The following describes embodiments of the present invention in detail.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the rotary lamp turntable structure comprises a turntable framework 10 and a turntable shell, wherein the turntable framework 10 is round as a whole, the edge of the turntable framework 10 is recessed towards the middle part of the turntable framework 10 to form at least three groove parts 11, at least three control device mounting parts 12 and a central lamp mounting part 13, and the number of the control device mounting parts 12 is consistent with that of the groove parts 11;
the turntable housing comprises at least three unit shells 20, the number of the unit shells 20 is consistent with that of the control device mounting parts 12, the unit shells 20 comprise a unit upper shell 21 and a unit lower shell 22, the unit shells 20 are mounted on the control device mounting parts 12, and a control device mounting cavity is formed between the unit shells 20 and the control device mounting parts 12; the plurality of unit cases 20 form lamp unit mounting positions with the groove portions 11 and form a center lamp mounting position with the center lamp mounting portion 13.

As shown in fig. 10 to 12, the housing structure of the lamp unit comprises a base 51 and a shell 58, wherein at least two connectors 52 are arranged at the edge of the base 51; the shell 58 is matched with the base 51, a light source cavity is formed in the shell 58, the bottom end of the shell 58 is recessed towards the top end to form a plug groove 59, and the plug groove 59 corresponds to the plug piece 52; the housing 58 is connected to the base 51 by the engagement of the socket 59 and the plug 52.
The plug connector 52 includes a supporting portion 521 and a plug portion 522, the supporting portion 521 is disposed at an edge of the base 51, the plug portion 522 is disposed on any one of two sides of the supporting portion 521, and the plug portion 522 is a connection side portion of the lamp unit 50; the plug groove 59 is connected to the plug portion 522 of the plug 52; in this embodiment, the plugging portion 522 has a cylindrical shape, and the plugging slot 59 has a U-shape;

The advantages of this embodiment are:

the turntable shell comprises a unit shell 20, the unit shell 20 corresponds to the control device mounting part 12, a control device mounting cavity is formed between the unit shell 20 mounted on the control device mounting part 12 and the control device mounting part 12, and the control device mounting cavity can facilitate the setting of a lamp unit control device; the lamp unit installation position and the central lamp installation position formed by the turntable shell and the turntable framework 10 are used for arranging the lamp unit 50 and the central lamp 70; the arrangement of the upper unit shell 21 and the lower unit shell 22 facilitates the installation and the disassembly of the turntable shell, and can facilitate the maintenance of the rotary lamp;
the rotary lamp turntable has the advantages of simple structure, convenient industrial production, low production cost, convenient assembly and disassembly of the rotary lamp turntable structure and later maintenance; the rotary light fixture turntable structure can be provided with a proper light fixture unit 50 and a center light fixture 70 according to the stage performance effect.
2. The groove part 11 is U-shaped, so that the lamp unit 50 is convenient to set and move; the overall shape of the turntable framework 10 ensures that the whole turntable structure of the rotary lamp is more attractive and has ornamental value.
3. The design of the overall structure and shape of the unit housing 20 facilitates the arrangement of the lamp unit control device, the lamp unit 50 and the center lamp 70, and simultaneously, the overall rotary lamp turntable structure is provided with a design feel, and is attractive and atmospheric.

The structure and the circuit of the rotary lamp control device are simple, one connecting side part of the lamp unit 50 realizes the rotation of the lamp unit 50 through the driving motor 30 and the transmission part, the other connecting side part of the lamp unit 50 is stable through the positioning part and is electrically connected with the circuit board 40 through the through hole 523, and the two connecting side parts of the lamp unit 50 are connected with different parts to realize different functions.
11. The output shaft of the driving motor 30 is connected with a small belt pulley 32, the transmission part is a belt pulley 33, the small belt pulley 32 is connected with the belt pulley 33 through a transmission belt 39, the rotation of the lamp unit 50 is driven by the belt pulley 33, and the power output is arranged in a manner convenient for controlling the rotation of the lamp unit 50; the arrangement of the first bearing pressing plate 34, the first bearing 35, the first bearing sleeve 36 and the C-shaped snap ring 37 enables the pulley 33 to be firmly arranged at the first side portion of the control device mounting portion 12, so that better rotation control of the lamp unit 50 is facilitated.
13. The heat dissipation block 41 can play a role in dissipating heat from the circuit board 40, and the circuit board fixing frame 42 can ensure that the circuit board 40 and the heat dissipation block 41 are stably arranged at the edge of the bottom of the control device mounting part 12.

The positioning member is a second bearing 43, a connection side portion of the lamp unit 50 is connected to the second bearing 43, and the second bearing 43 is firmly provided at the second side portion of the control device mounting portion 12 through a second bearing pressing plate 44 and a second bearing sleeve 45.

the turntable shell comprises at least three unit shells, the number of the unit shells is consistent with that of the control device mounting parts, the unit shells comprise an upper unit shell and a lower unit shell, the unit shells are mounted on the control device mounting parts, and a control device mounting cavity is formed between the unit shells and the control device mounting parts; the plurality of unit shells and the groove part form a lamp unit installation position and form a central lamp installation position with the central lamp installation part;
the unit shell is funnel-shaped, the unit upper shell and the unit lower shell are arranged on the control device installation part to form a control device shade part and a center shade part, the control device shade part and the center shade part are triangular prism-shaped, and the control device shade part and the center shade part are matched with the turntable framework; the central shade parts of the plurality of unit shells are connected, and a circular through groove is formed at the central lamp installation position;
The central shade part of the unit shell is provided with a heat dissipation groove;
the groove part comprises a straight line section and an arc line section; the central shade part of the unit shell is provided with heat dissipation grooves at the arc section of the groove part, and every two adjacent heat dissipation grooves of the unit shell are connected to form heat dissipation grooves;
a shielding sheet is arranged on an arc section of the groove part, the vertical direction from the bottom end to the top end of the shielding sheet is the setting direction of the shielding sheet, the setting direction of the shielding sheet is vertical to the turntable framework, and the shielding sheet corresponds to the heat dissipation groove;
the unit upper shell is provided with an upper groove at the bottom of the side surface of the central shade part, the unit lower shell is provided with a lower groove at the top of the side surface of the central shade part, the upper groove is connected with the lower groove to form a heat dissipation groove, and the heat dissipation groove is arranged at the arc section of the groove part.
