Abstract

本发明公开了一种用于涂饰无醛浸渍胶膜纸的UV涂料,属于涂料制备领域,按照质量份计算,所述的UV涂料由以下组分制备:聚碳酸酯100~120份;异氰酸酯80~100份;纳米纤维素20~40份;光引发剂10~15份;UV固化剂10~15份;溶剂20~30份;本发明中采用低聚合度的聚碳酸酯作为基础材料,该材料的理化性质好,并且属于环境友好型的材料;异氰酸酯以及低聚合度的聚碳酸酯复配使用,属于环境友好型的UV材料;此外本发明中采用的异丙苯过氧化氢或者叔丁基过氧化氢的过氧化物作为光引发剂,结合4‑二甲氨基‑苯甲酸乙酯的UV固化剂组合使用,其固化效果好,使用时在紫外光的照射下,能够迅速固化形成网状的聚合物表层。

技术领域
本发明属于涂料制备领域,具体是一种用于涂饰无醛浸渍胶膜纸的UV涂料。
背景技术
浸渍胶膜纸,本领域也称作“蜜胺”纸,是一种印刷装饰纸经浸渍氨基树脂之后干燥到一定程度、具有一定树脂含量和挥发物含量的胶纸,经热压可相互胶合或与人造板基材胶合。
但是上述的浸渍胶膜纸只是一种初成品,一般还有要经过后续的工艺处理。通过后续处理赋予浸渍胶膜纸的美观材料外观效果,或者改善物理性能,扩大使用范围。其中在表层设置UV涂料,能够扩大浸渍胶膜纸的使用范围,现有技术中的UV涂料林林总总,其组分的实用度也层次不齐,很多的涂料会产生VOCs的污染,对环境以及人体的伤害性极其大,基于此,本发明公开了一种环境友好型的用于涂饰无醛浸渍胶膜纸的UV涂料。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术中存在的很多的UV涂料会产生污染性的挥发有机物,采用环境友好型的材料,并且采用4-二甲氨基-苯甲酸乙酯的UV固化剂,固化效果好,适用于UV涂料中。
本发明是这样实现的:
一种用于涂饰无醛浸渍胶膜纸的UV涂料,其特征在于,按照质量份计算,所述的UV涂料由以下组分制备:聚碳酸酯 100~120份;异氰酸酯 80~100份;纳米纤维素 20~40份;光引发剂 10~15份;UV固化剂 10~15份;溶剂 20~30份。
进一步,所述的UV固化剂为4-二甲氨基-苯甲酸乙酯。
进一步,所述的光引发剂为异丙苯过氧化氢或者叔丁基过氧化氢中的一种。
进一步,所述的纳米纤维素的粒径在60~90nm之间。
进一步,所述的聚碳酸酯以及异氰酸酯添加量的质量比为1:1。
进一步,所述的聚碳酸酯的聚合度为30~40之间。
进一步,所述的聚碳酸酯采用本体聚合,即采用碳酸酯单体在苯环酸的催化下,乙醇为引发剂,进行常温下引发反应。
进一步,所述的溶剂为醋酸乙酯。
本发明与现有技术的有益效果在于:
本发明中采用低聚合度(30~40之间)的聚碳酸酯作为基础材料,该材料的理化性质好,并且属于环境友好型的材料;异氰酸酯以及低聚合度的聚碳酸酯复配使用,属于环境友好型的UV材料;此外本发明中采用的异丙苯过氧化氢或者叔丁基过氧化氢的过氧化物作为光引发剂,结合4-二甲氨基-苯甲酸乙酯的UV固化剂组合使用,其固化效果好,使用时在紫外光的照射下,能够迅速固化形成网状的聚合物表层。

