本发明公开了一种全消光锦纶功能性纤维,包括多根纤维绳,多根所述纤维绳呈经纬交错穿插设置,所述纤维绳的外侧依次涂抹有抗静电涂层和阻燃层。通过多个锦纶丝螺旋绕卷,增强了锦纶纤维的抗拉性,使其不会轻易被撕断,而且通过将二氧化钛含量调至2.5%±0.1%之间,使得锦纶纤维可以全消光,不会出现反光的情况,通过将锦纶丝设置成中空,其织物具有一定的弹性,增加其抗拉性,且较为柔软,通过在纤维绳外涂抹抗静电层和阻燃层可以避免产生静电,阻燃性较好,危险性较低。本发明抗拉性较好且不会产生静电,阻燃性较好。

技术领域
本发明涉及全消光锦纶技术领域,尤其涉及一种全消光锦纶功能性纤维。
背景技术
锦纶又叫尼龙,尼龙是美国杰出的科学家卡罗瑟斯及其领导下的一个科研小组研制出来的,是世界上出现的第一种合成纤维,尼龙是聚酰胺纤维的一种说法,尼龙的出现使纺织品的面貌焕然一新,它的合成是合成纤维工业的重大突破,同时也是高分子化学的一个非常重要里程碑。
现有的锦纶纤维在使用时,容易与外部物件摩擦产生静电且易燃,危险性较高,且锦纶纤维的抗拉性较差,容易撕坏。
为此,我们提出来一种全消光锦纶功能性纤维解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中锦纶纤维容易产生静电,且易燃,抗拉性较差的问题,而提出的一种全消光锦纶功能性纤维。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种全消光锦纶功能性纤维,包括多根纤维绳,多根所述纤维绳呈经纬交错穿插设置,所述纤维绳的外侧依次涂抹有抗静电涂层和阻燃层。
优选地,所述纤维绳采用包含有多股锦纶丝,多股所述锦纶丝呈均匀阵列螺旋绕卷设置。
优选地,所述锦纶丝内包含有二氧化钛,所述二氧化钛的质量分数为2.5%±0.1%。
优选地,所述锦纶丝中间部分呈圆形的中空腔设置。
优选地,多根所述纤维绳的经纬呈一上一下设置。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:
通过设置锦纶丝,通过多股锦纶丝螺旋绕卷,增强了锦纶纤维的抗拉性,使其不会轻易被撕断,而且通过将二氧化钛含量调至2.5%±0.1%之间,使得锦纶纤维可以全消光,不会出现反光的情况,通过将锦纶丝设置成中空,其织物具有一定的弹性,增加其抗拉性,且较为柔软,通过在纤维绳外涂抹抗静电层和阻燃层可以避免产生静电,阻燃性较好,危险性较低。
本发明抗拉性较好且不会产生静电,阻燃性较好。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
参照图1-3,一种全消光锦纶功能性纤维,包括多根纤维绳1,具体的,纤维绳1采用包含有多股锦纶丝4,需要说明的是,锦纶丝4内包含有二氧化钛,二氧化钛的质量分数为2.5%±0.1%,多股锦纶丝4呈均匀阵列螺旋绕卷设置,值得一提的是,锦纶丝4中间部分呈圆形的中空腔设置,多根纤维绳1呈经纬交错穿插设置,纤维绳1的外侧依次涂抹有抗静电涂层2和阻燃层3,需要说明的是,抗静电涂层2采用具有特定抗静电功能集团的高分子化合物如聚丙烯酸的衍生物材质,更进一步的,多根纤维绳1的经纬呈一上一下设置。
本发明中,多股锦纶丝4螺旋绕卷,增强了锦纶纤维的抗拉性,使其不会轻易被撕断,而且通过将二氧化钛含量调至2.5%±0.1%之间,使得锦纶纤维可以全消光,不会出现反光的情况,通过将锦纶丝设置成中空,其织物具有一定的弹性,增加其抗拉性,且较为柔软,通过在纤维绳1外涂抹抗静电涂层2和阻燃层3可以避免产生静电,阻燃性较好。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种全消光锦纶功能性纤维,其特征在于,所述纤维绳(1)采用包含有多股锦纶丝(4),多股所述锦纶丝(4)呈均匀阵列螺旋绕卷设置。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种全消光锦纶功能性纤维,其特征在于,所述锦纶丝(4)内包含有二氧化钛,所述二氧化钛的质量分数为2.5%±0.1%。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种全消光锦纶功能性纤维,其特征在于,所述锦纶丝(4)中间部分呈圆形的中空腔设置。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种全消光锦纶功能性纤维,其特征在于,多根所述纤维绳(1)的经纬呈一上一下设置。
