本发明属于日化技术领域,涉及植物中草药有效成分特性的利用,在绿色、环保、保障人们身体健康方面有显著效果。
技术背景
无患子(SAPINDUS MUKOROSSI)皂苷来源于各类无患子果皮提取物,是一种优良的天然表面活性剂。国家药监局每五年对《已使用化妆品原料目录》进行修订新版就是国家层面的紧密关切,在国家药监局发布的最新版《已使用化妆品原料目录(2021年版)》中,以序号04600(毛瓣无患子SAPINDUS RARAK果提取物)、04808(南亚无患子SAPINDUSEMARGINATUS果提取物)、05818(三叶无患子SAPINDUS TRIFOLIATUS果提取物)、06832、06833和06834(无患子(SAPINDUS MUKOROSSI)果皮提取物)六次将无患子皂苷列为允许使用的化妆品植物原料,在淋洗类产品中最高历史使用量为0.5%,在驻留类产品最高历史使用量为0.2%。因此,它特别适用于果蔬、餐具、高档丝绸、纯毛织物和婴幼儿用品的洗涤和牙膏等日化品中。
进入新世纪,人们对于日常生活中摄入合成化学品的性质和数量愈发关注,特别是与自身身体和食物接触的用品尤其当心。市面上有很多种果蔬、餐(食)具洗涤剂销售,某些品种还冠以“绿色”、“去除农残”等葆饰词汇以吸引消费者。但是,从其标签上的主要成分表中,还是显示有借助化学合成和改性的非天然原料,对人体的代谢安全存在潜在危害。
发明内容
本发明提出了一种无患子皂苷“完全绿色”的果蔬净生产技术,其目的是解决现有果蔬、餐(食)具洗涤剂中普遍存在的使用化学合成和改性的非天然原料问题,使“果蔬净”商品真正做到“完全绿色”。
本发明采用以下方案解决上述技术问题,包含但不限于如下几个工序,选用具有国家“绿色产品”标识的无患子果实经过水法工艺提取的无患子皂苷作主要原料,配以物理冷榨方法得到的植物精油(非调配香精)赋予舒适的水果香味,适宜浓度的发酵法乙醇抗菌防腐,使得该无患子皂苷“完全绿色”的果蔬净达到“可食用”的安全级别。
本发明具有如下有益的效果:
1、所有配制原料来自于自然界植物的物理提取或发酵加工,达到真正的全绿色化。
2、原料的“全绿色化”,带给产品与大自然和人体技能的和谐融洽,而且是可自然降解和再生的,基本无环保负担。
3、产品配方合理,去污力好,能够有效去除果蔬表面的残留农药、害虫及其排泄物;经过简单冲洗后,“果蔬净”成分本身在果蔬表面的残留量极少(未检出)。
4、商品采用泵头鼓泡的包装形式,使用方便;“指哪喷哪”,泡沫覆盖精准,减少了无为的浪费。
具体实施方式:
下面结合实施例对本发明的技术方案作进一步阐述。
实施例1
选用具有国家“绿色产品”标识的农林产品无患子果肉,经水法提取得到的无患子皂苷提取液,添加冷法压榨的甜柚精油,再加入发酵乙醇,补充去离子水至100份,搅拌混合均匀。得到浅黄色透明的果蔬净半成品液料,取样,按照GB/T 24691-2009“果蔬清洗剂”及GB 14930.1-2015“食品安全国家标准检测,合格后,注入具有手动揿压鼓泡泵头的包装瓶进行灌装、包装,得到可商业销售的无患子皂苷“完全绿色”果蔬净商品。具体配方和检测结果数据,统一列入表1中。
实施例2
同上实施例1,同样选用具有国家“绿色产品”标识的农林产品无患子果肉,用水法提取的无患子皂苷液体,添加冷法压榨的柠檬精油,加入配方量的发酵乙醇,补充去离子水至100份,搅拌混合均匀。得到淡黄色透明的果蔬净半成品液料,取样,按照GB/T 24691-2009“果蔬清洗剂”及GB 14930.1-2015“食品安全国家标准检测,合格后,注入具有手动揿压鼓泡泵头的包装瓶进行灌装、包装,得到可商业销售的无患子皂苷“全绿色”果蔬净商品。实施结果,也见于表1中。
比较例1
一般市售的“果蔬净”商品,选取甘油单柠檬酸酯、大豆卵磷脂、可溶性淀粉、烷基糖苷、山梨酸钾、去离子水做原料,依次将上述原料加入去离子水中,搅拌混合均匀,再用柠檬酸或碳酸氢钠调节液体的pH值位于6.0-7.0,再加入山梨酸钾,搅匀后加入食品用甜橙味香精,搅拌均匀。取样,按照GB/T 24691-2009“果蔬清洗剂”及GB 14930.1-2015“食品安全国家标准洗涤剂”检测,合格后进行灌装、包装,即得到可适用于果蔬餐具洗净的洗涤剂。

比较上述2个实施例和1个比较例的功效及备注,不难看出,采用本发明的技术方案,生产出的产品均符合GB/T 24691-2009“果蔬清洗剂”及GB 14930.1-2015“食品安全国家标准洗涤剂”的规定;在对残留农药的洗除效果方面,与市售的果蔬清洗剂(即比较例)不相上下,都能满足国家标准的要求。相对于“比较例”的明显优点是,果蔬清洗剂成分本身的残留量极少(未检出),这正好满足了目前高端消费群体看重和追求的拒绝接触和摄入合成化学品的诉求。
最后应当说明的是:以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。

1.一种无患子皂苷“完全绿色”的果蔬净的生产技术,包含但不限于如下几个工序,选用具有国家“绿色产品”标识的无患子果实,经水法工艺提取的无患子皂苷作主要原料,配以物理冷榨方法得到的植物精油(非调配香精)赋予舒适的水果香味,适宜浓度的发酵法乙醇抗菌防腐,使得该无患子皂苷“完全绿色”的果蔬净达到“可食用”的安全级别。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种无患子皂苷“完全绿色”的果蔬净的生产技术,其特征在于,所述的主要原料无患子皂苷,来源于具有国家“绿色产品”标识的无患子果实经过水法工艺提取得到。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种无患子皂苷“完全绿色”的果蔬净的生产技术,其特征在于,所述的赋香剂(原料)是以物理冷榨方法得到的具有水果香味的植物精油,而非调配香精。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种无患子皂苷“完全绿色”的果蔬净的生产技术,其特征在于,所述的抗菌防腐成分,选用的是通过发酵法得到的适宜浓度的乙醇。
