本发明属于汽车内饰用硅胶皮革材料领域,具体涉及一种汽车内饰用阻燃硅胶皮革及其制备方法。
背景技术
皮革是汽车内使用面积最大的内饰材料,汽车用内饰材料根据其使用环境、特点的限制以及安全方面的考虑,要求耐磨好、防静电、拒水、拒油、拒污性能、防火阻燃性和抗雾化性能等。
为提高汽车的安全性能,通常要求汽车的内饰毯、遮阳帘、座椅面料和顶棚面料具有阻燃性能,现有汽车内饰用阻燃皮革大部分实在皮革表面喷入一层阻燃剂,阻燃效果有限,且其阻燃效果会随着汽车内饰皮革的使用逐渐减退,影响汽车的安全性能。
发明内容
针对上述内容,本发明提供了一种阻燃性能好的汽车内饰用阻燃硅胶皮革及其制备方法,采用的技术方案为:
一种汽车内饰用阻燃硅胶皮革,包括相互粘连的面层和基布,所述面层包括以下按质量份数计的组分:乙烯基硅橡胶100份、二甲基硅油10-30份、补强填料20-30份、硅氧烷聚酰亚胺树脂50-60份、二元醇或多元醇12-30份、三聚氰胺聚磷酸盐35-50份、硅烷偶联剂1-3份和铂催化剂1-3份。
本申请所述汽车内饰用阻燃硅胶皮革采用乙烯基硅橡胶、硅氧烷聚酰亚胺树脂、二元醇或多元醇与三聚氰胺聚磷酸盐复配而成,
汽车内发生火灾时,聚酰亚胺的羧基与二元醇或多元醇在酸性条件下发生酯化反应,三聚氰胺聚磷酸盐受热会分解产生NH3、CO2等不燃烧的气体,具有降温、吸热以及稀释氧气等作用,阻止火焰进一步燃烧和火焰的传播,硅氧烷聚酰亚胺树脂酯化后的产物在高温的作用下脱水成炭,以在汽车内饰的表面形成炭层,防止汽车内饰的表面在高温作用下燃烧,有效阻燃;
由于硅氧烷聚酰亚胺树脂具有网状结构,机械强度高且孔隙率高,乙烯基硅橡胶、二元醇或多元醇、三聚氰胺金属盐和补强填料在硅烷偶联剂的作用下会均匀的分布在硅氧烷聚酰亚胺树脂的孔隙内,能改善汽车内饰用阻燃硅胶皮革的性能,且硅氧烷聚酰亚胺树脂和乙烯基硅橡胶会在极性基团的作用下紧密结合,保证硅胶皮革的力学性能;硅氧烷聚酰亚胺树脂具有粘合性能,保证面层和基布的粘结强度,且硅氧烷聚酰亚胺树脂具有憎水性、摩擦性能和弹性模量较低的特点,使制得得硅胶皮革表面光滑柔和。
优选地,所述面层包括以下按质量份数计的组分:乙烯基硅橡胶100份、二甲基硅油10-30份、补强填料20-30份、硅氧烷聚酰亚胺树脂50-60份、聚碳酸酯30-40份、芳香族聚酰胺纤维20-30份、二元醇或多元醇12-30份、三聚氰胺聚磷酸盐35-50份、硅烷偶联剂1-3份和铂催化剂1-3份。
所述面层中添加的芳香族聚酰胺纤维具有超高强度、高模量和耐高温、耐酸耐碱、重量轻等优良性能,具有良好的绝缘性和抗老化性能;且芳香族聚酰胺纤维中的酰胺键会与乙烯基硅橡橡胶结合,芳香族聚酰胺纤维的芳环在燃烧时,芳环会脱氢成炭,从而有利于在面层形成炭层,有利于提高硅胶皮革的力学性能和阻燃性能,且芳香族聚酰胺纤维质量轻而强度高。
优选地,所述芳香族聚酰胺纤维的长度小于0.2mm。
由于芳香族聚酰胺纤维会在极性基团的作用下与乙烯基硅橡胶结合并支撑硅氧烷聚酰亚胺树脂的网状结构,提高硅胶皮革的力学性能,芳香族聚酰胺纤维的长度小于0.2mm,以使芳香族聚酰胺纤维适量填充所述硅氧烷聚酰亚胺树脂的孔隙。
优选地,还包括粘接在所述面层和所述基布之间的粘接层,所述粘接层的原料为水性聚氨酯树脂浆料。
