Abstract
本发明提供了一种抑菌洗护液,由以下重量份的原料制备而成:蒺藜1‑3份、无患子8‑10份、白头翁6‑8份、乙醇6‑10份、榧子提取液4‑8份、芦荟活性酶10‑12份。其制备方法是:芦荟活性酶由芦荟嫩茎通过腌制发酵、过滤醇化提取的活性酶,其发酵比例为:芦荟5份、水10份、盐1份,腌制时间为2‑3个月;将白头翁加水煮沸后,加入炒制后并捣碎的蒺藜,然后混合煮泡后的无患子、乙醇、榧子提取液及芦荟活性酶,搅拌均匀即可。本发明适用于各类日常生活用品及人体卫生清洁,其适应范围广,可有效抑制细菌滋生,健康环保。

技术领域
本发明涉及洗护行业技术领域,特指一种抑菌洗护液及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着社会的发展和科技的进步,天然的洗护产品逐渐被化学物质合成的洗护产品所代替,据调查显示,现世界上已有超过85万种化学物质参与洗护产品的合成及制作。这些洗护产品作用于家具、衣服、瓷砖等,会出现发黄、硬化、开裂等现象;而与人体皮肤接触后则容易导致皮肤过敏,甚至会有部分化学药剂残留人体皮肤,导致各种病变,造成实质性损伤。另外,这些洗护产品普遍去污效果极佳,但只要空气中湿度较大,其在抑制细菌滋生方面往往无法达到预期效果,这也是洗护产品需要克服的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供含天然中药成分的一种抑菌洗护液及其制备方法,适用于各种日常生活用品及人体清洁,其不仅可高效去污,还可有效抑制细菌滋生,健康环保。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种抑菌洗护液,由以下重量份的原料制备而成:蒺藜1-3份、无患子8-10份、白头翁6-8份、乙醇6-10份、榧子提取液4-8份、芦荟活性酶10-12份;其中,芦荟活性酶由芦荟嫩茎通过腌制发酵、过滤醇化提取的活性酶。
作为优选的,本发明的一种抑菌洗护液,由以下重量份的原料制备而成:蒺藜2份、无患子9份、白头翁7份、乙醇8份、榧子提取液6份、芦荟活性酶11份。
本发明的一种抑菌洗护液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取蒺藜洗净,炒至微黄色,碾去刺后捣碎;
(2)取白头翁根茎洗净剪成寸段,加水煮沸后,加入捣碎后的蒺藜,再文火熬煮30-40min,冷却后取其澄清液;
(3)芦荟嫩茎的发酵比例为:芦荟5份、水10份、盐1份,腌制时间为2-3个月,过滤醇化提取活性酶;
(4)无患子煮泡后,按比例加入乙醇、榧子提取液、步骤(2)的澄清液、步骤(3)的活性酶混合搅拌,静止1-2天后即可提取、包装。
本发明的优点在于:本发明的抑菌洗护液利用天然中药制剂,适用于清洁厨房卫生、洗手间污垢,可作为洗手液、家具清洁等各类洗护用品,其不仅去污力强,且具有杀菌抑菌、抗氧化、杀虫、保湿、止痒、抗炎等功效;使用其他化合洗护液清洗后亦可喷洒本发明于清洁处,同样具有保湿、杀菌抑菌的效果。本发明无毒、无污染、健康环保,解决了现代洗护产品所需攻克的难题。

下面结合实施例对发明做进一步的描述:
实施例一:
一种抑菌洗护液,由以下重量份的原料制备而成:蒺藜1份、无患子10份、白头翁6份、乙醇8份、榧子提取液8份、芦荟活性酶10份;其中,芦荟活性酶由芦荟嫩茎通过腌制发酵、过滤醇化提取的活性酶;
本发明的一种抑菌洗护液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取蒺藜洗净,炒至微黄色,碾去刺后捣碎;

本发明的抑菌洗护液的抗(抑)菌试验分析检测,采用琼脂稀释法,其检测报告如下表一:
由表一可看出,本发明的抑菌洗护液对生活中主要接触的微生物菌株具有较强的抑菌效果,在使用后可防止细菌滋生。
本发明的抑菌洗护液的杀菌能力检测结果,如下表二:
由表二可看出,本发明的抑菌洗护液对大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌的杀灭率,短时间内即可杀灭大量细菌,且杀菌率高达99%,细菌无残留。
经过检验,本发明获得的抑菌洗护液的物性如下表三:
将本发明用于日用洗涤、洗护,能有效消灭常见细菌,并且抑制细菌滋生,使家具、衣物洁净不易褪色,具有一定保湿效果,即使将家具、衣物置于阴暗处,仍可保持色泽及柔顺感,其不含化学成分,可亲肌肤,对人体肌肤无伤害,孩童、孕妇或敏感肌肤者长期使用。

Claims (3)
1.一种抑菌洗护液,其特征在于:由以下重量份的原料制备而成:蒺藜1-3份、无患子8-10份、白头翁6-8份、乙醇6-10份、榧子提取液4-8份、芦荟活性酶10-12份;其中,芦荟活性酶由芦荟嫩茎通过腌制发酵、过滤醇化提取的活性酶。
2.根据权利要求1中所述的一种抑菌洗护液,其特征在于:由以下重量份的原料制备而成:蒺藜2份、无患子9份、白头翁7份、乙醇8份、榧子提取液6份、芦荟活性酶11份。
3.根据权利要求1或2中所述的一种抑菌洗护液的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)取蒺藜洗净,炒至微黄色,碾去刺后捣碎;
(2)取白头翁根茎洗净剪成寸段,加水煮沸后,加入捣碎后的蒺藜,再文火熬煮30-40min,冷却后取其澄清液;
(3)芦荟嫩茎的发酵比例为:芦荟5份、水10份、盐1份,腌制时间为2-3个月,过滤醇化提取活性酶;
(4)无患子煮泡后,按比例加入乙醇、榧子提取液、步骤(2)的澄清液、步骤(3)的活性酶混合搅拌,静止1-2天后即可提取、包装。
