a liquid discharge pipeline is also arranged on the counterweight buoyancy tank;
the platform apparatus further comprises a positioning mechanism disposed in a middle region of the pontoon platform;
the positioning mechanism comprises a connecting frame arranged on the buoyancy tank platform, and a positioning column is arranged on the connecting frame;
the positioning columns are longitudinally arranged;
the positioning mechanism comprises two positioning columns, and the two positioning columns are spaced by a parallel part; the spacing size between the two positioning columns is equal to the outer diameter size of the foundation cleaning pipe.
2. A counter-weight platform apparatus for cofferdam foundation cleaning according to claim 1 wherein said counter-weight buoyancy tanks are connected to the first and second buoyancy tanks by a slide mechanism.
3. A counter weight type platform equipment for cofferdam foundation cleaning according to claim 1 wherein both ends of said first buoyancy tank and said second buoyancy tank are connected by a connecting part respectively.
4. A weighted platform installation for cofferdam foundation cleaning according to claim 3 wherein said connection means comprises a connecting beam.

A counter-weight platform apparatus for cofferdam foundation cleaning according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of aisle steps are further provided between said first buoyancy tank and said second buoyancy tank, said aisle steps having a length not less than the width of the corresponding assembly gap.

A counter-weight platform apparatus for cofferdam foundation cleaning according to claim 1 wherein said foundation cleaning mechanism includes a foundation cleaning head; the base cleaning head is connected with a base cleaning pipe; the base cleaning pipe is connected with a driving mechanism, and the driving mechanism comprises a rotating part and a hoisting part which are connected with the base cleaning pipe; the rotating part and the hoisting part are distributed at intervals; the rotating part comprises a support frame arranged on the buoyancy tank platform; the support frame is provided with a rotating frame; the rotating frame is connected with the foundation cleaning pipe; the hoisting part comprises a winch arranged on the buoyancy tank platform, and the winch is connected with the foundation clearing pipe through a hoisting steel rope.
7. A counterweight platform installation for cofferdam foundation clearing according to claim 6, characterised in that; the rotating part is arranged at one end of the buoyancy tank platform, and a distributor cabin is arranged at the other end of the buoyancy tank platform.
