Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of fruit protection, in particular to a film calcium product for preventing sunscald and beautifying fruits and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The high temperature and strong sunshine in the south cause serious sunburn damage to oranges, hot peppers and the like, and the appearance and the internal quality of fruits are affected.
The sunscald disease of the fruit is a common physiological disease of fruit trees, and brings great loss to the fruit production every year. . High temperature and strong light are the main causes of sunscald, and especially sudden high temperature and strong light are more likely to cause sunscald of fruits. Moisture stress and relative humidity are also factors in the occurrence of sunburn. Under the clamping of high temperature and drought, fruits in the fruit expansion period are easy to suntan, the fruits after suntan are easy to recover to a light degree, the suntan degree is moderate but the fruits do not damage the sponge layer, the fruit quality is not affected, but the commodity is very low. In the severely sunburned fruit, cells in the spongy layer die, and the juice is granulated and withered, so that the flavor is lost.
Therefore, the technical problems to be solved by the technical personnel in the field are to provide a suntan-proof skin calcium product capable of protecting fruits, and a preparation method and application thereof.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the invention provides a calcium involucra product for preventing sunscald and beautifying fruits, and a preparation method and application thereof
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a involucra calcium product for preventing sunscald and beautifying fruits comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 0.5-2 parts of pure acrylic emulsion, 0.05-0.5 part of dispersant, 2-5 parts of light calcium carbonate, 1-2 parts of heavy calcium carbonate, 0.5-1 part of calcium citrate, 1-1.5 parts of titanium citrate, 0.1-0.5 part of ethyl cellulose, 0.2 part of antifreeze, 0.05 part of potassium sorbate and 1-2 parts of water.
Preferably, the anti-sunburn beautifying peel calcium product comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1 part of pure acrylic emulsion, 0.05 part of dispersant, 3 parts of light calcium carbonate, 1 part of heavy calcium carbonate, 1 part of calcium citrate, 1.5 parts of titanium citrate, 0.3 part of ethyl cellulose, 0.2 part of antifreeze, 0.05 part of potassium sorbate and 2 parts of water.
Further, the dispersant is a C20 type dispersant.
The C20 type dispersant is polyacrylic acid dispersant.
The beneficial effect of adopting the further scheme is that: the invention adopts the dispersant to thoroughly disperse the nanoscale calcium.
Further, the antifreezing agent is ethylene glycol.
The beneficial effect of adopting the further scheme is that: the antifreezing agent can realize low-temperature condensation in winter.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the anti-sunscald involucra calcium product, which comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing the raw materials in parts by weight;
(2) dividing water into two parts, simultaneously mixing the first part of water with the pure acrylic emulsion, the dispersing agent, the light calcium carbonate, the heavy calcium carbonate, the calcium citrate and the titanium citrate, and then uniformly scattering the mixture by using a high-speed dispersion machine to obtain a mixture;
(3) dissolving ethyl cellulose, an antifreezing agent and potassium sorbate in the second part of water, adding the mixture into the mixed solution, uniformly stirring, and homogenizing to obtain the anti-sunburn skin calcium product.
Further, the rotating speed of the high-speed dispersion machine in the step (2) is 2500-.
Further, the stirring speed in the step (3) is 1200-1500r/min, and the stirring time is 20-50 min.
Furthermore, the homogenization time in the step (3) is 20-40 min.
The invention also provides an application method of the anti-sunscald skink calcium product, which comprises the following steps: diluting the involucra calcium product of the anti-sunburn fruit beautifying by 20-40 times with water, and then spraying the involucra calcium product on the fruit epidermis to quickly form a calcium-titanium film on the fruit epidermis so as to protect the fruit from being burnt.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the product of the invention can continuously and stably release carbon dioxide in fruit cells, and optimize the quantity of available carbon dioxide of crops, thereby obviously coordinating and extending photosynthesis and being beneficial to the accumulation of organic substances;
the product of the invention can meet the requirement of crops on calcium absorption, prevent fruit cracking and reduce the harm of bitter pox, fruit rust, navel rot, malformed fruit and the like;
under the action of emulsion and cellulose, titanium dioxide and calcium carbonate in the product form an organic protective film on the surface of fruits, which is equivalent to sleeving a film bag and a paper bag to protect the growth of the fruits, prevent the invasion of pathogenic bacteria, reduce the occurrence of diseases, and reduce the occurrence of diseases such as sunburn, fruit rust, sand skin disease, lipid spot disease and the like. Protecting the brightness of the fruits, resisting storage and prolonging the harvesting period.
After the involucra calcium product is diluted and sprayed, a group of calcium-titanium protective films can be formed on the surface layers of fruits, so that the occurrence of sunfruits is effectively reduced, and other plant diseases and insect pests caused by suntan are effectively prevented.
