When the pressing plate prepresses the packaging box to be processed, the packaging device is controlled to package the packaging box to be processed, which is prepressed. Automatic prepressing, packaging and adjusting of the packaging box to be processed are achieved, and the problem of poor prepressing quality caused by manual operation is solved.

acquiring a prepressing height parameter of the packaging box to be processed;
controlling a pressing plate to move to a target position corresponding to the prepressing height parameter according to the prepressing height parameter so that the pressing plate performs prepressing on the packaging box to be processed;
and controlling a packing device to pack the to-be-processed packing box subjected to prepressing.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein controlling the conveyor to stop conveying the containers to be processed after they are delivered to the target pre-press bagging location comprises:
controlling a conveying device to convey so that the conveying device drives the packaging box to be processed to move;
acquiring a packing box detection signal at a target prepressing and packing position;
judging whether the packaging box to be processed reaches the target prepressing and packaging position or not according to the packaging box detection signal;
and when the packaging box to be processed reaches the target pre-pressing packaging position, controlling the conveying device to stop conveying so as to stop the packaging box to be processed at the target pre-pressing packaging position.
3. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that obtaining a pre-pressing height parameter of the box to be treated comprises:
scanning the bar code information obtained by the bar code on the box body of the packaging box to be processed;
acquiring product information of the product in the packaging box to be processed according to the bar code information;
and searching a pre-pressing height parameter corresponding to the product information from a pre-established database.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein after acquiring the product information of the product in the packaging box to be processed according to the bar code information, the method comprises the following steps:
comparing the product information of the product in the packaging box to be processed with the product information of the product in the packaging box which is subjected to the packaging and prepressing;
and if the model in the product information of the product in the packaging box to be processed is different from the model in the product information of the product in the packaging box which is subjected to the packaging prepressing in the last step, sending confirmation information to a management terminal.
5. The method of claim 3, wherein after acquiring the product information of the product in the packaging box to be processed according to the bar code information, the method comprises the following steps:
and when the pre-pressing height parameter corresponding to the product information does not exist in the pre-established database, sending processing information to a management terminal.
6. The method according to claim 1, wherein controlling the platen to move to the target position corresponding to the pre-compaction height parameter according to the pre-compaction height parameter comprises:
controlling a motor to drive the pressing plate to move to an initial position corresponding to the pre-pressing height parameter;