优选地,所述水性聚氨酯树脂浆料的原料包括:核-壳型丙烯酸改性聚氨酯15-20份、羟基丙烯酸树脂5-10份、1,4-丁二醇2-5份和过硫酸铵1-2份。
具体的,所述水性聚氨酯树脂浆料的制备方法为:将过硫酸铵、羟基丙烯酸树脂和1,4-丁二醇滴入核-壳型丙烯酸改性聚氨酯乳液中,加热至75-80℃并搅拌2-3h后,调节pH至7-8乳化后得到水性聚氨酯树脂浆料。
所述核-壳型丙烯酸改性聚氨酯利用“核-壳乳液聚合”,采用丙烯酸酯对聚氨酯进行改性,通过核壳型聚合法,在所得到的新的复合型聚氨酯水分散体的壳体结构中进行丙烯酸类单体的自由基交联得到。
所述粘结层由核-壳型丙烯酸改性聚氨酯和羟基丙烯酸树脂单体制成,分子链中含有异氰基和和氨基甲酸酯基,吸附力强;核壳型丙烯酸酯类树脂具有优异的附着力,有利于改善硅胶皮革的力学性能;核-壳型丙烯酸改性聚氨酯具有较佳的阻燃性能,且核-壳型丙烯酸改性聚氨酯和面层中的核-壳型丙烯酸改性聚氨酯以及添加剂具有良好的亲和力,可进一步提高硅胶皮革的结合力。
优选的,所述补强填料为白炭黑、纳米碳酸钙、脂肪酸钙或纳米二氧化硅。
采用白炭黑、纳米碳酸钙、脂肪酸钙或纳米二氧化硅的尺寸均为纳米级,作为补强填料,上述补强填料的表面活性高,其与硅氧烷聚酰亚胺树脂、乙烯基硅橡胶和芳香族聚酰胺纤维会形成交联,以使阻燃硅胶皮革形成三维结构,有利于提高所述硅胶皮革的力学性能,在燃烧时,纳米二氧化硅直接在硅胶皮革的表面形成含硅炭层,达到阻燃、低烟、低毒的效果。
优选的,所述二元醇为乙二醇或丙二醇,所述多元醇为季戊四醇、甘油、三羟甲基乙烷或山梨醇。
基于上述汽车内饰用阻燃硅胶皮革,本发明还提出了一种汽车内饰用阻燃硅胶皮革的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1、将乙烯基硅油、硅氧烷聚酰亚胺树脂和硅烷偶联剂混合均匀获得混合物料,再将二元醇或多元醇、三聚氰胺聚磷酸盐加入到混合物料中继续混合均匀,再加入补强填料和催化剂混合均匀后获得面层浆料,将面层酱料涂覆在离型纸上并烘干,得到面层;
步骤2、将粘接层浆料涂敷在基布上,将面层粘贴在粘接层上,烘干后,再将在100-140℃的温度下硫化5-10分钟获得汽车内饰用阻燃硅胶皮革。
本发明的技术方案具有以下有益技术效果:
本发明所述汽车内饰用阻燃硅胶皮革的面层为采用乙烯基硅橡胶、二甲基硅油、补强填料、硅氧烷聚酰亚胺树脂、二元醇或多元醇、三聚氰胺聚磷酸盐、硅烷偶联剂和铂催化剂作为原料复配而成的硅橡胶,具有优良的力学性能,且上述硅橡胶在发生火灾时,硅橡胶的硅氧烷聚酰亚胺树脂中的二元醇或多元醇会发生酯化反应,且酯化反应后的产物在高温的作用下脱水成炭,以在硅橡胶的表面形成炭层,防止硅橡胶的表面在高温作用下燃烧,有效阻燃;且充分利用硅氧烷聚酰亚胺树脂的网状结构,使得硅橡胶中的补强填料和阻燃剂能均匀分布,有利于提高所述硅胶皮革的力学性能,同时还有利于形成均匀的炭层,保证阻燃效果,以达到阻燃和低烟的效果。

具体实施方式
下面详细描述本发明的实施例,描述的实施例旨在用于解释本发明,而不能理解为对本发明的限制。
