The garbage is degraded by using anaerobic flora under high temperature environment. The degraded biogas water is extracted through the biogas liquid output hole 2, the biogas residues are extracted through the biogas residue extraction port 4, and the biogas is extracted through the biogas output hole 5. The garbage can be rapidly treated, the environment-friendly treatment and the efficiency utilization are realized.
