Abstract
本发明涉及一种锂电池极片多层涂布的辅助装置,包括多面涂布器的涂布刮刀、上层贴片模具和下层贴片模具,其中,上贴片模具和下贴片模具是由高硬度磁性橡胶材料制成的磁性薄片,可依次紧密吸附于多面涂布器的涂布刮刀上且相互紧密吸附,上贴片模具和下贴片模具的宽度相差0.6mm~1mm。本发明的使用方法是:在电池极片下涂层涂布时,将上、下贴片模具依次吸附于多面涂布器/涂布刮刀上,在电池极片上涂层涂布时,仅将上层贴片模具吸附于多面涂布器的涂布刮刀上。本发明辅助装置可使所涂布的电池极片结构的上涂层与下涂层减少相互干扰且具有宽度差值,上涂层的边缘逐渐削薄,从而解决了双层涂布鼓边的问题。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及锂离子电池极片的制备技术领域,尤其涉及一种锂电池极片多层涂布的辅助装置。
背景技术
锂离子电池制造过程中一般采用挤压式涂布机,在集流体表面涂敷一层流动性浆料,经烘干后制备成极片,再经压切、组装成为电池。
使厚极片具有连续梯度分布的孔隙率,不仅具有较高的能量密度,而且具有良好的电化学性能。中国专利CN201210191956 .5公开了一种锂离子二次电池极片的制备方法,在从靠近集流体的表面到远离集流体的表面的方向上,膜片的孔隙率逐渐增加,该方法容量发挥正常、倍率性能明显提高,而且析锂状况明显改善、循环稳定性也有明显提高。可见,多层涂布方面的研究价值正在日益凸显。
中国专利CN212277235U公开了一种多层涂布的极片结构,设定了上涂层与下涂层之间的宽度差值,且上涂层的边缘逐渐销薄,从而解决了双层涂布鼓边的问题。
发明内容
针对锂离子电池极片多层涂布实际操作不便、易翘边鼓边等问题,本发明目的在于提供一种多层涂布的辅助装置。
本发明目的通过下述方案现有的:一种锂电池极片多层涂布的辅助装置,包括多面涂布器的涂布刮刀,上层贴片模具和下层贴片模具,所述的上、下贴片模具是由高硬度磁性橡胶材料制成的磁性薄片,可依次紧密吸附于多面涂布刮刀上,也可相互紧密吸附。
本发明装置可使所涂布极片结构的上涂层与下涂层减少相互干扰且具有宽度差值,上涂层的边缘逐渐销薄,从而解决了双层涂布鼓边的问题。本发明中,所述的上、下贴片模具由高硬度磁性橡胶材料制成的磁性薄片,依据所配套的多面涂布器的涂布刮刀型号尺寸定制,可依次紧密吸附于多面涂布器的涂布刮刀上,也可相互紧密吸附。
在上述方案基础上,所述的上、下贴片模具的宽度相差0.6mm~1mm。上、下贴片的宽度相差0.6mm~1mm,可使所涂布极片结构的上涂层与下涂层减少相互干扰且具有宽度差值,上涂层的边缘逐渐销薄,从而解决了双层涂布鼓边的问题。
本发明贴片模具的数量不仅限于双层,可依实际需要定制贴片模具,拓展至实际厚度及工艺水平可实现的任意数量。
本发明提供一种上述装置的使用方法:在电池极片下涂层涂布时可将上、下贴片模具依次吸附于涂布刮刀上;在电池极片上涂层涂布时,可仅将上层贴片模具吸附于涂布刮刀上。
本发明优点:
1. 本发明结构简洁,组装及使用清洁便利;
2. 本发明可有效辅助电池极片的多层涂布,且解决了多层涂布鼓边的问题;
3. 本发明可根据实际需要拓展层数,定制贴片模具,实现多层涂布。

具体实施方式
实施例1:
一种锂电池极片多层涂布的辅助装置,如图1和图2所示,包括多面涂布的涂布刮刀1、上层贴片模具2和下层贴片模具3,所述的上层贴片模具2和下层贴片模具3是由高硬度磁性橡胶材料制成的磁性薄片,可依次紧密吸附于涂布刮刀1上,也可相互紧密吸附。所述的上、下层贴片模具1、2的宽度相差0.6mm~1mm。
本发明的使用步骤为:
a)涂布机上铺设好集流体箔片(铜箔或铝箔),用酒精将上、下层贴片模具2、3及箔片擦拭干净,并依次吸附于多面涂布器的涂布刮刀1上;
b)用双层贴片模式对下涂层浆料进行涂布,将上、下贴片模具2、3依次吸附于涂布刮刀1上;
c)清洁并摘下下层贴片模具3,仅将上层贴片模具2吸附于涂布刮刀1上,并在下涂层涂布起始位置开始对上涂层浆料进行涂布,宽度方向上相对于下涂层左右预留空间尽量相等,例如上、下贴片的宽度相差0.6mm,则左右各预留0.3mm;
d)结束涂布,关闭设备,清洁装置,烘干极片,多层涂布边缘整齐,未出现鼓边问题。
对比例1:
a) 涂布机上铺设好集流体箔片(铜箔或铝箔),用酒精将多面涂布器/涂布刮刀及箔片擦拭干净,并调整到下层涂料涂布所需的高度;
b) 在不加上、下层贴片模具的情况下对下层浆料进行涂布;
c) 清洁多面涂布器/涂布刮刀1,并调整到上涂层浆料涂布所需的高度,在下涂层涂布起始位置开始对上涂层浆料进行涂布;
d) 结束涂布,关闭设备,清洁装置,烘干极片,多层涂布边缘渐宽,且一侧出现鼓边问题。
尽管本发明的内容已经通过上述优选实施例作了详细介绍,但应当认识到上述的描述不应被认为是对本发明的限制。在本领域技术人员阅读了上述内容后,对于本发明的多种修改和替代都将是显而易见的。因此,本发明的保护范围应由所附的权利要求来限定。
Claims (4)
1.一种锂电池极片多层涂布的辅助装置,其特征在于:包括多面涂布的涂布刮刀(1)、上层贴片模具(2)和下层贴片模具(3),所述的上层贴片模具(2)和下层贴片模具(3)是由高硬度磁性橡胶材料制成的磁性薄片,可依次紧密吸附于涂布刮刀(1)上,也可相互紧密吸附。
2.根据权利要求1所述的锂电池极片多层涂布的辅助装置,其特征在于,所述的上、下层贴片模具的宽度相差0.6mm~1mm。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的锂电池极片多层涂布的辅助装置,其特征在于,根据涂层厚度要求,在上层贴片模具(2)和下层贴片模具(3)之间增加一片以上的贴片模具。
4.一种根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的锂电池极片多层涂布的辅助装置的使用方法,其特征在于,在电池极片下涂层涂布时,将上层贴片模具(2)和下层贴片模具(3)依次吸附于涂布刮刀(1)上;在电池极片上涂层涂布时,仅将上层贴片模具(2)吸附于涂布刮刀上。
