As shown in fig. 5, a side positioning frame 15 is provided on the outside of the filling head, and the side positioning frame 15 is used for positioning the first filling bottle or the second filling bottle.
In one embodiment, the side positioning frame 15 is provided with a first cylinder 151, one end of the first cylinder 151 is connected to the first mounting frame 152, and the first cylinder 151 is used for driving the first mounting frame 152 to move.
The first mounting frame 152 includes a first mounting groove, and the first mounting frame 152 is connected with a plurality of locating pieces 154 through first fixing bolt 153, and first filling bottle and second filling bottle are a plurality of, and wherein, a plurality of locating pieces 154 are used for adjusting the distance between a plurality of first filling bottle or a plurality of second filling bottle. Arc-shaped groove 1541 is seted up to the one end of spacer 154, is convenient for spacer 154 and first filling bottle or the cooperation of second filling bottle to use.
Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of a side positioning frame according to another exemplary embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 6, the side positioning frame 15 is provided with a second mounting frame 155, the second mounting frame 155 includes a second mounting groove 1551, the second mounting frame 155 is connected with a vertical plate 157 through a second fixing bolt 156, the vertical plate 157 is embedded with a second cylinder 158, one end of the second cylinder 158 is connected with a baffle, and the second cylinder 158 is used for driving the baffle to position the first filling bottle and the second filling bottle.
Fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of a filling head frame according to another exemplary embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 7, the filling head 14 includes a collecting box 142, the collecting box 142 is disposed at the bottom of the filling head and is opposite to the filling head 141, and the collecting box 142 is used for collecting peanut oil used by the filling head 141. Collect box 142 and be provided with the relief valve for square structure and the bottom of collecting box 142, be convenient for collect the fluid after the first 141 uses of filling through collecting box 142, avoid fluid to drip, and be convenient for collect the discharge of the fluid after. The collecting box 142 is connected to a third cylinder 149, and the third cylinder 149 is used for driving the collecting box 142 to move. The filling head frame 14 is provided with a second screw rod 143, the top end of the second screw rod 143 is provided with a servo motor 144, and the servo motor 144 is used for controlling the lifting of the filling head frame 14. The second screw 143 is connected to the filling head frame 14 through a bearing, which facilitates the installation and use of the second screw 143. Guide posts 145 are fixed on two sides of the second screw 143, a second screw hole sleeve 146 is sleeved on the second screw 143, and a guide sleeve 147 is sleeved on the guide posts 145, wherein the guide posts 145 are used for improving the lifting stability of the filling head frame 14.
Fig. 8 is a schematic structural view of a filling head frame according to another exemplary embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 8, one end of the second thread hole housing 146 and the guide housing 147 is provided with a lifting plate 148, and one end of the lifting plate 148 is provided with a plurality of filling heads 141. The lifting plate 148 is used for lifting and lowering the filling head 141. The third cylinder 149 drives the collection cartridge 142 toward the filling head 141.

Claims (10)
1. A peanut oil packing is with quantitative handling equipment which characterized in that includes:
a chassis;
the conveyor belt is arranged on the case and is used for conveying the first filling bottles or the second filling bottles; the diameter of the first filling bottle is larger than the diameter of the second filling bottle; and
the protective mechanisms are arranged on two symmetrical sides of the conveyor belt and comprise rotating handles and adjusting protective plates, the rotating handles are connected with the adjusting protective plates and used for driving the adjusting protective plates to move to a first target distance so as to protect the first filling bottles or driving the adjusting protective plates to move to a second target distance so as to protect the second filling bottles; wherein the first target distance is greater than the second target distance.
2. The quantitative handling equipment for peanut oil packaging as claimed in claim 1, wherein the protection mechanism comprises a fixing plate, the fixing plate is connected with the adjusting protection plate through one end of a first screw rod, the other end of the first screw rod is connected with the rotating handle, and the fixing plate is used for fixing the adjusting protection plate.
3. The peanut oil packaging and dosing apparatus of claim 1, further comprising a filling head assembly disposed on the enclosure, the filling head assembly including a filling head for delivering peanut oil to the first and second filling bottles.
4. The peanut oil packaging quantitative handling apparatus of claim 1, wherein the filling head is provided with a side positioning frame at the outer side, and the side positioning frame is used for positioning the first filling bottle or the second filling bottle.
5. The peanut packaging quantitative handling equipment according to claim 4, wherein the side positioning frame is provided with a first air cylinder, one end of the first air cylinder is connected with the first mounting frame, and the first air cylinder is used for driving the first mounting frame to move.
6. The peanut packaging quantitative handling apparatus of claim 5, wherein the first mounting rack is connected with a plurality of locating pieces through first fixing bolts, and the first filling bottle and the second filling bottle are a plurality of bottles; wherein the plurality of spacers are used to adjust the distance between the plurality of first filling vials or the plurality of second filling vials.
7. The quantitative conveying equipment for peanut oil packaging as claimed in claim 4, wherein the side positioning frame is provided with a second mounting frame, the second mounting frame is connected with a vertical plate through a second fixing bolt, a second air cylinder is embedded in the vertical plate, one end of the second air cylinder is connected with a separation blade, and the second air cylinder is used for driving the separation blade to position the first filling bottle and the second filling bottle.
8. The peanut oil packaging quantitative handling apparatus of claim 3, wherein the filling head frame comprises a collection box disposed at the bottom of the filling head frame and opposite to the filling head, the collection box being used for collecting peanut oil after the filling head is used.
9. The peanut oil packaging quantitative handling equipment of claim 8, wherein the collection box is connected with a third air cylinder, and the third air cylinder is used for driving the collection box to move.
10. The quantitative handling equipment for peanut oil packaging as claimed in claim 3, wherein the filling head frame is provided with a second screw rod, the top end of the second screw rod is provided with a servo motor, and the servo motor is used for controlling the lifting of the filling head frame.
