In order to increase the rotation range of the lamp head, as shown in fig. 1 to 5, in the present embodiment, the lamp assembly includes: a base body 10, a lamp cap 20 and a locking structure 30. The lamp cap 20 is rotatably disposed in the base body 10. A locking structure 30 is provided between the base 10 and the lamp cap 20 to maintain the lamp cap 20 in a predetermined position.
With the solution of the present embodiment, the lamp cap 20 is rotatably disposed in the base 10, and the locking structure 30 is disposed between the lamp cap 20 and the base 10 to maintain the lamp cap 20 at a predetermined position. With the above arrangement, the angle adjustment range of the base 20 is made large, the restriction is small, and the locking structure 30 can lock the relative position between the base 10 and the base 20, so that the position of the base 20 is fixed, i.e., the direction in which the base 20 irradiates is fixed. Therefore, the technical scheme of the embodiment effectively solves the problem that the lamp in the related art cannot realize multiple angle adjustment.
The predetermined position means that the base 20 can be adjusted to any angle.
In order to limit the position of the lamp cap and prevent the lamp cap from falling off, as shown in fig. 1 to 6, in the present embodiment, a segment-shaped cavity 13 is provided inside the base body 10, the lamp cap 20 is segment-shaped, and the lamp cap 20 is installed in the segment-shaped cavity 13. The above-mentioned lamp cap 20 can be mounted inside the segment-shaped cavity 13 and rotated inside it.
In order to achieve the effect of soft and smooth rotating hand feeling, in this embodiment, a plurality of ribs are disposed at intervals inside the base 10, and the plurality of ribs abut against the lamp cap 20, so that the contact area between the lamp cap 20 and the base 10 can be reduced, and further the rotating friction force of the lamp cap 20 can be reduced.
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, in the present embodiment, the height of the base 20 is a, and the diameter of the base 20 is b, wherein,
Figure 945594DEST_PATH_IMAGE001
. The arrangement prevents the base 20 from being removed from the segment-shaped cavity 13, effectively limiting the position of the base 20.
In order to reduce the difficulty of the overall structure, as shown in fig. 1 to fig. 6, in this embodiment, the locking structure 30 includes a magnetic member 31 and a magnetic member 32, one of the magnetic member 31 and the magnetic member 32 is disposed on the base 10, the other of the magnetic member 31 and the magnetic member 32 is disposed on the lamp cap 20, and the magnetic member 31 and the magnetic member 32 are magnetically engaged. Magnetic attraction piece 32 and magnetic attraction piece 31 can make the lamp holder 20 and the base body 10 keep fixed, and have the magnetic attraction force between lamp holder 20 and the base body 10 under the circumstances, the user also can rotate the lamp holder, adjust the angle of illumination of lamp holder, and after the regulation, lamp holder 20 can directly keep in fixed position under the effect of magnetic attraction, make the degree of difficulty of angle modulation of lamp holder 20 lower like this, and magnetic attraction piece 31 and magnetic attraction piece 32's cooperation effect is better.
In order to reduce the production cost, as shown in fig. 1 to 6, in this embodiment, the magnetic member 31 includes a permanent magnet, the magnetic member 32 includes a metal plate, the metal plate surrounds the outer wall of the lamp cap 20, the permanent magnet is disposed in the base 10, and a plastic member is disposed outside the metal plate, the plastic member being in the shape of an arc. The metal plate and the permanent magnet can be attracted, and particularly, the metal plate is an iron plate. The iron plates and the permanent magnets are low in price, so that the production cost can be effectively reduced. The outside of metal sheet sets up the cladding working of plastics, and the working of plastics is arc, can improve the smooth and easy degree of pivoted of lamp holder like this and then improved user's experience.
Two permanent magnets are arranged symmetrically relative to the lamp holder 20 in the embodiment, so that the magnetic attraction effect can be improved, and the problem of uneven gap caused by the eccentric assembly of the lamp holder 20 and the first framework 11 can be solved. If a magnet is placed, the lamp cap 20 is attracted to one side, causing an eccentricity phenomenon. Functionally, the rotation is not smooth, and the feeling of pause exists. The lamp cap 20 and the first frame 11 have uneven gap when appearing in appearance
In order to facilitate the fixing of the magnetic member, as shown in fig. 1 to 6, in the present embodiment, a mounting portion 121 is provided in the base 10, and the permanent magnet is mounted in the mounting portion 121. The mounting portion 121 has a simple structure, and can effectively fix the permanent magnet, thereby fixing the position of the permanent magnet.
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, in the present embodiment, there are a plurality of permanent magnets, and the plurality of permanent magnets are arranged at intervals and symmetrically arranged with respect to the base. In the description of the present invention, it is to be understood that the orientation or positional relationship indicated by the orientation words such as "front, rear, upper, lower, left, right", "lateral, vertical, horizontal" and "top, bottom", etc. are usually based on the orientation or positional relationship shown in the drawings, and are only for convenience of description and simplicity of description, and in the case of not making a reverse description, these orientation words do not indicate and imply that the device or element being referred to must have a specific orientation or be constructed and operated in a specific orientation, and therefore, should not be considered as limiting the scope of the present invention; the terms "inner and outer" refer to the inner and outer relative to the profile of the respective component itself.
Spatially relative terms, such as "above … …," "above … …," "above … …," "above," and the like, may be used herein for ease of description to describe one device or feature's spatial relationship to another device or feature as illustrated in the figures. It will be understood that the spatially relative terms are intended to encompass different orientations of the device in use or operation in addition to the orientation depicted in the figures. For example, if a device in the figures is turned over, devices described as "above" or "on" other devices or configurations would then be oriented "below" or "under" the other devices or configurations. Thus, the exemplary term "above … …" can include both an orientation of "above … …" and "below … …". The device may be otherwise variously oriented (rotated 90 degrees or at other orientations) and the spatially relative descriptors used herein interpreted accordingly.
It should be noted that the terms "first", "second", and the like are used to define the components, and are only used for convenience of distinguishing the corresponding components, and the terms have no special meanings unless otherwise stated, and therefore, the scope of the present invention should not be construed as being limited.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention and is not intended to limit the present invention, and various modifications and changes may be made by those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