本申请公开的汽车内饰用阻燃硅胶皮革包括依次粘连的面层、中间层和粘接层,所述面层包括以下按质量份数计的组分:乙烯基硅橡胶100份、二甲基硅油10-30份、补强填料20-30份、硅氧烷聚酰亚胺树脂50-60份、二元醇或多元醇12-30份、三聚氰胺聚磷酸盐35-50份、硅烷偶联剂1-3份和铂催化剂1-3份。
所述阻燃硅胶皮革的制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤1、将乙烯基硅油、硅氧烷聚酰亚胺树脂和硅烷偶联剂混合均匀获得混合物料,再将二元醇或多元醇、三聚氰胺聚磷酸盐加入到混合物料中继续混合均匀,再加入补强填料和催化剂混合均匀后获得面层浆料,将面层酱料涂覆在离型纸上并烘干,得到面层;
步骤2、将粘接层浆料涂敷在基布上,将面层粘贴在粘接层上,烘干后,再将在100-140℃的温度下硫化5-10分钟获得汽车内饰用阻燃硅胶皮革。
本实施例中所述水性聚氨酯树脂浆料的具体制备方法为在搅拌的条件下,将过硫酸铵、羟基丙烯酸树脂和1,4-丁二醇滴入核-壳型丙烯酸改性聚氨酯乳液中,加热至75-80℃并搅拌2-3h后,调节pH至7-8乳化后得到水性聚氨酯树脂浆料。
针对上述内容,提出本申请的实施例1-6和对比例1-4,实施例1-6的阻燃硅胶皮革均采用上述制备方法制备得到,实施例1-6的面层的原料如表1所示,实施例1-6中水性聚氨酯树脂浆料的原料如表2所示。

基于上述内容,提出本申请的对比例1-4。
对比例1
与实施例3不同的是,所述步骤1中采用硅氧烷树脂替换硅氧烷聚酰亚胺树脂。
对比例2
与实施例3不同的是,所述步骤1的面层的原料中不包括季戊四醇和三聚氰胺聚磷酸盐。
对比例3
与实施例4不同的是,所述步骤1的面层的原料中不包括纳米二氧化硅。
对比例4
与实施例3不同的是,所述步骤2中水性聚氨酯树脂浆料浆料的原料为聚氨酯粘结剂,本实施例所述聚氨酯粘结剂为采购自汉司公司的单组份聚氨酯粘合剂。
性能测试
对实施例1-6以及对比例1-4制备的硅胶皮革分别进行耐磨性能和耐刮性能测试、耐刮性能测试、撕裂强度测试和阻燃性能测试,
撕裂强度测试参考QB/T2711-2005的标准并采用INSTRON拉力试验机进行。
阻燃性能测试将切割成尺寸为130mm×13mm×3mm的阻燃测试试条后,采用ASTMD635-77标准在CZF-3型水平垂直燃烧测定仪上进行UL-94垂直燃烧测试。
实施例1-6以及对比例1-4制备的硅胶皮革的性能检测结果如表3所示。

由表3可知,实施例1-4制备得到的硅胶皮革的阻燃性能远远高于对比例1-4,且硅氧烷聚酰亚胺树脂使硅胶皮革具有优良的拉伸性能。
将本发明实施例1-6和对比例1-4制备的硅胶皮革分别进行阻燃测试,采用氧指数测试仪按照GB/T2406-2008测试硅胶皮革的氧指数,,采用锥形量热仪参照GB/T16172-2007测试硅胶皮革的点燃时间、热释放速率和热释放量,采用烟密度测试仪参照GB/T8627-2007测试硅胶皮革的烟密度等级,其结果如下表4所示。

参照表4中的内容可知,实施例1-6中的氧指数均在34%以上,点燃时间均超过72s,热释放速率峰值均在86kW/m2以下,热释放量在12.43MJ/m2以下,烟密度等级均在10以下,说明实施例1-6制备得到的硅胶皮革具有优异的阻燃性能,
