本发明公开了一种电站热力设备化学清洗中除铜的方法,包括以下步骤;1.电站热力设备化学清洗中酸洗结束后检查监视管镀铜情况,监视管发生镀铜则需采用除铜工艺;2.酸洗后水冲洗合格后,配制含缓蚀剂的EDTA漂洗液,控制漂洗液初始pH 4.5~7,清洗系统中漂洗液初始EDTA浓度0.3%~3%;3.将漂洗液加入系统,定期测试系统铁离子和游离EDTA浓度,铁离子和游离EDTA浓度平衡时,测试系统pH;4.如果清洗系统pH大于7.0,调节pH至调节系统5.0~7.0;5.向系统加入除铜剂,除铜1~4h后,使用氨水调节系统pH至9.0~10.5,开始钝化,钝化结束后排放钝化液。本发明方法在漂洗和钝化过程中除铜,减少清洗废水量,操作简单、除铜效果好,易于实现。

Description

一种电站热力设备化学清洗中除铜的方法
技术领域
本发明属于电站热力设备化学清洗领域,具体涉及一种电站热力设备化学清洗中除铜的方法。
背景技术
化学清洗是去除热力设备换热管内部腐蚀和结垢产物的最常用的方法。如果电站热力设备水质控制不佳,会导致结垢物化学成分中含铜,在酸洗条件下结垢物中的铜化合物溶解后会和热力设备金属基体发生置换反应形成镀铜。DL/T 794《火力发电厂锅炉化学清洗导则》的验收标准中规定:清洗后的金属表面应清洁,基本上无残留氧化物和焊渣,不应出现二次锈蚀和点蚀,不应有镀铜现象。根据DL/T 794中相关规定,化学清洗中发生镀铜,将造成清洗质量不合格。所以,化学清洗方案制定时,应充分考虑铜垢清洗时发生镀铜的风险,并制定相应的处理措施。
DL/T 794《火力发电厂锅炉化学清洗导则》中规定CuO含量大于5%,清洗时可采用氨洗除铜工艺,该工艺在酸洗后用25~30℃的1.3%~1.5%氨水和0.5%过硫酸铵溶液清洗1h~1.5h。随后排掉溶液,再用0.8%NaOH和0.3%Na3PO4溶液进行清洗。该工艺优点是除铜效果好,缺点是工艺复杂不利于现场控制、除铜工艺需要排放废液;DL/T 794《火力发电厂锅炉化学清洗导则》中规定CuO含量小于5%,清洗时可采用硫脲一步除铜法,该工艺向清洗系统中加入0.5~0.8%的硫脲进行除铜。该工艺简单,缺点是工艺控制不当或者清洗前取样不具备代表性,在实施过程中还会发生镀铜现象。
因此,开发一种除铜效果好、过程简单、易于控制、废液排放量少、环保的热力设备化学清洗中除铜方法十分必要。
发明内容
为了解决上述现有技术存在的缺点,本发明的目的在于提供一种电站热力设备化学清洗中除铜方法,该方法易于实现,除铜效果好,除铜过程不增加废水。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案。
一种电站热力设备化学清洗中除铜的方法,具体包括以下步骤:
步骤1.电站热力设备化学清洗中酸洗结束后检查监视管镀铜情况,监视管发生镀铜则需采用除铜工艺;
步骤2.酸洗后水冲洗合格后,配制含缓蚀剂的EDTA漂洗液,控制EDTA漂洗液初始pH为4.5~7,化学清洗系统中EDTA漂洗液初始EDTA质量浓度0.3%~3%;
步骤3.将EDTA漂洗液加入化学清洗系统进行漂洗,定期测试化学清洗系统铁离子和游离EDTA浓度,铁离子和游离EDTA浓度平衡时,测试化学清洗系统pH;
步骤4.如果漂洗结束时化学清洗系统pH大于7.0,调节pH至5.0~7.0;
步骤5.向化学清洗系统加入除铜剂进行除铜,除铜1~4h后,使用氨水调节化学清洗系统pH至9.0~10.5,开始钝化,钝化结束后排放钝化液。
除铜步骤是在漂洗和钝化之间,除铜过程中无需排放或者稀释漂洗及钝化液。
漂洗、除铜及钝化过程所需的温度为40~80℃。
如果漂洗结束时系统pH大于7.0,使用乙二胺四乙酸调节系统pH。
所述的除铜剂为双氧水、过硫酸铵或过碳酸钠的一种或者几种,除铜剂的加入质量浓度为0.1%~1.5%,除铜剂将电站热力设备清洗过程中镀铜氧化后,和EDTA发生络合反应,达到除铜目的。
步骤2所述的含缓蚀剂的EDTA漂洗液中缓蚀剂的有效成分为乌洛托品、咪唑啉、MBT及OP-10的混合物。
本发明和现有技术相比较,具有如下优点:
1)本发明在漂洗、钝化过程中间加入除铜剂,漂洗、除铜、钝化一步完成增加工作效率,有效除铜的同时,避免了增加化学清洗废水量。
2)本法明除铜效率高,使用的除铜剂为无毒化合物,避免了对工作人员和环境造成危害。
3)本发明制备方法安全可靠、易于操作。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
实施案例
如图1所示,某300MW亚临界锅炉水冷壁使用复合有机酸清洗时,酸洗液排放后检查水冷壁监视管,发现监视管内部存在红色物质,分析后,判定酸洗过程发生镀铜。进行酸洗后水冲洗,冲洗终点为pH4.5,系统总铁为43mg/L。切换系统进行漂洗,向系统加入缓蚀剂,配制EDTA漂洗液,漂洗液pH4.7,EDTA浓度为1.3%,控制系统温度40~55℃。漂洗两小时后,系统总铁及游离EDTA均达到平衡,测量pH为5.7。向系统加入0.6%过碳酸钠,除铜1h后,检查监视管发现监视管内镀铜清洗干净,向系统加入氨水转钝化,钝化pH为9.4,钝化4小时后,检查监视管,钝化膜致密,钝化结束,排放系统钝化液。

Claims (4)

1.一种电站热力设备化学清洗中除铜的方法,其特征在于:具体包括以下步骤:
步骤1.电站热力设备化学清洗中酸洗结束后检查监视管镀铜情况,监视管发生镀铜则需采用除铜工艺;
步骤2.酸洗后水冲洗合格后,配制含缓蚀剂的EDTA漂洗液,控制EDTA漂洗液初始pH为4.5~7,化学清洗系统中EDTA漂洗液初始EDTA质量浓度0.3%~3%;
步骤3.将EDTA漂洗液加入化学清洗系统进行漂洗,定期测试化学清洗系统铁离子和游离EDTA浓度,铁离子和游离EDTA浓度平衡时,测试化学清洗系统pH;
步骤4.如果漂洗结束时化学清洗系统pH大于7.0,调节pH至5.0~7.0;
步骤5.向化学清洗系统加入除铜剂进行除铜,除铜1~4h后,使用氨水调节化学清洗系统pH至9.0~10.5,开始钝化,钝化结束后排放钝化液;
除铜步骤是在漂洗和钝化之间,除铜过程中无需排放或者稀释漂洗及钝化液;

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种电站热力设备化学清洗中除铜的方法,其特征在于:如果漂洗结束时系统pH大于7.0,使用乙二胺四乙酸调节系统pH。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种电站热力设备化学清洗中除铜的方法,其特征在于:步骤2所述的含缓蚀剂的EDTA漂洗液中缓蚀剂的有效成分为乌洛托品、咪唑啉、MBT及OP-10的混合物。
