The cleaning robot is positioned at the downstream of the box turnover equipment and at the upstream of the box packing equipment; the cleaning robot is configured to clean the empty box 3 after the cut tobacco has been poured.
The cleaning robot has various structural forms, and an optional implementation mode is that the cleaning robot comprises a high-pressure gas path, and high-pressure gas is sprayed out through the high-pressure gas path to blow out matters such as tobacco shreds and the like remained in the empty boxes 3. In addition, the cleaning robot can also adopt a cleaning brush to remove the tobacco shreds and other substances remained in the empty box 3 in a brushing mode. Of course, the cleaning robot may also have a plurality of cleaning components with different functions, such as a high pressure air path and a cleaning brush. a manual cleaning station located downstream of the box turnover device and upstream of the box loading device; the manual cleaning platform and the cleaning robot are arranged in parallel; the manual cleaning station is configured to clean empty boxes after the cut tobacco has been dumped.
7. The box wire storage system of claim 6, wherein the manual cleaning station comprises:
a roller machine (1); and
the box turnover machine (2) is positioned at the downstream of the roller bed machine (1); the box turnover machine (2) comprises a machine base (21), a turnover assembly (22), a driving mechanism (23) and a clamping arm assembly (24); the base (21) is fixedly arranged; the overturning component (22) is rotatably arranged on the base (21); the driving mechanism (23) is mounted on the base (21) and is in driving connection with the overturning assembly (22) so as to drive the overturning assembly (22) to rotate relative to the base (21); the clamping arm assembly (24) comprises at least two clamping arms, and the two clamping arms are linearly movably mounted on the overturning assembly (22) so as to clamp and release the box.
8. The box-type wire storage system according to claim 7, characterized in that the box turnover machine (2) further comprises:
the anti-collision assembly (25), the anti-collision assembly (25) install in frame (21) to upset subassembly (22) play the cushioning effect.
9. The box wire storage system of claim 7, wherein the manual cleaning station comprises:
and the high-pressure air gun is arranged close to the box turnover machine (2) so as to clean the box (3) turned by the box turnover machine (2).
