本发明涉及一种改善纸张爆线的助剂及其应用。本发明通过在淀粉中添加一定量的淀粉软化剂,可以改变传统纸张善爆线的改善方法,例如提高水分,制备淀粉胶液时适度胶液中的水分含量,增加上胶量;优化浆料结构,提高纸张耐折强度等,本发明在淀粉表面施胶段进行优化调整,便可以增加淀粉表面保湿性能,改善纸张表面强度,减少爆线等客诉现象。为进一步推进纸张取代塑料提供了技术支持。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种改善纸张爆线的助剂及其应用,属于造纸助剂技术领域。
背景技术
自20世纪50年代以来,生产的塑料中只有9%被回收利用,预计到2050年,填埋场和环境中将有大约120亿吨塑料垃圾。据联合国环境规划署出版的《一次性塑料,可持续发展路线图》显示,塑料不会被生物降解,它们只能缓慢地分解成被称为微塑料的较小碎粒,这些碎粒正在进入我们的食物链,并进入我们的身体。微塑料的健康风险尚未完全了解,但来自社会的抗塑料情绪已经推动了包装可持续发展的趋势。
随着消费者对可再生和环保材料的偏好不断增长,纸浆和造纸行业的参与者正在评估反塑料运动将如何影响基于纤维的包装。
而包装纸张取代塑料袋一个最大的技术壁垒是纸张在印刷后的爆线问题。
我们知道,在造纸行业中,一般采用淀粉作为表面施胶,作用在纸张表面,提供纸张一定的抗水和表面强度。而淀粉是高分子碳水化合物,是由单一类型的糖单元组成的多糖。淀粉的基本构成单位为α-D-吡喃葡萄糖,葡萄糖脱去水分子后经由糖苷键连接在一起所形成的共价聚合物就是淀粉分子。在纸张干燥过程中,淀粉成膜后会发生急剧收缩,极容易脆化,从而影响纸张的耐爆线的功能。
现在针对爆线的改善,有采用采用高档纤维提高浆料强度、提高纸张水分等,但因成本高,或者会影响纸张其它品质,不能得到最大化的推广应用。
研究发现,软化剂可以软化淀粉,改变淀粉干燥后易脆化的特性。其的大分子结构,在淀粉干燥过程中,可减缓淀粉分子间的缩合反应,明显增加淀粉膜的韧性,增加淀粉表面保湿性能,改善纸张表面强度,减少爆线等客诉现象。
在现有条件下,如何采用创新的工艺,在原有抄造工艺基础上,采用新进的助剂改善纸张爆线,为纸张取代塑料提供技术支持,成为各工厂竞相研究的方向或是未来技术研究发展的趋势。
发明内容
本发明针对上述缺陷,目的在于提供一种改善纸张爆线问题的一种改善纸张爆线的助剂及其应用。
为此本发明采用的技术方案是:一种改善纸张爆线的助剂,包括有淀粉软化剂,所述淀粉软化剂所用的混合单体包括以下组分(质量分):
吐温 1-8份;
甘油 60-80份;
盐酸三甲胺 12-39份。
进一步的,所述助剂按照以下步骤制备:
在搅拌状态下,缓慢添加分子中含有跟烃基或苯环侧链上的碳结合的羟基的化合物,待稳定后添加季铵盐类改性剂,并在加热状态下加入一定量的含氮的弱碱性有机化合物进行充分混合,并分别滴定添加混合单体和环氧树脂,充分混合后,调整pH至3.0-5.0,冷却至室温得到助剂。
进一步的,所述分子中含有跟烃基或苯环侧链上的碳结合的羟基的化合物,包括甲醇、乙醇、苯甲醇、乙二醇、聚乙二醇、山梨醇、木糖醇、聚乙烯醇等醇类中的一种或者几种,用量控制在质量分30-50%。
进一步的,所述含氮的弱碱性有机化合物,包括:甲酰胺、三乙胺、正丙胺、苯胺、碳酰二胺等,用量控制在质量分15-25%。
进一步的,所述季铵盐类改性剂,是指十六烷基二甲基烯丙基氯化铵(CDAAC),用量控制在质量分3-9%。
进一步的,所述混合单体、环氧树脂,分别进行滴定添加;
其中混合单体用量质量分8~10%,;环氧树脂质量分15-25%。
一种利用所述助剂制备的乳液,在淀粉中加入所述助剂。
进一步的,所述乳液按照以下步骤进行:选择木薯自转化酶切淀粉,冷水泡制后,加入一定量的淀粉软化剂剂,添加一定量的淀粉酶,在搅拌状态下升温蒸煮,待淀粉完全糊化后,得到软化施胶淀粉乳液。
