Description

Micro-film calcium fruit suntan protective agent and preparation and application methods thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of plant protection, and particularly relates to a micro-film calcium fruit suntan protective agent and a preparation method and an application method thereof.
Technical Field
Sunscald is a physiological disease caused by solar radiant heat. In the high-temperature arid seasons of summer and autumn, the sunlight directly irradiates the naked branches and fruits of the fruit trees, and the burns can be caused when the surface temperature reaches more than 40 ℃. The bark damaged by sunburn falls off or cracks when it is severe. The surface of the fruit is exposed to sunburn, which turns white first and then browns. When the weather is extremely dry and continuously high temperature, the relative humidity of air is below 50 percent, the underground water supply is insufficient, and the transpiration is weakened, the direct strong light can also cause the leaves of fruit trees such as apples, pears and the like to burn.
In order to prevent sunscald, fruit growers mostly adopt ways of pasting paper, whitening fruits, pulling a sunshade net and the like, but the prevention effect is not very effective, sunscald cannot be completely prevented, and the eating value of fruits is influenced to a certain extent. In the prior patent, CN 109892330A discloses a crop sunscald control agent and an application thereof, the crop sunscald control agent takes sodium alginate oligosaccharide as an active component, the method can reduce sunscald and labor cost for sunscald control, but the agent needs to be applied every 7-10 days and cannot rapidly and effectively reduce sunscald. The invention researches a micro-film calcium protective agent which can form a layer of protective film on the surface of fruits after being sprayed, block and reduce ultraviolet rays in sunlight, reduce diseases caused by high temperature and sunburn, and increase crop nutrition.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problem that sunscald cannot be rapidly and effectively reduced in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a micro-film calcium fruit sunscald protective agent and a preparation and application method thereof, wherein a protective film is formed on the surface of a fruit after the protective agent is sprayed, ultraviolet rays are effectively reflected, the surface temperature of the fruit is reduced, and the photosynthesis of leaves is not influenced; the nano calcium can enter the crop body through the surface layer of the crop, and simultaneously, the nano calcium can supplement calcium to prevent physiological diseases caused by the deficiency of the crop.
In order to realize the purpose of the invention, the invention is realized by adopting the following technical scheme:
a micro-film calcium fruit suntan protective agent and a preparation and application method thereof are characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:
40-80 parts of zinc oxide, 10-20 parts of nano calcium carbonate, 1-1.5 parts of penetrating agent, 1-1.5 parts of thickening agent, 3-5 parts of spreader and 80-120 parts of deionized water.
Furthermore, the penetrating agent is isomeric alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, and has excellent penetrating, wetting and emulsifying properties.
Further, the thickener is a polyurethane resin.
Further, the spreader is a trisiloxane surfactant.
A preparation method of a micro-film calcium fruit suntan protective agent comprises the following steps:
(1) adding the zinc oxide, the penetrating agent, the spreader, the thickener and the deionized water in parts by weight into a stirrer, stirring at the rotating speed of 3500-;
(2) adding the nano calcium carbonate in the weight part into the solution obtained in the step (1), and grinding for 2-3h by adopting a multistage colloid mill at the temperature of 25-30 ℃ and the grinding fineness of 1-2 mu m to obtain uniform suspension liquid.
The using method of the micro-film calcium fruit suntan protective agent comprises the following steps: when in use, the calcium micro-film protective coating is diluted by water by 100 times and then sprayed on the surface of fruits, and is mainly sprayed on parts which are easy to sunburn and hot burn, so that a micro-film calcium protective layer can be formed on the surface of the fruits after spraying.
The micro-film calcium fruit suntan protective agent is used for preventing and treating suntan disease of fruits.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: 1. the zinc oxide can effectively absorb and scatter ultraviolet rays, relieve the burn of leaves, stems, pistils, fruits and the like of crops caused by too strong direct light, reduce the surface temperature of the fruits and simultaneously do not influence the photosynthesis of the leaves; 2. the nano calcium can enter the crop body through the surface layer of the crop, and simultaneously supplements the calcium, prevents physiological diseases caused by the deficiency of the crop, improves the fruit quality, increases the fruit hardness, and effectively prolongs the storage time of the fruit; 3. the addition of the trisiloxane surfactant can promote the pesticide preparation to smoothly attach, maintain, spread and permeate on plants, and plays a key role in improving the pesticide effect; 4. after the product is sprayed, a layer of protective film can be formed on the surface of the fruit, so that the sunscald disease of the fruit can be effectively prevented and treated, and the commodity rate of the fruit is greatly improved; 5. the fruit preservative is simple and convenient to use, only needs to be diluted by water and sprayed on the surface of fruits, has small using amount, direct effect and obvious effect, reduces the expenditure of labor cost, and has good economic benefit and wide market prospect.
