Before use, the fixing frame 21 and the upper device thereof need to be pushed onto the fixing plate 1, the fixing frame 21 is pushed manually, so that the fixing frame 21 and the upper device thereof move towards the direction close to the third fixing frame 41, in the process, the fixing frame 21 can push the second wedge block 63 and the upper device thereof to move towards the direction far away from each other, the sixth return spring 64 can be compressed, then the fixing frame 21 can be contacted with the other side of the second wedge block 63, the second wedge block 63 can be reset under the reset action of the sixth return spring 64, the second wedge block 63 can clamp the fixing frame 21, and therefore the fixing frame 21 and the upper device thereof can be prevented from shaking at will, when the handle 22 and the upper device thereof are pulled manually to move upwards, the fixing frame 21 is not limited by the second wedge block 63, the fixing frame 21 and the upper device thereof are taken out conveniently, and the device can be reused by repeating the operations.

the rolling mechanism comprises a first sliding rod, a first fixing frame, a second reset spring, a rotating wheel, a second fixing frame, sliding blocks, a first sliding frame and a third reset spring, wherein two pairs of first sliding rods are connected to the sliding frame in a sliding mode, the bottom ends of the first sliding rods are connected with the first fixing frame, the second reset springs are connected between the first fixing frame and the sliding frame, the first sliding rods, the first fixing frame and the second reset springs can penetrate through the fixing frame, the rotating wheel is connected to the rotating wheel in a rotating mode, the rotating wheel is in contact with the fixing plate, two pairs of second fixing frames are connected to the fixing frame in a sliding mode, the sliding blocks are connected to the second fixing frame in a sliding mode, the sliding blocks penetrate through the fixing frame and are in sliding contact with the fixing frame, protruding blocks are arranged at the lower positions of the side faces of the sliding blocks, the first sliding frames are in contact with the first fixing frame, the third reset springs are connected between the first sliding frames and the sliding blocks, and the first sliding frames and the third reset springs can penetrate through the fixing frame;
the first clamping mechanism comprises a third fixing frame, a second fixing rod, a second sliding frame, a fourth reset spring and a first wedge block, wherein the top of the fixing plate is connected with the third fixing frame;
the air blowing mechanism is arranged on the third fixing frame and comprises a rack, a rotating shaft, a gear, a first clutch shaft, a third fixing rod, a fan, a second clutch shaft and a fifth reset spring, wherein one side of the upper part of the sliding frame is connected with the rack, one side of the upper part of the fixing frame is rotationally connected with the rotating shaft, one end of the rotating shaft is connected with the gear, the gear is meshed with the rack, the other end of the rotating shaft is connected with the first clutch shaft, the third fixing frame is slidingly connected with the third fixing rod, the fan is rotationally connected with the fan, one side of the fan, far away from the third fixing frame, is connected with the second clutch shaft, the third fixing rod is sleeved with the fifth reset spring, one end of the fifth reset spring is connected with the fan, and the other end of the fifth reset spring is contacted with the third fixing frame;
when in use, the instrument to be carried is placed on the compartment in the sliding frame by hand, then the handle is pressed by hand, so that the handle and the device thereon move downwards, the second fixing frame on the same side can push the first sliding frame on the same side to move towards the direction of approaching each other, the third return spring can be compressed along with the first sliding frame, the first sliding frame is not limited any more, the second return spring which is stretched can be restored along with the first sliding frame, the first fixing frames and the upper devices thereof move upwards, then the second sliding frames limit the two first fixing frames, and the sliding blocks are contacted with the tops of the fixing plates, so that the sliding blocks support the fixing frames and the upper devices thereof, the fixing frames and the upper devices thereof are prevented from moving randomly due to shaking in the process of carrying or transporting, and meanwhile, the loss caused by vibration can be reduced;
when the instrument to be carried is carried to a proper place, the handle is manually pulled to enable the handle and the upper device thereof to move upwards, the second fixing frame drives the sliding block and the upper device thereof to move upwards, the second reset spring is stretched and reset, then the first sliding frame is reset under the reset action of the third reset spring, the first sliding frame clamps the first fixing frame again, so that the fixing frame and the upper device thereof are supported by the rotating wheel again, the fixing frame and the upper device thereof can be pushed away from the fixing plate conveniently by a worker through the rotating wheel, meanwhile, the first wedge block can push the second sliding frame to move towards the direction close to the third fixing frame, the fourth reset spring can be compressed, the second sliding frame is not limited to the first fixing frame any more, then the worker can push away the fixing frame and the upper device thereof, and the second sliding frame can be reset under the reset action of the fourth reset spring;
in the process of carrying or transporting, the sliding frame and the upper device of the sliding frame can reciprocate up and down through the cooperation of the sliding frame and the first reset spring, and the first reset spring can play a role in buffering the sliding frame, so that the effect of effectively reducing loss of instruments and meters in the sliding frame caused by vibration is achieved;
when the fixed frame and the upper device are supported by the sliding block, the first clutch shaft is meshed with the second clutch shaft, the sliding frame and the upper device can reciprocate up and down due to the fact that equipment is transported or transported, in the process that the sliding frame and the upper device move downwards, the rack can drive the gear and the upper device to rotate reversely, the first clutch shaft can drive the second clutch shaft and the upper device to rotate reversely, the fan rotates, the flowing speed of air in the sliding frame 24 can be accelerated by the rotation of the fan, accordingly, the instrument in the sliding frame can be prevented from being wetted, the effect of effectively preventing the instrument in the sliding frame from being wetted is achieved, in the process that the sliding frame and the upper device move upwards, the rack can drive the gear and the upper device to rotate forwards, the first clutch shaft can squeeze the second clutch shaft and the upper device to move towards the direction close to the third fixing frame, the fifth reset spring can be compressed accordingly, and then the fan and the upper device can reset along with reset of the fifth reset spring.

before use, the fixing frame and the upper device thereof need to be pushed onto the fixing plate, the fixing frame is pushed manually, the fixing frame and the upper device thereof move towards the direction close to the third fixing frame, the second wedge-shaped block and the upper device thereof are pushed to move towards the direction far away from each other in the process, the sixth reset spring is compressed along with the fixing frame, the second wedge-shaped block is contacted with the other side of the second wedge-shaped block, the second wedge-shaped block is reset under the reset action of the sixth reset spring, the second wedge-shaped block clamps the fixing frame, so that the fixing frame and the upper device thereof can be prevented from shaking randomly, and when the handle and the upper device thereof are pulled upwards by hand, the second wedge-shaped block does not limit the fixing frame any more, and the fixing frame and the upper device thereof are taken out conveniently.
