referring to fig. 10 and 12, the full material stack 324 includes a stack frame 3241, a jacking cylinder 3242, and a full material dragging plate 3243, the stack frame 3241 is disposed above a side of the tray conveying mechanism 323, a tray dragging device 3244 is disposed at an end of the tray conveying mechanism 323, an empty tray detached by the empty tray detaching mechanism 322 is blocked by a tray blocking device 3231, and then the empty tray is conveyed to the full material dragging plate 3243 below the stack frame 3241 by the tray dragging device 3244 after being conveyed to a full material by the workpiece conveying device 3213, a pair of plate pushing cylinders 3245 moving in opposite directions are disposed at two sides of the stack frame 3241, and a moving direction of the plate pushing cylinder 3245 driving the support plate 3246 is perpendicular to a moving direction of the tray conveying mechanism 323.
The tray traction device 3244 comprises a sliding block 32441 matched with the tray conveying mechanism 323 and a plate body 32442 arranged above the sliding block 32441, wherein a hook block 32443 is arranged on one side of the plate body 32442 close to the empty tray unstacking mechanism 322.
Referring to fig. 14, the mobile terminal further includes a lower chassis 5 and a dust cover 6, the lower chassis 5 is disposed below the operation platform 0, the dust cover 6 is disposed on an upper surface of the operation platform 0, and an upper surface of the lower chassis 5 corresponds to a lower surface of the dust cover 6.
The full-automatic visual detection sorting device is used for detecting through the two straight detection devices and the disc detection device, the detected workpieces are judged according to whether the workpieces meet the requirements or not through the positions of blocking pieces on the sorting device, if the workpieces are unqualified products, the blocking pieces move to the side edges through the moving driving air cylinders, the workpieces fall on an unqualified product conveying belt and move and collect to an unqualified product collecting mechanism; if the workpieces are qualified products, the workpieces fall on the blocking piece, the workpieces are transferred to the slide rail jig mechanism through the translation transfer mechanism, the annular slide rail jig mechanism transfers the qualified product workpieces to empty material trays detached by the empty tray unstacking mechanism in batches through the discharging trusses in the operation process, and the full material trays are transferred to the full material stack through the material tray traction device after the material loading is finished. The full-automatic visual detection sorting and discharging device realizes transfer among all processes and visual detection of six surfaces of a workpiece to be detected through two straight detection devices, a disc detection device and a workpiece transfer mechanism, specifically, front and back detection is carried out on each straight detection device, exposed surfaces are replaced and detected after rotation of a rotation station, the exposed surfaces are transferred to the disc detection device to be monitored by different requirements through a plurality of groups of second image acquisition devices, and correction is not needed after the workpiece is placed during multi-surface detection; the detected workpieces are classified through a sorting device, qualified products and unqualified products are automatically screened and discharged, the unqualified products pass through an unqualified product collecting mechanism, and the qualified workpieces are palletized and sorted through a qualified product palletizing mechanism, so that a full-automatic process of workpiece detection and discharging is realized, and manual participation is reduced; the device has simple and compact structural layout and small occupied area.
In light of the foregoing description of the preferred embodiment of the present invention, many modifications and variations will be apparent to those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. The technical scope of the present invention is not limited to the content of the specification, and must be determined according to the scope of the claims.

Claims (10)

1. Full-automatic visual detection letter sorting and unloader, including operation platform, its characterized in that: the operating platform is sequentially provided with a detection mechanism, a defective product collecting mechanism and a qualified product tray loading mechanism,
the detection mechanism comprises two straight detection devices, a disc detection device and a workpiece transfer mechanism which are arranged in parallel, a rotating station is arranged between the two straight detection devices, the disc detection device is provided with a plurality of fixed stations, the workpiece transfer mechanism is arranged above the straight detection devices, and the batch of detected workpieces moves from a previous detection device to a next detection device;
a sorting device is arranged between the unqualified product collecting mechanism and the qualified product tray loading mechanism, and between the sorting device and the last detection position of the turntable detection platform and the qualified product tray loading mechanism;
the sorting device comprises a translation transfer mechanism and a unqualified product conveyor belt, a blocking piece capable of moving in a translation mode is arranged above one end portion of the unqualified product conveyor belt, and the blocking piece moves on a driving cylinder through movement arranged on one side of the unqualified product conveyor belt.

