技术领域
本发明有关一种液体储存容器及其制造方法,尤指一种兼具可解决渗透或泄漏时产生污染或黏胶层失效问题,及内壁渗透或泄漏可发出警报而提高安全性的液体储存容器及其制造方法。
背景技术
传统的液体储存容器可用来储存各式化学液体,当储存化学液体(例如:氨水、双氧水、硫酸、盐酸、硝酸、氢氟酸等)时,通常会采用两层式的设计。
如图9所示,此为传统的第一种液体储存容器,其具有一容器壳体81,其具有一内壁811(通常为耐蚀塑料制,用来防腐蚀)、一黏胶层812及一外壁813(可为金属制或非金属制,用来强化结构)。该内壁811形成一储存空间B,用以储存液体;该内壁811与该外壁813通过该黏胶层812而密贴固定。当该内壁811有裂缝(图中未示)时,液体通过裂缝泄漏出而接触该黏胶层812,再接触该外壁813。另外,纵使无裂缝,也有可能经由渗透(permeation)而接触该黏胶层812,再接触该外壁813。
如图10所示,此为传统的第二种液体储存容器,其具有一容器壳体71,其具有一内壁711、多个间隔部712、多个黏胶层713及一外壁714。该内壁711形成一储存空间B,用以储存液体。
从而,该多个间隔部712通过该多个黏胶层713,黏合固定于该内壁711与该外壁714之间。当该内壁711有裂缝(图中未示)时,液体将会通过该裂缝渗出至该内壁711及该外壁714之间的空间。
上述的这两种传统的液体储存容器,均具有下列的问题:
[1]渗透或泄漏时储存液体污染与黏胶层失效问题。当液体渗透或泄漏出该内壁后,不仅会逐渐腐蚀该外壁,最后泄漏,也会与该黏胶层化学反应,有可能产生气体(压迫内壁、外壁)、也有可能与黏胶层化学反应的反应物回渗至该内壁内,而污染整个液体(造成整个储存液体不纯或变质),或是逐渐腐蚀该外壁,最后泄漏出,造成工安与污染环境的问题。此外,纵使所储存的液体不具腐蚀性,前述的渗透或泄漏也会使黏胶层老化或劣化(例如水解),也会产生黏胶层失效问题(例如因失去黏性、脱落、起泡等情形而失去原有的黏固功能)。
[2]由内壁渗透或泄漏的初期并无法预警。传统的液体储存容器在由内壁渗透或泄漏时,并无法检测此泄漏的情形,因此无法早期预警。
有鉴于此,必须研发出可解决上述现有缺点的技术。
发明内容
本发明的目的,在于提供一种液体储存容器及其制造方法,其兼具可解决渗透或泄漏时产生污染或黏胶层失效问题,及内壁渗透或泄漏可发出警报而提高安全性等优点。特别是,本发明所欲解决的问题在于现有装置渗透或泄漏时发生储存液体污染与黏胶层失效,及由内壁渗透或泄漏的初期并无法预警等问题。
解决上述问题的技术手段提供一种液体储存容器及其制造方法,关于该液体储存容器的部分包括:
一容器壳体,具有一内壁、一外壁及至少一间隔部;其中:
该至少一间隔部固定于该内壁与该外壁之间,并形成多个夹层空间;该内壁形成一储存空间,用以储存液体,该至少一间隔部具有一第一表面及一第二表面,该第一表面具有多个凹部,该内壁具有至少一接着层,该接着层对应该多个凹部而具有多个凸部,其与该多个凹部相对应且彼此稳固连结;该第二表面连结该外壁。
关于该液体储存容器的制造方法,包括下列步骤:
一、准备步骤;
二、加压与加热步骤;
三、冷却固化结合步骤;及
四、完成步骤。

该至少一间隔部13固定于该内壁11与该外壁12之间,并形成多个夹层空间A。该内壁11形成一储存空间B,用以储存液体。该至少一间隔部13具有一第一表面131及一第二表面132,该第一表面131具有多个凹部13A。该内壁11具有至少一接着层111,该接着层111对应该多个凹部13A而具有多个凸部11A,其与该多个凹部13A相对应且彼此稳固连结;该第二表面132连结该外壁12。
