The intelligent automobile headlamp capable of positioning and measuring speed through GPRS as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the lower portion of the automobile headlamp can be clamped in the fixing sheet, screw hole positions are arranged on two sides of the lens base, the screw hole positions are correspondingly arranged on the fixing sheet, and the lens base is fixedly connected with the fixing sheet through screws.

or the speed measuring module adopts a millimeter wave radar or a laser radar;
or, the speed measuring module adopts a driving computer OBD interface, and the driving computer OBD interface can read a driving computer.
9. The intelligent automobile headlamp capable of positioning and measuring speed through GPRS as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the control system comprises a circuit board, wherein an AI algorithm chip, an MCU chip and a constant current IC chip are arranged on the circuit board;
the AI algorithm chip comprises an autonomous development algorithm program and can identify and grade the received real-time vehicle speed;
the MCU chip is a microcontroller and can make an instruction for changing the brightness and the power of the vehicle lamp according to the vehicle speed graded by the AI algorithm chip and a judgment result;
the constant current IC chip is a carrier for changing instructions, the instructions made by the MCU chip are sent to the constant current IC chip, and the constant current IC chip can make corresponding brightness and power changes according to the corresponding instructions.
10. The intelligent automobile headlamp capable of positioning and measuring speed through GPRS as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the intelligent automobile headlamp comprises a common mode and an intelligent mode;
when the intelligent automobile headlamp is powered on, a switch is turned on, the common mode is turned on, the switch is turned off and turned on again, the intelligent mode is switched to, and the switch is turned off and turned on again, so that the intelligent automobile headlamp is switched back to the common mode; when the power of the common mode is 100%, after the intelligent mode is switched, the power of the intelligent automobile headlamp is decreased with the traveling speed of the automobile; when the power of the common mode is 50%, after the intelligent mode is switched, the power of the intelligent automobile headlamp is increased along with the traveling speed of the automobile.