进一步的,所述乳液按照以下步骤进行:选择木薯自转化酶切淀粉,冷水泡制后,添加一定量的淀粉酶,在搅拌状态下升温蒸煮,待淀粉完全糊化后,再加入一定量的淀粉软化剂剂,保温得到软化施胶淀粉乳液。
所述乳液的利用,所述乳液在未表面施胶原纸进行表面施胶,施胶量3-8g/m2双面。
本发明的优点是:在PAM合成过程中,添加一定量的带有羟基和多元醇等的单体,可以减少淀粉在后段干燥过程中的缩合反应,使得淀粉膜韧性增大,纸张爆线性能改善明显。而脂类及聚丙烯酰胺类单体的加入,可以与淀粉产生交粘反应,提高淀粉成膜后的强度。
本发明通过在淀粉中添加一定量的淀粉软化剂,可以改变传统纸张善爆线的改善方法(例如提高水分,制备淀粉胶液时适度胶液中的水分含量,增加上胶量;优化浆料结构,提高纸张耐折强度等)。在淀粉表面施胶段进行优化调整,便可以增加淀粉表面保湿性能,改善纸张表面强度,减少爆线等客诉现象。为进一步推进纸张取代塑料提供了技术支持。
具体实施方式
爆线是指纸张在加工、折叠、装箱及堆垛时,折痕线部位出现的纸张爆裂现象。
纸张抄造过程中,最常见改善爆线的方法为:提高水分:制备淀粉胶液时适度胶液中的水分含量。同时可适当增加上胶量;优化浆料结构,提高纸张耐折强度等。
本次发明,区别于上述传统的方法,在表面施胶淀粉中添加一定量的淀粉软化剂,可以产生多重特性:
1、可与淀粉形成交联。在淀粉蒸煮过程中,淀粉软化剂与淀粉分子链间产生交联,加强淀粉分子间成膜后与原纸纤维间的结合力,在淀粉与纤维间达到桥接作用,使得淀粉分子链与纤维产生更多的结合点,与纤维产生网状接触,形成更为牢固的结合体,从而提升纸张强度,有利于提高纸张强度。
2、可软化淀粉,改变淀粉干燥后易脆化的特性。淀粉软化剂具有独特的大分子结构,在淀粉干燥过程中,可减缓淀粉分子间的缩合反应,明显增加淀粉膜的韧性,增加淀粉表面保湿性能,改善纸张表面强度,减少爆线等客诉现象。
制备软化剂所用混合单体,分别有吐温、甘油和盐酸三甲胺,一般用量在吐温/甘油/盐酸三甲胺=1~8/60~80/12~39,优选3~5/50~70/25~35。
在PAM合成最后阶段,pH调整前,在搅拌状态下,缓慢添加分子中含有跟烃基或苯环侧链上的碳结合的羟基的化合物,可以是一元、二元、三元或多元醇,待稳定后添加季铵盐类改性剂,并在加热状态下加入一定量的含氮的弱碱性有机化合物进行充分混合,调整pH至3.0-5.0。冷却至室温。
在反应过程中,称取一定量的混合单体、环氧树脂,分别进行滴定添加。其中混合单体用量8~10%,一般优选12~18%;环氧树脂控制在15-25%,一般优选18-22%;
所述分子中含有跟烃基或苯环侧链上的碳结合的羟基的化合物,包括甲醇、乙醇、苯甲醇、乙二醇、聚乙二醇、山梨醇、木糖醇、聚乙烯醇等醇类中的一种或者几种,用量控制在30-50%,优选35-42%;
含氮的弱碱性有机化合物,包括:甲酰胺、三乙胺、正丙胺、苯胺、碳酰二胺等,用量控制在15-25%,一般优选16-22%;
季铵盐类改性剂,是指十六烷基二甲基烯丙基氯化铵(CDAAC),用量控制在3-9%,一般优选4-7%。
实施例一:
PAM合成后段,在搅拌状态下,缓慢添加10%的山梨醇,20%的乙二醇,待稳定后,添加CDAAC 5%,升温至60℃,添加碳酰二胺25%,并分别滴定添加混合单体18%,环氧树脂22%,充分混合后,调整pH=3.0,冷却至室温,得到成品淀粉软化剂。
实施例二:
PAM合成后段,在搅拌状态下,缓慢添加20%的山梨醇,22%的乙二醇,待稳定后,添加CDAAC 4%,升温至60℃,添加碳酰二胺22%,并分别滴定添加混合单体12%,环氧树脂20%,充分混合后,调整pH=3.0,冷却至室温,得到成品淀粉软化剂。
实施例三:
PAM合成后段,在搅拌状态下,缓慢添加10%的聚乙烯醇(先蒸煮溶解成12%浓度添加),20%的聚乙二醇,待稳定后,添加CDAAC 5%,升温至60℃,添加甲酰胺25%,并分别滴定添加混合单体18%,环氧树脂22%,充分混合后,调整pH=3.0,冷却至室温,得到成品淀粉软化剂。
