Referring to fig. 3, in another aspect, the present invention provides a unified administrative logistics management method, including the following steps:

Step S3: and providing a property module, and carrying out electronic management and full life cycle management on the equipment implementation standing book.
Step S4: and providing a vehicle module, inquiring vehicle information, driver information and vehicle running state, and editing the vehicle information and the driver information.
Step S5: a consumption module is provided to manage the cost and consumption of canteens, finances, and merchandise sales.
Step S6: and the administrative office logistics module is provided for managing a dining room, a meeting room, front desk lending equipment and an office communication ledger.
Step S7: and providing a service desk module for the user to check the service of the user.

In some possible embodiments, the invention provides a computing device that may include at least one processing unit, and at least one memory unit. Wherein the storage unit stores program code which, when executed by the processing unit, causes the processing unit to perform the steps of the unified administrative logistics management method according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention described above in this specification. For example, the processing unit may execute the flow of the unified administrative logistics management method as shown in fig. 3.
In some possible embodiments, the present invention provides a computer-readable medium storing computer-executable instructions for performing the steps in a method for reserve charge management according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention described above in this specification.
The readable medium may be a readable signal medium or a readable storage medium. A readable storage medium may be, for example, but not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or any combination of the foregoing. A readable signal medium may include a propagated data signal with readable program code embodied therein, for example, in baseband or as part of a carrier wave. A readable signal medium may also be any readable medium that is not a readable storage medium and that can communicate, propagate, or transport a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. Program code embodied on a readable medium may be transmitted using any appropriate medium, including but not limited to wireless, wireline, optical fiber cable, RF, etc., or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
Moreover, while the operations of the method of the invention are depicted in the drawings in a particular order, this does not require or imply that the operations must be performed in this particular order, or that all of the illustrated operations must be performed, to achieve desirable results. Additionally or alternatively, certain steps may be omitted, multiple steps combined into one step execution, and/or one step broken down into multiple step executions.
It will be understood that modifications and variations can be made by persons skilled in the art in light of the above teachings and all such modifications and variations are intended to be included within the scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.
The invention is described above with reference to the accompanying drawings, which are illustrative, and it is obvious that the implementation of the invention is not limited in the above manner, and it is within the scope of the invention to adopt various modifications of the inventive method concept and technical solution, or to apply the inventive concept and technical solution to other fields without modification.
Claims (10)

and the service desk module is used for allowing the user to check the service of the user.

the role management unit is used for adding, modifying and deleting role groups, adding roles and inquiring role information under different role groups;
the user management unit is used for inquiring and editing the internal user information and the external user information;
the notice management unit is used for issuing and inquiring notices;
the garden management unit is used for inquiring and editing garden information;
the warehouse management unit is used for inquiring and editing warehouse information;
and the supplier management unit is used for inquiring and editing the supplier information.
3. The logistics integrated operations platform of claim 1, wherein the property module comprises:
the equipment classification management unit is used for checking, searching, newly adding and editing equipment facility classification;
the equipment information management unit is used for checking, searching, newly adding and editing the equipment facility information;
the maintenance unit is used for checking, searching, importing and editing the maintenance equipment accessory information;
the Bluetooth point location management unit is used for checking, searching, importing and editing the Bluetooth equipment;
and the technical group management unit is used for checking, searching, adding and modifying the personnel in different technical groups.
4. The logistics integrated operations platform of claim 3, wherein the property module further comprises:
the inspection template management unit is used for checking, searching, adding and deleting the inspection template and the inspection content;
the inspection point location task management unit is used for checking, searching, adding and deleting inspection point locations;
the inspection plan management unit is used for checking, searching, adding and deleting inspection plans in batches;
and the inspection work order management unit is used for checking, searching and deleting the inspection work order.
5. The logistics integrated operations platform of claim 4, wherein the property module further comprises:
the planning maintenance module unit is used for checking, searching, adding and deleting the template and the routing inspection content;
the maintenance plan setting unit is used for checking, searching, adding, deleting and modifying the maintenance plan;
the planned maintenance work order unit is used for checking, searching, adding, deleting and modifying the maintenance work order;
the maintenance calendar unit is used for checking and searching the equipment facility maintenance plan on a calendar table or selecting a date newly-added maintenance plan;
and the maintenance point location management unit is used for checking, searching, adding and deleting maintenance point locations.

the vehicle information maintenance unit is used for checking, searching and adding vehicle information;
the driver information maintenance unit is used for checking, searching, newly adding and editing driver information;
and the vehicle running state query unit is used for checking and searching the vehicle running state and comprehensively mastering the vehicle service condition.

the canteen maintenance unit is used for checking, searching, newly adding, deleting and editing canteen information;
the blocking port maintenance unit is used for newly adding a blocking port of a canteen;
the menu raw material import unit is used for checking and searching the import condition of the menu raw materials and importing the menu raw materials through EXCEL;
the dish maintenance unit is used for checking, searching, adding, deleting and editing dishes, and can also be used for editing and deleting the pushed places and the categories of the dishes;
the menu setting unit is used for modifying, deleting and searching the menu supply condition of each meal every day in a week;
