求9所述的组装式门框,其特征在于:所述边框采用铁型材,所述横档采用铝型材。