实务上,该接着层111可为含氟热塑性塑料,其选自全氟烷氧基树脂(Perfluoroalkoxy alkanes,简称PFA)、氟化乙烯丙烯共聚物(Fluorinated EthylenePropylene,简称FEP)、聚偏二氟乙烯(polyvinylidene difluoride,简称PVDF)、聚四氟乙烯(Polytetrafluoroethene,简称ETFE)、乙烯-三氟氯乙烯共聚物(ethylene-chlorotrifluoroethylene copolymer简称ECTFE)其中的一。

该工作层13可为含氟热塑性塑料,其选自全氟烷氧基树脂(Perfluoroalkoxyalkanes,简称PFA)、氟化乙烯丙烯共聚物(Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene,简称FEP)、聚偏二氟乙烯(polyvinylidene difluoride,简称PVDF)、聚四氟乙烯(Polytetrafluoroethene,简称ETFE)、乙烯-三氟氯乙烯共聚物(ethylene-chlorotrifluoroethylene copolymer简称ECTFE)其中之一。
该液体储存容器可再包括(如图5及图6A所示):
一安全控制系统20,其第一实施例具有:
一警报通知部21;及
多个感知单元22,该每一感知单元22内建一警戒值22A,且分别以一端连通相对应的该多个夹层空间A,并以另端电性连结该警报通知部21。
从而,该每一感知单元22用以检测并判别相对应的该夹层空间A的一预定物质的浓度是否超过该警戒值22A;若超过该警戒值22A,则传递相对应的一警戒信号22B至该警报通知部21,该警报通知部21产生一相对应的警报动作。
更详细的讲,由于该每一感知单元22对应不同区域,可使该警报通知部21产生相对应的警报动作。例如:当其中某一夹层空间A有渗透或泄漏时,则发出一警报动作并告知渗透或泄漏的相对应区域(该夹层空间A),而达到早期预警的功能。
其次,假设该感知单元22为特定物质(例如硫酸)的气体浓度感知器,一旦有渗透或泄漏时,会在相对应的某一该夹层空间A内具有较高的浓度,而此感知单元22则可检测出。当然,本发明的该感知单元22的检测对象可为气体或液体。
关于该安全控制系统20的第二实施例(如图6B所示),以第一实施例的设计,再包括:
至少一抽气装置23。
至少一抽气管24,连通相对应的该夹层空间A与该抽气装置23。该抽气装置23使该抽气管24内的气压低于760托尔(Torr)。
该感知单元22为压力计,并连通该至少一抽气管24,且介于相对应的该夹层空间A与该抽气装置23之间。
从而,该每一感知单元22用以检测并判别相对应的该夹层空间A的气压变化是否超过该警戒值22A;若超过该警戒值22A,则传递相对应的该警戒信号22B至该警报通知部21,该警报通知部21产生相对应的该警报动作。
关于该安全控制系统20的第三实施例(如图6C所示),以第二实施例的设计,将该感知单元22改为浓度计,用以检测并判别相对应的该夹层空间A的该预定物质的浓度变化是否超过该警戒值22A,其余功效相同,恕不赘述。
更详细的举例,假设该夹层空间A在抽气后的气压一直保持在380托尔(Torr),使用一段时间后,该内壁11发生渗透或泄漏,此时气压上升,当超过一预设的警戒值22A(假设为456托尔),则发出警报。同理,也可改为一旦预定物质的浓度上升超过一预设的警戒值22A,则发出警报。
参阅图7,关于该液体储存容器的制造方法,于开始后包括下列步骤:
一、准备步骤S1:准备一容器壳体10,其具有一内壁11、一外壁12及至少一间隔部13。该至少一间隔部13位于该内壁11与该外壁12之间,并形成多个夹层空间A。该内壁11形成一储存空间B,用以储存液体。该至少一间隔部13具有一第一表面131及一第二表面132,该第一表面131具有多个凹部13A。该内壁11具有至少一接着层111,其对应该多个凹部13A,该第二表面132连结该外壁12。