the rotary station comprises a rotary cylinder and a rotary platform synchronously connected with the rotary cylinder, and a rotary fixing claw is arranged at the edge of the rotary platform and is arranged at the upper edge of the rotary platform for fixing a workpiece;
the disc detection device comprises a circular table and five fixed stations which are uniformly arranged on the circular table at equal angles, wherein the five fixed stations are detection positions, a second image acquisition device is arranged above and/or below the detection positions, a rotating table is arranged on the circular table, and the rotating table is linked with the circular table.
4. The full-automatic visual inspection sorting and discharging device according to claim 1, wherein: the qualified product tray loading mechanism comprises a slide rail jig mechanism and a discharging device;
the slide way jig mechanism comprises a slide way bottom plate and a plurality of jig bottom shells arranged on the slide way bottom plate, the jig bottom shells form a mouth-shaped structure, slide way outer stop blocks are arranged at the outer side edges of the jig bottom shells of the mouth-shaped structure, slide way inner stop blocks are arranged at the inner side edges of the jig bottom shells of the mouth-shaped structure, and the jig bottom shells are driven by a jig driving mechanism arranged below the slide way bottom plate;
the blanking device comprises a blanking truss, an empty tray unstacking mechanism, a charging tray conveying mechanism and a full material stack, wherein the blanking truss is arranged above the charging tray conveying mechanism, the blanking truss is arranged on one side close to the slide rail jig mechanism, and the empty tray unstacking mechanism and the full material stack are arranged at two ends of the charging tray conveying mechanism.

The full-automatic visual inspection sorting and discharging device according to claim 4, wherein: the blanking truss comprises a blanking rack on the fixed operating platform, a slideway transverse plate is horizontally arranged on the blanking rack, and a workpiece carrying device and a carrying adjusting device are arranged on one side, close to the slideway jig mechanism, of the slideway transverse plate;
the workpiece carrying device comprises a plurality of suction nozzle fixing blocks which are arranged in parallel, the number of the suction nozzle fixing blocks is half of the number of workpiece mounting positions in a parallel row in the material tray, and the distance between the suction nozzle fixing blocks is integral multiple of the distance between the workpieces in the material tray; the suction nozzle fixing blocks are fixed on a suction nozzle fixing plate, the suction nozzle fixing plate is driven to move by a first driving mechanism, and the moving range of the suction nozzle fixing plate is the distance between the centers of two adjacent workpiece mounting positions of a material tray;
the conveying adjusting device comprises a Y-axis drag chain for fixing the workpiece conveying device, a second driving mechanism for driving the workpiece conveying device to reciprocate between the tray conveying mechanism and the slide jig mechanism, and a third driving mechanism for driving the workpiece conveying device to vertically move.
6. The full-automatic visual inspection sorting and discharging device according to claim 5, wherein: the workpiece carrying device is provided with a negative pressure detection device, and the negative pressure detection device is fixed on the suction nozzle fixing plate;
one end of the Y-axis drag chain is of a J-shaped structure, the other end of the Y-axis drag chain is provided with a baffle, and the stroke length of the workpiece carrying device on the Y-axis drag chain is not less than the side length of a parallel material tray on the material tray book conveying mechanism.

the full material stack comprises a stack frame, a jacking cylinder and a full material dragging plate, the stack frame is arranged above the side of the material tray conveying mechanism, a material tray traction device is arranged at the end part of the material tray conveying mechanism, an empty material tray disassembled by the empty tray disassembling mechanism is blocked by a material tray blocking device and then conveyed to the full material dragging plate below the stack frame by the material tray traction device after the qualified workpiece is conveyed to the full material by the workpiece conveying device, a pair of material tray pushing cylinders moving in opposite directions are arranged at two sides of the stack frame, and the moving direction of the material tray pushing cylinders for driving the material supporting plates is vertical to the moving direction of the material tray conveying mechanism;
the material tray traction device comprises a sliding block matched with the material tray conveying mechanism and a plate body arranged above the sliding block, and a hook block is arranged on one side, close to the empty tray unstacking mechanism, of the plate body.
