Abstract
本发明公开了一种过滤面料,包括多层纤维原料层,相邻两层或多层纤维原料层呈相对Z字型重叠,过滤面料的顶层和底层之间设置有纤维丝,所述纤维丝在过滤面料的顶层和底层之间穿梭。一种过滤面料的生产工艺:包括往复机构和针刺机构,所述针刺机构上设置有多个钩针,还包括如下步骤:步骤一:往复机构带动纤维原料层横向往复移动,被堆叠的纤维原料层纵向移动;步骤二:钩针在纤维原料层之间穿梭。本发明中相邻两层或多层纤维原料层呈相对Z字型重叠,使得本过滤面料既能满足横向的拉力,又能满足纵向的拉力,纤维丝在过滤面料的顶层和底层之间穿梭,使得相邻层之间能够更好的贴合,降低过滤阻力,提高有效过滤面积,从而使得具有更好的过滤效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及过滤网加工领域,特别涉及一种过滤面料及其生产工艺。
背景技术
现有的过滤面料只是纤维原料层的简单堆叠,只能满足过滤面料的横向拉力,不能同时满足过滤面料纵向的拉力。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题是提供一种既能满足过滤网横向的拉力,又能满足过滤网纵向拉力的过滤面料及其生产工艺。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种过滤面料,包括多层纤维原料层,相邻两层或多层纤维原料层呈相对Z字型重叠,过滤面料的顶层和底层之间设置有纤维丝,所述纤维丝在过滤面料的顶层和底层之间穿梭。
一种过滤面料的生产工艺:包括往复机构和针刺机构,所述针刺机构上设置有多个钩针,还包括如下步骤:
步骤一:所述往复机构带动纤维原料层横向往复移动,同时被堆叠的纤维原料层纵向移动,从而达到两层或者多层纤维原料呈相对Z字型重叠结构;
步骤二:所述针刺机构上的钩针在纤维原料层之间穿梭,将底端的纤维原料层上的纤维丝引到顶端的纤维原料层上,将顶端的纤维原料层上的纤维丝引到底端的纤维原料层上。
进一步的是:所述纤维原料层的厚度为3-60mm。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明中的相邻两层纤维原料层呈相对Z字型重叠,使得本过滤面料既能满足横向的拉力,又能满足纵向的拉力,本发明中的过滤面料的顶层和底层之间,由于针刺会带动各层纤维原料纤维丝,在过滤面料的顶层和底层之间穿梭,使得本发明中的相邻层之间能够更好的贴合,降低过滤阻力,提高过滤面料的有效过滤面积,从而使得本过滤面料具有更好的过滤效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明进一步说明。
如图1所示,本申请的实施例提供了一种过滤面料,包括多层纤维原料层,相邻两层或者多层纤维原料层呈相对Z字型重叠,过滤面料的顶层和底层之间设置有纤维丝,所述纤维丝在过滤面料的顶层和底层之间穿梭。
相邻两层或者多层纤维原料层呈相对Z字型重叠,使得本过滤面料既能满足横向的拉力,又能满足纵向的拉力,抗拉能力强。
所述纤维丝在过滤面料的顶层和底层之间穿梭,使得本发明中的相邻层之间能够更好的贴合,降低过滤阻力,提高过滤面料的有效过滤面积,从而使得本过滤面料具有更好的过滤效果。
一种过滤面料的生产工艺:包括往复机构和针刺机构,所述针刺机构上设置有多个钩针,还包括如下步骤:
步骤一:所述往复机构带动纤维原料层横向往复移动,同时被堆叠的纤维原料层纵向移动,从而达到两层或者多层纤维原料呈相对Z字型重叠结构;;
步骤二:所述针刺机构上的钩针在纤维原料层之间穿梭,将底端的纤维原料层上的纤维丝引到顶端的纤维原料层上,将顶端的纤维原料层上的纤维丝引到底端的纤维原料层上。
在上述基础上,所述纤维原料层的厚度为3-60mm。
所述纤维原料层的厚度可以是3mm、15mm、30mm、45mm或60mm,本实施案例中所述纤维原料层的厚度选用15mm。

1.一种过滤面料,包括多层纤维原料层,其特征在于:相邻两层或者多层纤维原料层呈相对Z字型重叠,过滤面料的顶层和底层之间设置有纤维丝,所述纤维丝在过滤面料的顶层和底层之间穿梭。
2.一种过滤面料的生产工艺:其特征在于:包括往复机构和针刺机构,所述针刺机构上设置有多个钩针,还包括如下步骤:
步骤一:所述往复机构带动纤维原料层横向往复移动,同时被堆叠的纤维原料层纵向移动,从而达到两层或者多层纤维原料呈相对Z字型重叠结构;
步骤二:所述针刺机构上的钩针在纤维原料层之间穿梭,将底端的纤维原料层上的纤维丝引到顶端的纤维原料层上,将顶端的纤维原料层上的纤维丝引到底端的纤维原料层上。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种过滤面料,其特征在于:所述纤维原料层的厚度为3-60mm。
