薄膜是一种薄而软的透明薄片,用塑料、胶粘剂、橡胶或其他材料制成,薄膜科学上的解释为:由原子,分子或离子沉积在基片表面形成的2维材料,例:光学薄膜、复合薄膜、超导薄膜、聚酯薄膜、尼龙薄膜、塑料薄膜等等,薄膜被广泛用于电子电器,机械,印刷等行业,喷绘膜是薄膜的一种,但现有的喷绘膜其阻燃效果较差,从而降低了其使用寿命,为此,我们提出一种高清阻燃喷绘膜。

为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种高清阻燃喷绘膜,包括喷绘膜本体,所述喷绘膜本体包括基底层,且基底层的底部设置有第一防护层,同时,第一防护层包括RB-048防静电涂层和三氧化二铝涂层,所述基底层的顶部设置有第二防护层,且第二防护层包括聚四氟乙烯涂层和纳米氧化铬涂层。
优选的,所述三氧化二铝涂层涂设于基底层的底部,且RB-048防静电涂层涂设于三氧化二铝涂层的底部,同时,RB-048防静电涂层和三氧化二铝涂层的厚度相同,且RB-048防静电涂层的厚度为一百到两百微米。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
在申请的描述中,需要说明的是,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“设置有”、“连接”等,应做广义理解,例如“连接”,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以具体情况理解上述术语在本申请中的具体含义。
本申请的喷绘膜本体1、基底层11、第一防护层12、RB-048防静电涂层121、三氧化二铝涂层122、第二防护层13、聚四氟乙烯涂层131和纳米氧化铬涂层132部件均为通用标准件或本领域技术人员知晓的部件,其结构和原理都为本技术人员均可通过技术手册得知或通过常规实验方法获知。
请参阅图1-3,一种高清阻燃喷绘膜,包括喷绘膜本体1,喷绘膜本体1包括基底层11,且基底层11的底部设置有第一防护层12,同时,第一防护层12包括RB-048防静电涂层121和三氧化二铝涂层122,RB-048防静电涂层121可提高本喷绘膜整体的抗静电性,三氧化二铝涂层122在RB-048防静电涂层121损坏后可提高本喷绘膜整体的抗氧化性,基底层11的顶部设置有第二防护层13,且第二防护层13包括聚四氟乙烯涂层131和纳米氧化铬涂层132,纳米氧化铬涂层132可提高本喷绘膜整体的耐磨性,聚四氟乙烯涂层131在纳米氧化铬涂层132损坏后可提高本喷绘膜整体的耐腐蚀性。
三氧化二铝涂层122涂设于基底层11的底部,且RB-048防静电涂层121涂设于三氧化二铝涂层122的底部,同时,RB-048防静电涂层121和三氧化二铝涂层122的厚度相同,且RB-048防静电涂层121的厚度为一百到两百微米。
聚四氟乙烯涂层131涂设于基底层11的顶部,且纳米氧化铬涂层132涂设于聚四氟乙烯涂层131的顶部,同时,聚四氟乙烯涂层131和纳米氧化铬涂层132的厚度相同,且纳米氧化铬涂层132的厚度为一百五十到两百五十微米。
基底层11由聚碳酸脂、氯丁橡胶、聚氯乙烯、十溴二苯乙烷、氯化石蜡、高密度聚乙烯、玻璃纤维、杀菌剂、阻燃剂和防紫外线剂组成,其重量份数的组分为:聚碳酸脂10-15份;氯丁橡胶15-25份;聚氯乙烯20-30份;十溴二苯乙烷3-8份;氯化石蜡4-8份;高密度聚乙烯40-60份;玻璃纤维7-12份;杀菌剂3-7份;阻燃剂8-15份;防紫外线剂6-12份,设置了基底层11,且基底层11主要由聚碳酸脂、氯丁橡胶、聚氯乙烯、十溴二苯乙烷、氯化石蜡、高密度聚乙烯、玻璃纤维和阻燃剂组成,可有效提高本喷绘膜整体的阻燃性,且其额外添加的杀菌剂可提高本喷绘膜整体的抗菌性,防紫外线剂可提高本喷绘膜整体的防紫外线性,从而延长其使用寿命和扩大其使用范围。
杀菌剂由氢氧化钙、碳酸钠、丙酸钙、三氯异氰尿酸、甲氧丙烯酸酯、乙霉威、甲壳素纤维和稳定剂组成,其重量份数的组分为:氢氧化钙3-7份;碳酸钠1-3份;丙酸钙0.5-1.5份;三氯异氰尿酸60-70份;甲氧丙烯酸酯5-8份;乙霉威2-4份;甲壳素纤维10-15份;稳定剂7-15份。
阻燃剂由玻璃纤维、硼砂、磷酸铵、红磷微胶囊、氢氧化铝、氧化锌、三氧化二锑和三苯基磷酸酯组成,其重量份数的组分为:玻璃纤维5-12份;硼砂20-30份;磷酸铵15-30份;红磷微胶囊12-22份;氢氧化铝7-12份;氧化锌3-7份;三氧化二锑2-8份;三苯基磷酸酯1-3份。