实施例四:
PAM合成后段,在搅拌状态下,缓慢添加20%的聚乙烯醇(先蒸煮溶解成12%浓度添加),22%的聚乙二醇,待稳定后,添加CDAAC 4%,升温至60℃,添加甲酰胺22%,并分别滴定添加混合单体12%,环氧树脂20%,充分混合后,调整pH=3.0,冷却至室温,得到成品淀粉软化剂。
以上软化剂,选择木薯自转化酶切淀粉,冷水泡制后,加入一定量的淀粉软化剂剂,(一般添加量为:10%~50%,优选15-30%),添加一定量的淀粉酶(根据成品淀粉粘度调整用量,一般60-80ppm)。在搅拌状态下升温蒸煮,待淀粉完全糊化后,得到软化施胶淀粉乳液。
以上软化剂,亦可选择木薯自转化酶切淀粉,冷水泡制后,添加一定量的淀粉酶(根据成品淀粉粘度调整用量,一般60-80ppm)。在搅拌状态下升温蒸煮,待淀粉完全糊化后,再加入一定量的淀粉软化剂剂(一般添加量为:10%~50%,优选15-30%),60℃保温30min,得到软化施胶淀粉乳液。
选择未表面施胶原纸进行表面施胶,施胶量3-8g/m2双面(优选4-6g/m2双面),比较纸张物性状况。
通过实施例的实施,采用淀粉软化剂,可以有效的软化表面施胶淀粉,提高纸张柔韧性,爆线有明显改善,且纸张表面强度亦有一定幅度的提升。
Claims (10)
1.一种改善纸张爆线的助剂,其特征在于,包括有淀粉软化剂,所述淀粉软化剂所用的混合单体包括以下组分(质量分):
吐温 1-8份;
甘油 60-80份;
盐酸三甲胺 12-39份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种改善纸张爆线的助剂,其特征在于,所述助剂按照以下步骤制备:
在搅拌状态下,缓慢添加分子中含有跟烃基或苯环侧链上的碳结合的羟基的化合物,待稳定后添加季铵盐类改性剂,并在加热状态下加入一定量的含氮的弱碱性有机化合物进行充分混合,并分别滴定添加混合单体和环氧树脂,充分混合后,调整pH至3.0-5.0,冷却至室温得到助剂。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种改善纸张爆线的助剂,其特征在于,所述分子中含有跟烃基或苯环侧链上的碳结合的羟基的化合物,包括甲醇、乙醇、苯甲醇、乙二醇、聚乙二醇、山梨醇、木糖醇、聚乙烯醇等醇类中的一种或者几种,用量控制在质量分30-50%。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种改善纸张爆线的助剂,其特征在于,所述含氮的弱碱性有机化合物,包括:甲酰胺、三乙胺、正丙胺、苯胺、碳酰二胺等,用量控制在质量分15-25%。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种改善纸张爆线的助剂,其特征在于,所述季铵盐类改性剂,是指十六烷基二甲基烯丙基氯化铵(CDAAC),用量控制在质量分3-9%。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种改善纸张爆线的助剂,其特征在于,所述混合单体、环氧树脂,分别进行滴定添加;
其中混合单体用量质量分8~10%,;环氧树脂质量分15-25%。
7.一种利用上述任一权利要求所述助剂制备的乳液,其特征在于,在淀粉中加入所述助剂。
8.根据权利要求7所述的乳液,其特征在于,按照以下步骤进行:选择木薯自转化酶切淀粉,冷水泡制后,加入一定量的淀粉软化剂剂,添加一定量的淀粉酶,在搅拌状态下升温蒸煮,待淀粉完全糊化后,得到软化施胶淀粉乳液。
9.根据权利要求7所述的乳液,其特征在于,按照以下步骤进行:选择木薯自转化酶切淀粉,冷水泡制后,添加一定量的淀粉酶,在搅拌状态下升温蒸煮,待淀粉完全糊化后,再加入一定量的淀粉软化剂剂,保温得到软化施胶淀粉乳液。
10.一种权利要求1-9所述乳液的利用,其特征在于,所述乳液在未表面施胶原纸进行表面施胶,施胶量3-8g/m2双面。