尽管上面已经详细描述了本发明的实施例,本领域的普通技术人员可以理解:在不脱离本发明的原理和宗旨的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由权利要求及其等同物限定。
Claims (9)
1.一种汽车内饰用阻燃硅胶皮革,其特征在于,包括相互粘连的面层和基布,所述面层包括以下按质量份数计的组分:乙烯基硅橡胶100份、二甲基硅油10-30份、补强填料20-30份、硅氧烷聚酰亚胺树脂50-60份、二元醇或多元醇12-30份、三聚氰胺聚磷酸盐35-50份、硅烷偶联剂1-3份和铂催化剂1-3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车内饰用阻燃硅胶皮革,其特征在于,所述面层包括以下按质量份数计的组分:乙烯基硅橡胶100份、二甲基硅油10-30份、补强填料20-30份、硅氧烷聚酰亚胺树脂50-60份、芳香族聚酰胺纤维20-30份、二元醇或多元醇12-30份、三聚氰胺聚磷酸盐35-50份、硅烷偶联剂1-3份和铂催化剂1-3份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的汽车内饰用阻燃硅胶皮革,其特征在于,所述芳香族聚酰胺纤维的长度小于0.2mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的汽车内饰用阻燃硅胶皮革,其特征在于,还包括粘接在所述面层和所述基布之间的粘接层,所述粘接层的原料为水性聚氨酯树脂浆料。
5.根据权利要求4所述的汽车内饰用阻燃硅胶皮革,其特征在于,所述水性聚氨酯树脂浆料的原料包括:核-壳型丙烯酸改性聚氨酯15-20份、羟基丙烯酸树脂5-10份、1,4-丁二醇2-5份和过硫酸铵1-2份。
6.根据权利要求5所述的汽车内饰用阻燃硅胶皮革,其特征在于,所述水性聚氨酯树脂浆料的制备方法为:将过硫酸铵、羟基丙烯酸树脂和1,4-丁二醇滴入核-壳型丙烯酸改性聚氨酯乳液中,加热至75-80℃并搅拌2-3h后,调节pH至7-8乳化后得到水性聚氨酯树脂浆料。
7.根据权利要求1所述的汽车内饰用阻燃硅胶皮革,其特征在于,所述补强填料为白炭黑、纳米碳酸钙、脂肪酸钙或纳米二氧化硅。
8.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃硅胶皮革,其特征在于,所述二元醇为乙二醇或丙二醇,所述多元醇为季戊四醇、甘油、三羟甲基乙烷或山梨醇。
9.根据权利要求1-8任一项所述汽车内饰用阻燃硅胶皮革,其特征在于,所述面层的制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤1、将乙烯基硅油、硅氧烷聚酰亚胺树脂和硅烷偶联剂混合均匀获得混合物料,再将二元醇或多元醇、三聚氰胺聚磷酸盐加入到混合物料中继续混合均匀,再加入补强填料和催化剂混合均匀后获得面层浆料,将面层酱料涂覆在离型纸上并烘干,得到面层;
步骤2、将粘接层浆料涂敷在基布上,将面层粘贴在粘接层上,烘干后,再将在100-140℃的温度下硫化5-10分钟获得汽车内饰用阻燃硅胶皮革。