防紫外线剂由二氧化硅、沸石、二异氰酸酯、氧化铈、蜂蜡、乙酰水杨酸、8-羟基喹啉铜、偶联剂和聚丙烯酸钠组成,其重量份数的组分为:二氧化硅50-70份;沸石6-10份;二异氰酸酯7-12份;氧化铈10-15份;蜂蜡1-3份;乙酰水杨酸3-8份;8-羟基喹啉铜2-5份;偶联剂3-8份;聚丙烯酸钠3-7份。
使用时,设置了基底层11,且基底层11主要由聚碳酸脂、氯丁橡胶、聚氯乙烯、十溴二苯乙烷、氯化石蜡、高密度聚乙烯、玻璃纤维和阻燃剂组成,可有效提高本喷绘膜整体的阻燃性,且其额外添加的杀菌剂可提高本喷绘膜整体的抗菌性,防紫外线剂可提高本喷绘膜整体的防紫外线性,从而延长其使用寿命和扩大其使用范围,设置了包括RB-048防静电涂层121和三氧化二铝涂层122的第一防护层12,其中的RB-048防静电涂层121可提高本喷绘膜整体的抗静电性,三氧化二铝涂层122在RB-048防静电涂层121损坏后可提高本喷绘膜整体的抗氧化性,设置了包括聚四氟乙烯涂层131和纳米氧化铬涂层132的第二防护层13,其中的纳米氧化铬涂层132可提高本喷绘膜整体的耐磨性,聚四氟乙烯涂层131在纳米氧化铬涂层132损坏后可提高本喷绘膜整体的耐腐蚀性,从而有效提高了其使用寿命。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。
Claims (7)
1.一种高清阻燃喷绘膜,包括喷绘膜本体(1),其特征在于:所述喷绘膜本体(1)包括基底层(11),且基底层(11)的底部设置有第一防护层(12),同时,第一防护层(12)包括RB-048防静电涂层(121)和三氧化二铝涂层(122),所述基底层(11)的顶部设置有第二防护层(13),且第二防护层(13)包括聚四氟乙烯涂层(131)和纳米氧化铬涂层(132)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高清阻燃喷绘膜,其特征在于:所述三氧化二铝涂层(122)涂设于基底层(11)的底部,且RB-048防静电涂层(121)涂设于三氧化二铝涂层(122)的底部,同时,RB-048防静电涂层(121)和三氧化二铝涂层(122)的厚度相同,且RB-048防静电涂层(121)的厚度为一百到两百微米。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高清阻燃喷绘膜,其特征在于:所述聚四氟乙烯涂层(131)涂设于基底层(11)的顶部,且纳米氧化铬涂层(132)涂设于聚四氟乙烯涂层(131)的顶部,同时,聚四氟乙烯涂层(131)和纳米氧化铬涂层(132)的厚度相同,且纳米氧化铬涂层(132)的厚度为一百五十到两百五十微米。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高清阻燃喷绘膜,其特征在于:所述基底层(11)由聚碳酸脂、氯丁橡胶、聚氯乙烯、十溴二苯乙烷、氯化石蜡、高密度聚乙烯、玻璃纤维、杀菌剂、阻燃剂和防紫外线剂组成,其重量份数的组分为:聚碳酸脂10-15份;氯丁橡胶15-25份;聚氯乙烯20-30份;十溴二苯乙烷3-8份;氯化石蜡4-8份;高密度聚乙烯40-60份;玻璃纤维7-12份;杀菌剂3-7份;阻燃剂8-15份;防紫外线剂6-12份。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种高清阻燃喷绘膜,其特征在于:所述杀菌剂由氢氧化钙、碳酸钠、丙酸钙、三氯异氰尿酸、甲氧丙烯酸酯、乙霉威、甲壳素纤维和稳定剂组成,其重量份数的组分为:氢氧化钙3-7份;碳酸钠1-3份;丙酸钙0.5-1.5份;三氯异氰尿酸60-70份;甲氧丙烯酸酯5-8份;乙霉威2-4份;甲壳素纤维10-15份;稳定剂7-15份。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种高清阻燃喷绘膜,其特征在于:所述阻燃剂由玻璃纤维、硼砂、磷酸铵、红磷微胶囊、氢氧化铝、氧化锌、三氧化二锑和三苯基磷酸酯组成,其重量份数的组分为:玻璃纤维5-12份;硼砂20-30份;磷酸铵15-30份;红磷微胶囊12-22份;氢氧化铝7-12份;氧化锌3-7份;三氧化二锑2-8份;三苯基磷酸酯1-3份。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种高清阻燃喷绘膜,其特征在于:所述防紫外线剂由二氧化硅、沸石、二异氰酸酯、氧化铈、蜂蜡、乙酰水杨酸、8-羟基喹啉铜、偶联剂和聚丙烯酸钠组成,其重量份数的组分为:二氧化硅50-70份;沸石6-10份;二异氰酸酯7-12份;氧化铈10-15份;蜂蜡1-3份;乙酰水杨酸3-8份;8-羟基喹啉铜2-5份;偶联剂3-8份;聚丙烯酸钠3-7份。