二、加压与加热步骤S2:从该储存空间B朝该外壁12的方向,对该接着层111加压加热(超过该接着层111的熔点),使该接着层111受热变形局部融入该多个凹部13A。
三、冷却固化结合步骤S3:该接着层111局部融入该多个凹部13A的部分,于冷却固化后形成多个凸部11A,其与该多个凹部13A相对应且彼此稳固连结。
四、完成步骤S4:完成制造液体储存容器。
实务上,该接着层111可为含氟热塑性塑料,其选自全氟烷氧基树脂(Perfluoroalkoxy alkanes,简称PFA)、氟化乙烯丙烯共聚物(Fluorinated EthylenePropylene,简称FEP)、聚偏二氟乙烯(polyvinylidene difluoride,简称PVDF)、聚四氟乙烯(Polytetrafluoroethene,简称ETFE)、乙烯-三氟氯乙烯共聚物(ethylene-chlorotrifluoroethylene copolymer简称ECTFE)其中之一。
该外壁12可选自金属、纤维强化塑料(fiber reinforced plastics,简称FRP)中的任一种。
该至少一间隔部13对应该外壁12,而可为金属结构、非金属结构中的任一种。
该外壁12与该至少一间隔部13之间,可为焊接结构、其他嵌固方式而固定一体的结构。
参阅图4A,进一步,该内壁11可再包括一结构强化层112及一工作层113。
该结构强化层112固定于该接着层111与该工作层113之间。该结构强化层112可为金属网、非金属网、具有多孔洞的结构(如图4B所示)中的任一种。
该多个凹部13A亦可为贯穿状孔洞的结构(如图4B所示)。
该工作层13可为含氟热塑性塑料,其选自全氟烷氧基树脂(Perfluoroalkoxyalkanes,简称PFA)、氟化乙烯丙烯共聚物(Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene,简称FEP)、聚偏二氟乙烯(polyvinylidene difluoride,简称PVDF)、聚四氟乙烯(Polytetrafluoroethene,简称ETFE)、乙烯-三氟氯乙烯共聚物(ethylene-chlorotrifluoroethylene copolymer简称ECTFE)其中之一。
当然,前述该准备步骤S1中,该容器壳体10可再链接一安全控制系统20,其详细结构及功能可参阅前面已详述的该安全控制系统20的第一实施例、第二实施例及第三实施例,在此不重复赘述。
本发明的主要重点在于,从该储存空间B朝该外壁12的方向,对该接着层111加压加热,使该接着层111受热变形局部融入该多个凹部13A。接着,该接着层111局部融入该多个凹部13A的部分,于冷却固化后形成多个凸部11A,其与该多个凹部13A相对应且彼此稳固连结。如此大幅提高该内壁11与该多个间隔部13之间的结合强度,且因未使用相关的结合黏胶,可避免当发生渗透或泄漏时,黏胶液化回渗而污染该储存空间B。
另外,请参阅图8,当本发明应用于较大型液体储存容器时,其中,该内壁11由多个内壁单元110相邻组成(不论是热融接合、焊接或其他接合方式),而相邻的该内壁单元110之间,形成一接合接口F,其对应该间隔部13的位置。
由于该接合接口F是最容易渗漏的处,而本发明的该接合接口F恰好对应该间隔部13的位置,当液体由某一接合界面F渗出时,会被本发明的彼此稳固连结的该多个凸部11A与该多个凹部13A所阻隔,而不易渗漏。另外,由于本发明没有现有的黏胶层,当然也无传统黏胶层所产生的污染与失效的问题。故,在此情形下,本发明的防漏效果极佳。
