The Chinese pulsatilla root in the composition is bitter and cold in nature; entering stomach and large intestine meridians, has the effects of clearing away heat and toxic materials, cooling blood and stopping dysentery, and is used for treating heat-toxin bloody dysentery, pruritus vulvae and leukorrhagia. The chemical components of the Chinese pulsatilla root mainly comprise triterpenoid saponin, triterpenic acid, lignan, daucosterol, glycoprotein and the like, and the Chinese pulsatilla root has pharmacological activities of resisting inflammation, oxidation, tumors, schistosomiasis and the like, can enhance the immune function, and has the effects of clearing heat and removing toxicity by using the Chinese pulsatilla root.
Honeysuckle flower is sweet in nature and taste and cold; it enters lung, heart and stomach meridians. Has the effects of clearing away heat and toxic materials, and dispelling pathogenic wind and heat, and can be used for treating carbuncle, furuncle, pharyngitis, erysipelas, toxic heat, dysentery with bloody stool, wind-heat type common cold, epidemic febrile disease, and fever. The effective components in flos Lonicerae mainly comprise organic acids, flavonoids, volatile oils and triterpenoid saponins, and have various physiological activities such as antibacterial, antiinflammatory, antivirus, fever relieving and immunity regulating effects. Modern pharmacological studies show that the honeysuckle can be used for treating pertussis, infantile pneumonia, paranasal sinusitis and the like.
Baical skullcap root, radix Scutellariae is bitter and cold in nature; enters lung, gallbladder, spleen, large intestine and small intestine meridians, and has effects of clearing heat and eliminating dampness, purging fire and removing toxic substance, stopping bleeding, and preventing miscarriage. Can be used for treating damp-warm syndrome, summer-heat dampness, chest distress, emesis, dampness and heat distention, dysentery, jaundice, cough due to lung heat, hyperpyrexia, polydipsia, hematemesis, carbuncle, swelling, sore, and threatened abortion. The scutellaria baicalensis has various and very complex chemical components, mainly contains different components such as flavonoid, phenol glycoside, alcohol glycoside, volatile oil, trace elements, amino acid and the like, and has better treatment effect on inflammation, bacterial infection, oxidation, allergy, tumor, cardiovascular disease, pain, liver disease and the like.

Detailed Description
Example 1 preparation of the extract of the present invention
Chinese pulsatilla root extract: reflux-extracting radix Pulsatillae with 10 times of v/w, ml/g 70% ethanol for 3 times, each for 2 hr, mixing extractive solutions, filtering, concentrating the filtrate to relative density of 1.05-1.10 at 60 deg.C, dissolving the filtrate with water, passing through AB-8 resin, eluting with 50% ethanol, concentrating the eluate under reduced pressure to obtain soft extract, and oven drying the soft extract;
and (3) honeysuckle extract: decocting flos Lonicerae with 10 times of v/w water, ml/g for 2 times, each for 1.5 hr, mixing decoctions, filtering, concentrating the filtrate under reduced pressure to obtain fluid extract with relative density of 1.15-1.20(60 deg.C), adding ethanol to make ethanol content reach 85%, standing for 24 hr, filtering, adding ethanol to residue to make ethanol content reach 85%, standing for 24 hr, filtering, mixing the filtrates, recovering ethanol, concentrating under reduced pressure to relative density of 1.20-1.24(60 deg.C) to obtain flos Lonicerae extract;
and (3) extracting scutellaria baicalensis: taking scutellaria baicalensis, adding 10 times of v/w of water and decocting with ml/g of water for 2 times, each time for 1.5 hours, combining decoction liquids, concentrating to 60 ℃ relative density of 1.10-1.20, adjusting pH value to 1.0-2.0 by hydrochloric acid, keeping the temperature at 80 ℃, standing for 24 hours, filtering, adding 10 times of v/w of water and ml/g of precipitate, stirring uniformly, adjusting pH value to 7.0 by 40% sodium hydroxide solution, adding equivalent ethanol, stirring to dissolve, filtering, adjusting pH value of filtrate to 1.0-2.0 by hydrochloric acid, keeping the temperature at 60 ℃, standing for 24 hours, filtering, washing precipitate to 7.0 by using appropriate water and ethanol in sequence, volatilizing the ethanol completely, and drying under reduced pressure to obtain the traditional Chinese medicine.
Example 2 preparation of tobacco tar according to the invention
1) Dissolving 3g of the pulsatilla chinensis extract prepared in the example 1 and 1.5g of the honeysuckle extract in 4 times of 30% ethanol (v/w, ml/g), mixing and stirring uniformly to obtain a Chinese medicinal extract mixture solution;
2) stirring and mixing 6g of propylene glycol and 2g of glycerol uniformly at 30 ℃ to obtain a base solution;
3) and (3) pouring the solution of the mixture of the traditional Chinese medicine extracts and 0.2g of mint essence into the base solution, keeping the temperature at 30 ℃, uniformly stirring, and cooling to room temperature to obtain the electronic cigarette oil.
EXAMPLE 3 preparation of tobacco tar according to the invention
1) Dissolving 3g of the pulsatilla chinensis extract prepared in example 1 and 1.5g of the scutellaria baicalensis extract in 4 times of 30% ethanol (v/w, ml/g), mixing and stirring uniformly to obtain a Chinese medicinal extraction mixture solution;
2) stirring and mixing 6g of propylene glycol and 2g of glycerol uniformly at 30 ℃ to obtain a base solution;
3) and (3) pouring the solution of the mixture of the traditional Chinese medicine extracts and 0.2g of mint essence into the base solution, keeping the temperature at 30 ℃, uniformly stirring, and cooling to room temperature to obtain the electronic cigarette oil.
EXAMPLE 4 preparation of tobacco tar according to the invention
1) 2.25g of the honeysuckle extract prepared in the embodiment 1 and 2.25g of the scutellaria baicalensis extract are taken, and the two extracts are dissolved and mixed by 30 percent ethanol with 4 times of volume, volume/w and ml/g and are stirred uniformly;
2) stirring and mixing 6g of propylene glycol and 2g of glycerol uniformly at 30 ℃ to obtain a base solution;
3) and (3) pouring the solution of the mixture of the traditional Chinese medicine extracts and 0.2g of mint essence into the base liquid according to the proportion, keeping the temperature at 30 ℃, uniformly stirring, and cooling to room temperature to obtain the electronic cigarette oil.
EXAMPLE 5 preparation of tobacco tar according to the invention
1) Dissolving 3g of the pulsatilla chinensis extract prepared in the example 1, 0.5g of the honeysuckle extract and 1g of the scutellaria baicalensis extract in 4 times of 30% ethanol (v/w, ml/g), mixing and stirring uniformly;
2) stirring and mixing 6g of propylene glycol and 2g of glycerol uniformly at 30 ℃ to obtain a base solution;
3) and (3) pouring the solution of the mixture of the traditional Chinese medicine extracts and 0.2g of mint essence into the base solution, keeping the temperature at 30 ℃, uniformly stirring, and cooling to room temperature to obtain the electronic cigarette oil.
The beneficial effects of the invention are illustrated by way of test examples below:
test example 1 Effect of electronic cigarette oil on cough and asthma caused by throat inflammation

100 cough and asthma people with more than three years of tobacco age and obvious throat inflammation are selected in the test and divided into 4 groups of 25 people.
