When a patient kneels from a standing posture to one leg side for switching, the hip fixing mechanism 7 is started, the hip fixing plate 18 is driven by the first telescopic rod 17 to fix the hip of the patient, the hip is prevented from bending when the patient kneels downwards, meanwhile, the sixth telescopic rod 32 extends further, the two hook plates 6 further lift the armpit of the patient upwards, the trunk part of the patient is stretched, and the spasm of muscles of the trunk part is avoided; then the fifth telescopic rod is started to drive the first sliding block 11 to move forwards in the first sliding groove 9, so as to drive the healthy lower limbs of the patient to step forwards, and certainly, if the healthy lower limbs of the patient have mobility, the affected side can also move forwards by itself if the affected side lower limbs of the patient can bear the gravity center of the body. At this time, the rib fixing mechanism is driven by the fourth telescopic rod 26 to fix the bilateral ribs of the patient by the rib fixing plate 27, in cooperation with the hip fixation mechanism 7, to avoid flexion of the patient's waist and hip, the drive motor 14 is activated, the screw rod 15 and the back plate 3 are matched to drive the back plate 3 and the trunk of the patient to slowly descend, meanwhile, the healthy lower limbs of the patient slowly bend the knees, the affected lower limbs of the patient also form a knee bending shape under the action of the first push block 21 and the second push block 24, along with the slow descending of the trunk of the patient, the third telescopic rod 23 further pushes the affected ankle of the patient to move backwards, the feet of the patient move backwards and downwards along with the second sliding block 12 in the inclined sliding groove 28, and because the second sliding block 12 can rotate around the rotating shaft, the feet of the affected side of the patient move backwards while the second sliding block 12 rotates, and pain caused by excessive bending of the toes of the affected side of the patient is avoided. Thus, the patient completes one time of posture conversion training from standing to kneeling from one leg of the affected leg in about 5 minutes, trains the correct kneeling posture and muscle movement of the patient, avoids muscle spasm and lays the foundation for the patient to sit on the side and sit on the right side again.
Having described embodiments of the present invention, the foregoing description is intended to be exemplary, not exhaustive, and not limited to the embodiments disclosed. Many modifications and variations will be apparent to those of ordinary skill in the art without departing from the scope and spirit of the described embodiments.