实施例1
本实施例中的UV涂料由以下组分组成:聚碳酸酯为113份,所述的聚碳酸酯的聚合度为30~40之间;异氰酸酯为91份;聚碳酸酯以及异氰酸酯添加量的质量比为1:1;纳米纤维素为32份,所述的纳米纤维素的粒径在60~90nm之间;光引发剂为12份,所述的光引发剂为异丙苯过氧化氢或者叔丁基过氧化氢中的一种;4-二甲氨基-苯甲酸乙酯为12份;醋酸乙酯为 28份。
实施例2
本实施例中的UV涂料由以下组分组成:聚碳酸酯为120份,所述的聚碳酸酯的聚合度为30~40之间;异氰酸酯为100份;聚碳酸酯以及异氰酸酯添加量的质量比为1:1;纳米纤维素为40份,所述的纳米纤维素的粒径在60~90nm之间;光引发剂为15份,所述的光引发剂为异丙苯过氧化氢;4-二甲氨基-苯甲酸乙酯为15份;醋酸乙酯为30份。
实施例3
本实施例中的UV涂料由以下组分组成:聚碳酸酯为100份,所述的聚碳酸酯的聚合度为30~40之间;异氰酸酯为80份;聚碳酸酯以及异氰酸酯添加量的质量比为1:1;纳米纤维素为20份,所述的纳米纤维素的粒径在60~90nm之间;光引发剂为10份,所述的光引发剂为异丙苯过氧化氢或者叔丁基过氧化氢中的一种;4-二甲氨基-苯甲酸乙酯为10份;醋酸乙酯为 20份。
实施例4
本实施例中的UV涂料由以下组分组成:聚碳酸酯为110份,所述的聚碳酸酯的聚合度为30~40之间;异氰酸酯为90份;聚碳酸酯以及异氰酸酯添加量的质量比为1:1;纳米纤维素为28份,所述的纳米纤维素的粒径在60~90nm之间;光引发剂为12份,所述的光引发剂为异丙苯过氧化氢或者叔丁基过氧化氢中的一种;4-二甲氨基-苯甲酸乙酯为12份;醋酸乙酯为 26份。
实施例5
本实施例中的UV涂料由以下组分组成:聚碳酸酯为115份,所述的聚碳酸酯的聚合度为30~40之间;异氰酸酯为92份;聚碳酸酯以及异氰酸酯添加量的质量比为1:1;纳米纤维素为29份,所述的纳米纤维素的粒径在60~90nm之间;光引发剂为13份,所述的光引发剂为异丙苯过氧化氢或者叔丁基过氧化氢中的一种;4-二甲氨基-苯甲酸乙酯为13份;醋酸乙酯为 27份。
实施例6
本实施例中的UV涂料由以下组分组成:聚碳酸酯为115份,所述的聚碳酸酯的聚合度为30~40之间;异氰酸酯为86份;聚碳酸酯以及异氰酸酯添加量的质量比为1:1;纳米纤维素为32份,所述的纳米纤维素的粒径在60~90nm之间;光引发剂为11份,所述的光引发剂为异丙苯过氧化氢或者叔丁基过氧化氢中的一种;4-二甲氨基-苯甲酸乙酯为11份;醋酸乙酯为 26份。

Claims (8)

1.一种用于涂饰无醛浸渍胶膜纸的UV涂料,其特征在于,按照质量份计算,所述的UV涂料由以下组分制备:
聚碳酸酯 100~120份;
异氰酸酯 80~100份;
纳米纤维素 20~40份;
光引发剂 10~15份;
UV固化剂 10~15份;
溶剂 20~30份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于涂饰无醛浸渍胶膜纸的UV涂料,其特征在于,所述的UV固化剂为4-二甲氨基-苯甲酸乙酯。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于涂饰无醛浸渍胶膜纸的UV涂料,其特征在于,所述的光引发剂为异丙苯过氧化氢或者叔丁基过氧化氢中的一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于涂饰无醛浸渍胶膜纸的UV涂料,其特征在于,所述的纳米纤维素的粒径在60~90nm之间。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于涂饰无醛浸渍胶膜纸的UV涂料,其特征在于,所述的光引发剂以及UV固化剂的添加量的质量比为1:1。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种用于涂饰无醛浸渍胶膜纸的UV涂料,其特征在于,所述的聚碳酸酯的聚合度为30~40之间。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种用于涂饰无醛浸渍胶膜纸的UV涂料,其特征在于,所述的聚碳酸酯采用本体聚合,即采用碳酸酯单体在苯环酸的催化下,乙醇为引发剂,进行常温下引发反应。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于涂饰无醛浸渍胶膜纸的UV涂料,其特征在于,所述的溶剂为醋酸乙酯。
