本发明属于牛皮席技术领域,具体公开了一种富含负氧离子的牛皮席及加工方法,包括从上至下依次设置的面层、网状层和牛皮层,所述面层的原料采用负氧离子混合溶液,所述负氧离子混合溶液包括负氧离子材料、固色剂、水、手感剂树脂和中硬酪系树脂;所述负氧离子材料的质量份数为5‑20,固色剂的质量份数为30,水的质量份数为10,手感剂树脂的质量份数为5,中硬酪系树脂的质量份数为4。上述牛皮席,能够解决现有牛皮席不具备提高睡眠质量、促进皮肤细胞活化等功能,这类牛皮席已经不能满足用户的需求的问题。

技术领域
本发明属于牛皮席技术领域,尤其涉及一种富含负氧离子的牛皮席及加工方法。
背景技术
睡眠是健康之本,拥有舒适、健康的寝具是获得高质量睡眠的关键所在。合适的床垫可以缓和人体与床之间的压力,从而达到更舒服的体验。由于牛皮席具有防霉菌、透气性好和经久耐用等优点,到了炎热的夏天人们都非常喜欢使用牛皮席。
目前的牛皮席的主要用途是帮助人们能够清爽地度过炎热的夏天,并不具备提高睡眠质量、促进皮肤细胞活化等功能,这类牛皮席已经不能满足用户的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种富含负氧离子的牛皮席及加工方法,以解决现有牛皮席不具备提高睡眠质量、促进皮肤细胞活化等功能,这类牛皮席已经不能满足用户的需求的问题。
为了达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案为:一种富含负氧离子的牛皮席,包括从上至下依次设置的面层、网状层和牛皮层,所述面层的原料采用负氧离子混合溶液,所述负氧离子混合溶液包括负氧离子材料、固色剂、水、手感剂树脂和中硬酪系树脂。
进一步,所述负氧离子材料的质量份数为5-20,固色剂的质量份数为30,水的质量份数为10,手感剂树脂的质量份数为5,中硬酪系树脂的质量份数为4。
进一步,所述固色剂采用TMO722固色剂,手感剂树脂采用TMF827树脂,中硬酪系树脂采用TMN662树脂。
为了达到上述目的,本发明的另一技术方案为:一种制备上述富含负氧离子的牛皮席的加工方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:补伤和修复处理:对牛皮表面进行补伤和修复;
S2:连接处理:对若干张牛皮进行连接,形成牛皮层;
S3:连接网状层和牛皮层:在牛皮层的表面粘接网状层;
S4:喷涂处理:在网状层的表面喷涂负氧离子混合溶液,并对负氧离子混合溶液进行烘干,在网状层表面形成面层,得到初步的牛皮席;
S5:压平处理:对初步的牛皮席进行压平;
S6:包边处理:对压平后的牛皮席进行包边,形成成品牛皮席。
进一步,采用喷涂机进行喷涂处理。
本技术方案的有益效果在于:①本技术方案中的牛皮席富有负氧离子,对睡眠质量有一定的改善作用,能够促进皮肤细胞活化,能够在一定程度上去除以及中和甲醛、甲苯和一氧化碳等有毒气体,保护人体身体健康,对皮肤神经末梢感受器有良好的的作用,继而使皮下组织的酸碱度向碱性方面转化。②本技术方案中对负氧离子混合溶液中各原料的质量份数进行配比,能够使得负氧离子的值和硬度达到对人体较好的状态,牛皮席的手感也非常好。

下面通过具体实施方式进一步详细说明:

实施例
如图1所示,一种富含负氧离子的牛皮席,包括从上至下依次设置的面层1、网状层2和牛皮层3,面层1的原料采用负氧离子混合溶液,负氧离子混合溶液包括负氧离子材料、固色剂、水、手感剂树脂和中硬酪系树脂。负氧离子材料的质量份数为5-20,固色剂的质量份数为30,水的质量份数为10,手感剂树脂的质量份数为5,中硬酪系树脂的质量份数为4。固色剂采用TMO722固色剂,手感剂树脂采用TMF827树脂,中硬酪系树脂采用TMN662树脂。
如图2所示,一种制备上述富含负氧离子的牛皮席的加工方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:补伤和修复处理:对牛皮表面进行补伤和修复;
S2:连接处理:对若干张牛皮进行连接,形成牛皮层3;
S3:连接网状层2和牛皮层3:在牛皮层3的表面粘接网状层2;
S4:喷涂处理:按照以下质量份数制备负氧离子混合溶液:负氧离子材料的质量份数为5-20,固色剂的质量份数为30,水的质量份数为10,手感剂树脂的质量份数为5,中硬酪系树脂的质量份数为4;在网状层2的表面喷涂负氧离子混合溶液,并对负氧离子混合溶液进行烘干,在网状层2表面形成面层1,得到初步的牛皮席;
S5:压平处理:对初步的牛皮席进行压平;
S6:包边处理:对压平后的牛皮席进行包边,形成成品牛皮席。
采用喷涂机对步骤S4进行喷涂处理。
对含有不同质量份数的负氧离子材料的牛皮席进行负氧离子浓度检测,检测结果如下表:

根据上述表格的数据,当负氧离子材料的份数小于5份时,其负氧离子发生量小于1000个/立方厘米,发生量为中等,导致牛皮席中负氧离子的效果没有达到优异的状态。当负氧离子材料的份数增加时,负氧离子的发生量也相应增加,并且达到了负氧离子发生量较高的状态,也使得牛皮席中负氧离子的相关效果得到了优异发挥。当负氧离子材料的份数超过20份时,其负氧离子的发生量也会增加,但是增加量减少,考虑到成本等因素,控制在20份以内比较好。

1.一种富含负氧离子的牛皮席,其特征在于:包括从上至下依次设置的面层、网状层和牛皮层,所述面层的原料采用负氧离子混合溶液,所述负氧离子混合溶液包括负氧离子材料、固色剂、水、手感剂树脂和中硬酪系树脂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种富含负氧离子的牛皮席,其特征在于:所述负氧离子材料的质量份数为5-20,固色剂的质量份数为30,水的质量份数为10,手感剂树脂的质量份数为5,中硬酪系树脂的质量份数为4。
3.根据权利要求1或2任一项所述的一种富含负氧离子的牛皮席,其特征在于:所述固色剂采用TMO722固色剂,手感剂树脂采用TMF827树脂,中硬酪系树脂采用TMN662树脂。
4.一种制备权利要求3所述的富含负氧离子的牛皮席的加工方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
S1:补伤和修复处理:对牛皮表面进行补伤和修复;
S2:连接处理:对若干张牛皮进行连接,形成牛皮层;
S3:连接网状层和牛皮层:在牛皮层的表面粘接网状层;
S4:喷涂处理:在网状层的表面喷涂负氧离子混合溶液,并对负氧离子混合溶液进行烘干,在网状层表面形成面层,得到初步的牛皮席;
S5:压平处理:对初步的牛皮席进行压平;
S6:包边处理:对压平后的牛皮席进行包边,形成成品牛皮席。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种富含负氧离子的牛皮席的加工方法,其特征在于:采用喷涂机进行喷涂处理。
