A method for producing acetaldehyde comprising the steps of:
s1: alcohol in the wine tank enters the interior of an ethanol evaporator 1 through a pump 8, and air and preheated qualified feed ethanol are evaporated in the ethanol evaporator;

s4: then the acetaldehyde is collected in an acetaldehyde collection tank 5 to feed an acetaldehyde rectifying tower 6;

The acetaldehyde production equipment is characterized by sequentially comprising an ethanol evaporator (1), an ethanol oxidizer (3), an acetaldehyde absorption tower (4), an acetaldehyde collection tank (5) and an acetaldehyde rectification tower (6) according to a production sequence, wherein an acetaldehyde product is prepared in the acetaldehyde rectification tower (6), the production equipment also comprises a wine tank (2) and an alcohol recovery tank (7), the wine tank (2) is used for placing raw materials used in the ethanol evaporator (1), and the alcohol recovery tank (7) is used for recovering residual alcohol in the acetaldehyde rectification tower (6);
an air outlet pipe (9) is arranged at the upper end of the acetaldehyde rectifying tower (6) and used for separating acetaldehyde products, a moving mechanism is arranged inside the acetaldehyde rectifying tower (6), an air outlet mechanism is arranged at the upper end of the moving mechanism, a containing and feeding mechanism is arranged at one side position of the acetaldehyde rectifying tower (6), and a driving mechanism is arranged inside the containing and feeding mechanism;
the moving mechanism comprises a moving frame body (14), a supporting slide bar (141), balls (142), a discharging pipe (143) and an electromagnetic valve A (144), the moving frame body (14) is located inside the acetaldehyde rectifying tower (6), the supporting slide bar (141) is fixedly connected to two side positions inside the acetaldehyde rectifying tower (6), the balls (142) are embedded into the lower end position inside the moving frame body (14) in a sliding mode, the discharging pipe (143) is fixedly connected to one side position inside the moving frame body (14), and the electromagnetic valve A (144) is arranged inside the discharging pipe (143);
the accommodating and feeding mechanism comprises a frame body (181), a feeding pipe II (19) is arranged at the upper end of the frame body (181), an electric flow valve B (192) is arranged inside the feeding pipe II (19), a pump body (191) is arranged at the position, located at the upper end of the electric flow valve B (192), inside the feeding pipe II (19), a pressure sensor A (20) is arranged at one side of the inside of the frame body (181), and a through hole is formed in the inside of the frame body (181) corresponding to the position of the discharge pipe (143);
air outlet mechanism is including division board (10), the equal fixedly connected with drainage baffle (101) of the inner wall of a side of division board (10) and acetaldehyde rectifying column (6), drainage baffle (101) on a side of division board (10) and the inner wall of acetaldehyde rectifying column (6) are crisscross setting from top to bottom, spout (103) have been seted up to the up end of drainage baffle (101), a side lower extreme position of division board (10) is provided with pressure sensor B (15).

The acetaldehyde production facility of claim 1, wherein: another side upper end position of acetaldehyde rectifying column (6) is provided with filling tube (12) the inside of filling tube (12) is provided with electric flow valve A (13), the opposite side lower extreme position of acetaldehyde rectifying column (6) is provided with delivery pipe (16), the inside of delivery pipe (16) is provided with the solenoid valve and is B (17), filling tube two (19) all are connected with acetaldehyde collection tank (5) with filling tube (12).

The acetaldehyde production facility of claim 1, wherein: the driving mechanism comprises a motor (18), a chain wheel (184), a chain (183) and a screw rod (182), wherein the motor (18) is arranged on one side face of the frame body (181), an output shaft of the motor (18) is fixedly connected with the screw rod (182), the number of the screw rods (182) is two, the chain wheel (184) is fixedly connected to the outer surface of the screw rod (182), and the screw rod (182) penetrates through the inside of the movable frame body (14).

An acetaldehyde production facility as claimed in claim 3, wherein: the control system in the acetaldehyde rectifying tower (6) further comprises a controller, a power supply module, a rectifying timing unit, a circulating unit, an electric flow valve B timing module, an electric flow valve A timing module, an electromagnetic valve A timing device and an electromagnetic valve B timing device, wherein the rectifying timing unit is used for limiting rectifying time for materials in the movable frame body (14) and materials at the bottom end in the acetaldehyde rectifying tower (6), the power supply module provides energy for the device, and the controller is used for controlling the action execution of the whole electric control system;
the timing module of the electric flow valve A is used for limiting the opening time of the electric flow valve A (13), the timing module of the electric flow valve B is used for limiting the opening time of the electric flow valve B (192), and the flow opening processes of the electric flow valve A (13) and the electric flow valve B (192) are always kept in a stable state.
5. An acetaldehyde production facility as claimed in claim 4, wherein: the motor (18) is controlled by the controller to be opened and closed directly according to the rectification timing unit.
6. An acetaldehyde production facility as claimed in claim 4, wherein: the opening time of the solenoid valve A (144) is time-limited by a solenoid valve A timer, and the opening time of the solenoid valve B (17) is time-limited by a solenoid valve B timer.
7. The acetaldehyde production facility of claim 1, wherein: and pump machines (8) are arranged among the processes of the production sequence of the ethanol evaporator (1), the ethanol oxidizer (3), the acetaldehyde absorption tower (4) and the acetaldehyde collection tank (5).

s4: then the acetaldehyde is collected in an acetaldehyde collection tank (5) to feed an acetaldehyde rectifying tower (6);
s5: then the material enters an acetaldehyde rectifying tower (6) for rectification and heating treatment, the product is discharged through an air outlet pipe (9) after being gasified, and the residual material in the acetaldehyde rectifying tower (6) is treated and enters an alcohol recovery tank (7) for collection.
