As shown in fig. 6, in the ADB working state, the LED light sources corresponding to the rear ends of the block cavity structures on the condenser 1 are in an off state, and the other two LED light sources are turned on, and light is totally reflected and emitted forward when irradiated onto the side surfaces of the block cavity structures, so as to form an ADB light shape. The ADB light shape of the left lamp is shown in fig. 8, the ADB light shape of the right lamp is shown in fig. 9, the light shape of the left and right lamps after superposition in the ADB working state is shown in fig. 10, the middle groove area is a dark area formed for preventing the front vehicle from dazzling, and the area size of the dark area can be adjusted by left and right rotation of the left and right inner modules of the left and right lamps so as to adapt to adjustment of different illumination ranges. The road surface effect diagram of the ADB is shown in fig. 12, when a vehicle is in a opposite lane, the vehicle has a good lighting effect on the lane, and meanwhile, the driver of the opposite vehicle is prevented from dazzling, so that the driving safety is improved.
Claims (11)
1. An LED light source far and near light integrative car light module with ADB function, includes:
a condenser (1) made of transparent material,
a high beam LED light source (2) and a low beam LED light source (3) which are arranged at the rear side of the condenser (1), namely at the near incidence side,
a reflector (5) arranged at the front upper part of the condenser (1), namely at the front upper part of the emergent light side and a lens (6) arranged at the front side of the condenser (1), which is characterized in that,
a block-shaped cavity structure (7) with an upper opening is arranged at the left or right part of the condenser (1),
the block-shaped cavity structure is similar to a polygon,
the inner rear end face (7-1) of the block cavity structure and the middle side end face (7-2) of the left or right part are planes, the inner rear end face is near incident light side end face,
the front end face (1-3) of the outer side of the condenser (1) is a plane or an arc face,
the front side end face (7-3) of the inner side of the block-shaped cavity structure, namely, the end face near one side of the lens (6) is a plane or an arc face which is the same as the front end face of the outer side of the condenser (1) in shape and is matched with the front end face,
the high beam LED light source (2) positioned at the rear end of a block-shaped cavity structure (7) with an opening at the upper part and arranged at the left or right part of the condenser (1) can be independently turned on and off,
the rear end of the condenser (1) is in a lighting state when the high beam LED light source corresponding to a block-shaped cavity structure (7) with an opening at the upper part, which is arranged at the left part or the right part of the condenser (1), is in a full high beam working state, the emitted light is transmitted by the block-shaped cavity structure and then is emitted forward to form a part of the high beam shape,
the high beam LED light source corresponding to the block-shaped cavity structure with the upper opening arranged at the left or right part of the condenser (1) at the rear end of the condenser (1) is in an extinction state when in an ADB working state, other LED light sources are lightened, and light rays are emitted forward after being totally reflected when irradiated on the side surface of the block-shaped cavity structure, so that an ADB light shape is formed.
2. The LED light source high and low beam integrated car lamp module with the ADB function as claimed in claim 1, wherein,
the joint of the inner rear side end face (7-1) of the block cavity structure of the condenser (1) and the middle side end face (7-2) of the left or right part is an acute angle so as to form a clear ADB cut-off line.
3. The LED light source high and low beam integrated car lamp module with the ADB function as claimed in claim 1, wherein,
the number of the high beam LED light sources (2) is 2-5.
4. The LED light source high and low beam integrated car lamp module with the ADB function as claimed in claim 1, wherein,
the condenser (1) is used for a left car lamp, and the block-shaped cavity structure is arranged on the left side of the condenser corresponding to the left car lamp.
5. The LED light source high and low beam integrated car lamp module with the ADB function as claimed in claim 1, wherein,
the condenser (1) is used for a right car lamp, and the block-shaped cavity structure is arranged on the right side of the condenser corresponding to the right car lamp.
6. The LED light source high and low beam integrated car lamp module with the ADB function as claimed in claim 1, wherein,
the condenser (1) is used for a left or right car lamp, when the number of the high beam LED light sources (2) is even number of 2 or 4, one side surface of the middle part of the light collector near the inside of the block-shaped cavity structure is at least positioned at the left or right side of the central line of the two high beam LED light sources (2),
therefore, when the block-shaped cavity structure is formed in the right part, light rays emitted from the left high beam LED light source are totally reflected on one side surface of the middle part of the condenser in the right block-shaped cavity structure; or alternatively, the first and second heat exchangers may be,
when the left part is provided with the block-shaped cavity structure, light rays emitted from the right high beam LED light source are totally reflected on one side surface of the middle part of the condenser inside the left part block-shaped cavity structure.
7. The LED light source high and low beam integrated car lamp module with the ADB function as claimed in claim 1, wherein,
the condenser (1) is used for a left or right car lamp, when the number of the high beam LED light sources (2) is an odd number of 3 or 5, one side surface of the middle part of the block-shaped cavity structure near the condenser is at least positioned at the left or right side of the emergent light axis of the middle high beam LED light source,
therefore, when the block-shaped cavity structure is formed in the right part, the light emitted from the middle high beam LED light source is totally reflected on one side surface of the middle part of the condenser close to the right block-shaped cavity structure; or alternatively, the first and second heat exchangers may be,
when the left part is provided with the block-shaped cavity structure, the emergent light of the middle high beam LED light source is totally reflected on one side surface of the middle part of the near condenser of the left block-shaped cavity structure.
8. The LED light source high and low beam integrated car lamp module with the ADB function as claimed in claim 1, wherein,
when the condenser (1) is used for a left or right car lamp, the distance between the front end face (7-3) of the inner part of the left or right block-shaped cavity structure and the front end face (1-3) of the outer side of the condenser is 2-10mm.
9. The LED light source high and low beam integrated car lamp module with the ADB function as claimed in claim 1, wherein,
the block-shaped cavity structure on the condenser (1) is an irregular square-like hole.
10. The LED light source high and low beam integrated car lamp module with the ADB function as claimed in claim 1, wherein,
the block-shaped cavity structure on the condenser (1) is an irregular rectangular-like hole.
11. The LED light source high and low beam integrated car lamp module with the ADB function as claimed in claim 1, wherein,
the front end face of the outer side of the condenser (1) is a concave arc face.
