本发明还提供了含有柑肉的洗涤剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:先将柑肉和食盐打浆8-15分钟,打成浆液,再依次放入小苏打、米粉、酒、醋、食用抗氧化剂、食用香精和食用色素,再次打浆18-25分钟,打成浆液,即可得到含有柑肉的洗涤剂。
柑肉中含有丰富的柠檬烯,对油墨和油脂具有很好的溶解能力,此外,新会柑肉偏酸,能很好地去污油污。
在洗涤剂中加入少量的食盐和食用抗氧剂,可以增加加入的米粉的稳定性,同时也可以提高洗涤剂的去污能力,还具有一定的去腥能力。在洗涤中加入少量的酒,由于其中含有乙醇,可以增加去污能力,还具有一定的杀菌能力,而添加入食品级的食用香精和食用色素,可以赋予洗涤剂更丰富的气味和颜色。
本发明的洗涤剂与市场上化学洗涤剂相比,具有以下优点:
(1)采用几乎零成本的新会柑肉为主要原料,添加可食用的原料制备而得,质优价廉,成本低;
(2)采用天然原料,不添加任何对人体或环境有害的化学试剂,安全环保,可用来洗手、清洗餐具,能很好地去除污渍和油渍,去除农药残留,清洗厕所去污绩效果很好,还可用于洗衣服,不会甩色,冼完衣服有香气,令白衣服不会变黄,能保持衣服光洁如新,还具有杀菌的功效;
(3)新会柑肉含有丰富的营养成分,具有去污性的同时,还对皮肤具有一定的保护和营养功效,使用时不伤手,可以作为沐浴液和洗面奶等护肤品使用;
(4)该洗涤剂使用过程无泡沫,漂洗方便,大大节约了水资源;
(5)采用新会柑肉为主要原料,开发了新会柑肉的深加工的新途径,解决了目前新会柑肉乱丢弃带来的环境问题。
具体实施方式
以下对本发明的原理及特征进行描述,所举实施例只用于解释本发明,并非用于限定本发明的范围。
实施例1
一种含有柑肉的洗涤剂,包括以下重量份数的组分:柑肉100份、食盐30份、小苏打30份、米粉30份、白酒10份、白醋10份、食用抗氧化剂(D-异抗坏血酸钠)0.05份、食用香精(柠檬香精)0.2份和食用色素(β胡萝卜素)0.02份。
含有柑肉的洗涤剂的制备方法为:首先把柑肉和食用盐混合打浆8-15分钟,打成浆液,充分搅拌,再按比例依次加入小苏打、米粉、白酒、白醋、食用抗氧化剂(D-异抗坏血酸钠)、食用香精(柠檬香精)和食用色素(β胡萝卜素),打浆18-25分钟,打成浆液,充分搅拌即可得到含有柑肉的洗涤剂。
实施例2
一种含有柑肉的洗涤剂,包括以下重量份数的组分:柑肉60份、食盐15份、小苏打15份、米粉15份、白酒5份、白醋5份、食用氧化剂(D-异抗坏血酸钠)0.03份和食用香精(柠檬香精)0.1份。
含有柑肉的洗涤剂的制备方法为:首先把柑肉和食用盐混合打浆8-15分钟,打成浆液, 充分搅拌,再按比例依次加入小苏打、米粉、白酒、白醋、食用抗氧化剂(D-异抗坏血酸钠)、和食用香精(柠檬香精),打浆18-25分钟,打成浆液,充分搅拌即可得到含有柑肉的洗涤剂。
实施例3
一种含有柑肉的洗涤剂,包括以下重量份数的组分:柑肉30份、食盐3份、小苏打3份、米粉3份、白酒3份、白醋3份和食用抗氧化剂(D-异抗坏血酸钠)0.02份。
含有柑肉的洗涤剂的制备方法为:首先把柑肉和食用盐混合打浆8-15分钟,打成浆液,充分搅拌,再按比例依次加入小苏打、米粉、白酒、白醋和食用抗氧化剂(D-异抗坏血酸钠)、,打浆18-25分钟,打成浆液,充分搅拌即可得到含有柑肉的洗涤剂。
实施例4
一种含有柑肉的洗涤剂,包括以下重量份数的组分:柑肉30份、食盐3份、小苏打3份、米粉3份、白酒3份和白醋3份。
含有柑肉的洗涤剂的制备方法为:首先把柑肉和食用盐混合打浆8-15分钟,打成浆液,充分搅拌,再按比例依次加入小苏打、米粉、白酒和白醋,打浆18-25分钟,打成浆液,充分搅拌即可得到含有柑肉的洗涤剂。
实施例5
一种含有柑肉的洗涤剂,包括以下重量份数的组分:柑肉30份、食盐3份、小苏打3份、米粉3份和白酒3份。
含有柑肉的洗涤剂的制备方法为:首先把柑肉和食用盐混合打浆8-15分钟,打成浆液,充分搅拌,再按比例依次加入小苏打、米粉和白酒,打浆18-25分钟,打成浆液,充分搅拌即可得到含有柑肉的洗涤剂。
实施例6
一种含有柑肉的洗涤剂,包括以下重量份数的组分:柑肉30份、食盐3份、小苏打3份、米粉3份。
含有柑肉的洗涤剂的制备方法为:首先把柑肉和食用盐混合打浆8-15分钟,打成浆液,充分搅拌,再按比例依次加入小苏打和米粉,打浆18-25分钟,打成浆液,充分搅拌即可得到含有柑肉的洗涤剂。
实施例7
一种含有柑肉的洗涤剂,包括以下重量份数的组分:柑肉30份、食盐3份和小苏打3份。
含有柑肉的洗涤剂的制备方法为:首先把柑肉和食用盐混合打浆8-15分钟,打成浆液,充分搅拌,再按比例加入小苏打,打浆18-25分钟,打成浆液,充分搅拌即可得到含有柑肉的洗涤剂。
