Abstract

The invention discloses a lamp with adjustable light-emitting angle, which comprises: a holding member having a hollow portion formed therein; the lamp body is arranged above the holding component and comprises a spherical shell and a bulb arranged in the shell, and light emitted by the bulb is emitted out through the hollow part; the shell is provided with a pivoting part, and the shell is pivoted on the holding component through the pivoting part; a rack provided on an outer surface of the housing; and a first motor fixed to the holder assembly, wherein a first gear is formed on an output shaft of the first motor, and the first gear is engaged with the rack so that the housing can pivot about the pivot portion.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a lighting fixture.
Background
For a lamp embedded in a ceiling, the light emitting angle of the lamp is usually not adjustable, which causes inconvenience to the lamp, for example, when the light needs to be mainly irradiated to a certain area, the lamp cannot.
There are lamps capable of adjusting the light emitting angle in the prior art, and these lamps usually utilize a link mechanism to achieve the angle adjustment effect, however, the link mechanism and the motor driving the link mechanism occupy a large space and are not suitable for being installed on a compact structure such as a ceiling.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above technical problems in the prior art, an embodiment of the present invention provides a lamp with an adjustable light emitting angle.
In order to solve the technical problem, the embodiment of the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a luminaire with adjustable light exit angle, comprising:
a holding member having a hollow portion formed therein;
the lamp body is arranged above the holding component and comprises a spherical shell and a bulb arranged in the shell, and light emitted by the bulb is emitted out through the hollow part; the shell is provided with a pivoting part, and the shell is pivoted on the holding component through the pivoting part;
a rack provided on an outer surface of the housing;
and a first motor fixed to the holder assembly, wherein a first gear is formed on an output shaft of the first motor, and the first gear is engaged with the rack so that the housing can pivot about the pivot portion.
Preferably, a pin shaft is inserted into the pivot portion, and the housing is pivoted to the holding assembly by the pin shaft inserted into the pivot portion.
Preferably, the holding assembly comprises a holding plate and a swing mechanism; the hollow part is formed on the holding plate; the slewing mechanism comprises:
an outer ring fixed at the hollowed-out portion of the holding plate;
the inner ring is arranged inside the outer ring, and balls are arranged between the outer ring and the inner ring so that the inner ring can rotate relative to the outer ring; outer teeth are formed on the inner gear ring;

Compared with the prior art, the lamp with the adjustable light-emitting angle disclosed by the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the lamp provided by the invention adopts a mode of combining pin joint and gear meshing to drive and adjust the light-emitting angle of the bulb, so that the whole structure is compact, and the occupied space is smaller.

The lamp comprises: the holding unit, the lamp body 30, the rack 43, the first motor 41, and the twist engagement mechanism 60.
The holding assembly comprises a holding plate 10 and a swing mechanism 20; the holding plate 10 has a substantially circular shape, the holding plate 10 is used to be attached to a lower plate surface of a ceiling after installation, and a hollow portion is formed in the middle of the holding plate 10.
The swing mechanism 20 includes an inner race 22 and an outer race 21. The outer ring 21 is lapped at the hollow part of the holding plate 10 and is fixedly connected with the holding plate 10, the inner ring 22 is arranged inside the outer ring 21, and balls are arranged between the inner ring 22 and the outer ring 21 so that the inner ring 22 can rotate relative to the outer ring 21.
The lamp body 30 includes a housing 31 and a bulb 32 disposed in the housing 31, wherein the bulb 32 faces the hollow portion so that light emitted by the bulb 32 can be emitted to the outside through the hollow portion. A lens 33 is disposed opposite to the bulb 32, and the lens 33 is used for emitting the light emitted from the bulb 32 at a predetermined angle to increase the irradiation area of the light.
The housing 31 is substantially spherical, a strip-shaped pivot portion 311 extends from the housing 31, a pin 312 is inserted into the pivot portion 311, and the pin 312 is connected to the inner ring 22, so that the housing 31 can pivot by the pin 312, and the pivoting of the housing 31 can adjust the irradiation direction of the light emitted by the bulb 32, i.e., adjust the light emitting angle.
An arc-shaped rack 43 is further arranged on the outer peripheral surface of the shell 31, the first motor 41 is fixed on the inner ring 22, a first gear 42 is arranged on an output shaft of the first motor 41, and the first gear 42 is meshed with the rack 43, so that the first motor 41 can enable the shell 31 to pivot through the meshing of the first gear 42 and the rack 43, and further the light emitting angle of the bulb 32 in a certain direction can be adjusted.
An upper portion of the inner ring 22 extends radially outward, the upper portion of the inner ring 22 forming external teeth 53; the holding assembly further comprises a second motor 51, the second motor 51 is fixed on the holding plate 10, a second gear 52 is mounted on an output shaft of the second motor 51, the second gear 52 is meshed with the external teeth 53, so that the second motor 51 can drive the inner ring 22 to rotate by means of the meshing of the second gear 52 and the external teeth 53, and the inner ring 22 can drive the lamp body 30 to rotate.
Based on the above structural features, the bulb 32 is driven by the first motor 41 and the second motor 51 to rotate in two degrees of freedom, so that the adjustment of any spatial angle can be realized, that is, the lamp provided by the present invention can adjust the light emitted by the bulb 32 at any spatial angle.
In some preferred embodiments, a guide strip 34 is further fixed on the inner ring 22, the guide strip 34 has a curvature matching with the outer surface of the shell 31, and the guide strip 34 is located outside the shell 31. The guide bar 34 is formed with a guide groove 341, and the guide groove 341 extends along the length direction of the guide bar 34. The rack 43 passes through the guide groove 341, and the guide bar 34 guides and limits the housing 31 by means of the guide groove 341.
In some preferred embodiments, a screw 35 is further fixed on the housing 31, the screw 35 passes through the above-mentioned guiding slot 341, and the nut of the screw 35 can be pressed against the guiding bar 34 with a certain pre-load force by screwing the screw 35, so that when the housing 31 pivots, the screw 35 provides a certain damping for the pivoting of the housing 31, so that the housing 31 can be maintained at the pivoted angle after pivoting.
In some preferred embodiments, the twist-and-click mechanisms 60 include three sets, three sets of twist-and-click mechanisms 60 are circumferentially arranged on the holding plate 10, and each twist-and-click mechanism 60 has a torsion bar that fixes the holding plate 10 at the mounting hole of the ceiling by twisting and returning, and a torsion spring.
The lamp provided by the invention has the advantages that:
1. the lamp provided by the invention adopts a mode of combining pin joint and gear meshing to drive and adjust the light-emitting angle of the bulb 32, so that the whole structure is compact, and the occupied space is smaller.
2. The revolving mechanism 20 is additionally arranged to add another adjustment mode for the bulb 32, so that the light emitted by the bulb 32 can be adjusted at any angle in space, and the space occupied by the lamp is not excessively increased.

3. The adjustable light extraction angle luminaire of claim 1, wherein the holding assembly comprises a holding plate and a swivel mechanism; the hollow part is formed on the holding plate; the slewing mechanism comprises:
an outer ring fixed at the hollowed portion of the holding plate.
The inner ring is arranged inside the outer ring, and balls are arranged between the outer ring and the inner ring so that the inner ring can rotate relative to the outer ring; outer teeth are formed on the inner gear ring;