当然,前述的该外壁12、该至少一间隔部13及该结构强化层112,均可为金属结构、非金属结构中的任一种。
本发明的优点及功效如下所述:
[1]解决渗透或泄漏时储存液体污染与黏胶层失效问题。当该内壁因某因素产生渗透或泄漏时,因本发明的该接着层与该多个间隔部之间,经加热加压而形成凸部与凹部结合连接为一体的接合技术,由于完全不使用任何黏胶,所以不会有黏胶产生化学反应或劣化污染该储存空间的液体的问题。故,解决渗透或泄漏时储存液体污染与黏胶层失效问题。
[2]内壁渗透或泄漏时可发出警报而提高安全性。本发明从外壁朝每一夹层空间,皆设有感知单元,一旦内壁发生渗透或泄漏,可使相对应的感知单元检测并判别该夹层空间的预定物质的浓度是否超过警戒值,若超过警戒值则传递相对应的警戒信号至该警报通知部,该警报通知部则产生一相对应的警报动作。故,内壁渗透或泄漏时可发出警报而提高安全性。
以上所述的具体实施例,对本发明的目的、技术方案和有益效果进行了进一步详细说明,应理解的是,以上所述仅为本发明的具体实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所做的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (5)

1.一种液体储存容器的制造方法,其包括下列步骤:
一、准备步骤:准备一容器壳体,其具有一内壁、一外壁及至少一间隔部;该至少一间隔部位于该内壁与该外壁之间,并形成多个夹层空间;该内壁形成一储存空间,用以储存液体,该至少一间隔部具有一第一表面及一第二表面,该第一表面具有多个凹部,该内壁具有至少一接着层,其对应该多个凹部,该第二表面连结该外壁;
二、加压与加热步骤:从该储存空间朝该外壁的方向,对该接着层加压加热,使该接着层受热变形局部融入该多个凹部;
三、冷却固化结合步骤:该接着层局部融入该多个凹部的部分,于冷却固化后形成多个凸部,其与该多个凹部相对应且彼此稳固连结;
四、完成步骤:完成制造液体储存容器。
2.如权利要求1所述的液体储存容器的制造方法,其中,于该准备步骤中,该容器壳体链接一安全控制系统,该安全控制系统具有:
一警报通知部;及
多个感知单元,该每一感知单元内建一警戒值,且分别以一端连通相对应的该多个夹层空间,并以另端电性连结该警报通知部;
该每一感知单元用以检测并判别相对应的该夹层空间的一预定物质的浓度是否超过该警戒值;若超过该警戒值,则传递相对应的一警戒信号至该警报通知部,该警报通知部产生一相对应的警报动作。
3.如权利要求1所述的液体储存容器的制造方法,其中,于该准备步骤中,该容器壳体链接一安全控制系统,该安全控制系统具有:
一警报通知部;
至少一抽气装置;
至少一抽气管,连通相对应的该夹层空间与该抽气装置,该抽气装置使该抽气管内的气压低于760托尔;
至少一感知单元,内建一警戒值,并连通该至少一抽气管,且介于相对应的该夹层空间与该抽气装置之间;
该至少一感知单元用以检测并判别相对应的该夹层空间的一预定物质的气压变化、浓度变化中的任一种,是否超过该警戒值;若超过该警戒值,则传递相对应的一警戒信号至该警报通知部,该警报通知部产生一相对应的警报动作。
4.如权利要求2或3所述的液体储存容器的制造方法,其中:
该接着层为含氟热塑性塑料,其选自全氟烷氧基树脂、氟化乙烯丙烯共聚物、聚偏二氟乙烯、聚四氟乙烯、乙烯-三氟氯乙烯共聚物中的任一种;
该内壁包括一结构强化层及一工作层;
该结构强化层固定于该接着层与该工作层之间;
该多个凹部为贯穿状孔洞的结构;
该工作层为含氟热塑性塑料,其选自全氟烷氧基树脂、氟化乙烯丙烯共聚物、聚偏二氟乙烯、聚四氟乙烯、乙烯-三氟氯乙烯共聚物中的任一种。
5.如权利要求4所述的液体储存容器的制造方法,其中,该内壁由多个内壁单元相邻组成,相邻的该内壁单元间形成一接合接口,其对应该间隔部。