性能测试
1.洗涤效果测试
(1)衣物洗涤效果
根据国标CBT13174-2008测试本发明制备的洗涤剂的洗涤效果。以B值(白度保持比值)为洗涤效果的评价指标,当B≥1时,洗涤剂去污力合格;当B<1时,去污力不合格。
测试样品包括碳黑油污布、蛋白污布和皮脂污布。洗涤条件为:洗涤剂浓度0.2%,洗涤 温度30℃,洗涤时间20min,水硬度250mg/kg。测试结果见下面表1。

测试表明,实施例1-7制备的含有柑肉的洗涤剂的去污能力均达标指标的要求,其具有优异的去污能力。
(2)餐具洗涤效果
收集某饭店的100个餐具,这些餐具均具有明显的油污,例如老干妈辣椒酱和豆瓣酱等比较明显的污渍,油污面积达到50%以上。将3-5g的洗涤剂倒入餐具中,用洗碗布擦拭餐具表面,再用水冲洗,观察所有的餐具的清洗情况。发现,清洗后的100个餐具均没有油污残留,表面洁净如新。
2.稳定性测试
将本发明制备的洗涤剂在常温室内分别存储6个月和18个月后,观察洗涤剂的情况,并测试其洗涤效果。存储6个月和18个月后,洗涤剂无沉淀和浑浊出现,说明本发明具有极好的稳定性;将存储后的洗涤剂用于清洗,测试洗涤效果,发现洗涤性能没有退化,仍能保持良好的洗涤效果。
3.使用情况收集
将本发明实施例1制备的洗涤剂分发给50个志愿者家庭,使用一个月后,收集大家反馈的意见,意见如下表2所示。其中,5分为最好的情况,即最高分,表中的数据为家庭个数。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种含有柑肉的洗涤剂,其特征在于,所述洗涤剂包括以下重量份数的组分:柑肉30-100份、食盐3-30份和小苏打3-30份。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的洗涤剂,其特征在于,所述洗涤剂还包括米粉、酒、醋、食用抗氧化剂、食用香精和食用色素中的一种或几种。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的含有柑肉的洗涤剂,其特征在于,所述洗涤剂包括以下重量份数的组分:柑肉30-100份,食盐3-30份、小苏打3-30份和米粉3-30份。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的含有柑肉的洗涤剂,其特征在于,所述洗涤剂包括以下重量份数的组分:柑肉30-100份,食盐3-30份、小苏打3-30份、米粉3-30份和酒3-10份。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的含有柑肉的洗涤剂,其特征在于,所述洗涤剂包括以下重量份数的组分:柑肉30-100份,食盐3-30份、小苏打3-30份、米粉3-30份、酒3-10份和醋3-10份。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的含有柑肉的洗涤剂,其特征在于,所述洗涤剂包括以下重量份数的组分:柑肉30-100份,食盐3-30份、小苏打3-30份、米粉3-30份、酒3-10份、醋3-10份和食用抗氧化剂0.02-0.05份。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的含有柑肉的洗涤剂,其特征在于,所述洗涤剂包括以下重量份数的组分:柑肉30-100份,食盐3-30份、小苏打3-30份、米粉3-30份、酒3-10份、醋3-10份、食用抗氧化剂0.02-0.05份和食用香精0.1-0.2份。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的含有柑肉的洗涤剂,其特征在于,所述洗涤剂包括以下重量份数的组分:柑肉30-100份,食盐3-30份、小苏打3-30份、米粉3-30份、酒3-10份、醋3-10份、食用抗氧化剂0.02-0.05份、食用香精0.1-0.2份和食用色素0.01份-0.02份。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的含有柑肉的洗涤剂,其特征在于,所述洗涤剂包括洗洁精、沐浴液、洗面奶、洗衣液、牙膏、洗手液和洁厕液。
  10. 权利要求1-9中任一项所述的含有柑肉的洗涤剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:先将柑肉和食盐打成浆液,再依次加入配方中的其它组分,再次打成浆液,即可得到含有柑肉的洗涤剂。
