The industrial personal computer 11 matches matching information contained in the product picture with text information contained in the two-dimensional code picture, if matching fails, for example, the matching information of the product obtained after text recognition is 17:17:17, and the matching information in the text information corresponding to the two-dimensional code picture is 15:15:15, the matching failure information is sent to the second PLC control device 16, and warning information containing the matching information and the text information is generated; if the second PLC control device 16 receives the information of the failure of matching, the two-dimensional code information is inconsistent with the product information, and the product is discarded.

In this embodiment, optionally, the industrial personal computer 11 is further configured to, if the two-dimensional code picture and the product picture sent by the second encoding collection device 14 are not received within the first preset time, and the two-dimensional code picture and the product picture sent by the third encoding collection device 15 are not received, feed back a result of the failure in receiving to the second PLC control device 16; the second PLC control device 16 is further configured to control the product to be placed at a set position if the reception failure information is received.
Specifically, the first preset time may be the time taken from the second code acquisition device 14 and/or the third code acquisition device 15 to the time taken to transmit the two-dimensional code image and the product image to the industrial personal computer 11, the first preset time may be 10s, the first preset time may also be 5s, and the first preset time may be set according to actual needs. The second preset time may be a time taken by the first code acquisition device 13 from acquisition of the two-dimensional code picture to transmission of the two-dimensional code picture to the industrial personal computer 11, the second preset time may be 10s, the second preset time may also be 20s, and the second preset time may be set as required. If the industrial personal computer 11 still does not receive the two-dimension code picture sent by the first code acquisition equipment 13 after exceeding the second preset time, the two-dimension code picture, namely the empty code, is not displayed on the product packaging bag. Therefore, if the two-dimensional code picture sent by the first code acquisition equipment 13 is not received within the second preset time by the industrial personal computer, the information that the product packaging bag is a blank code signal is sent to the first PLC control equipment 12; the first PLC control device 12 is further configured to control the product packaging bag to be closed and discard the product packaging bag if the empty code signal information is received, so that the empty bag can be removed in the process of scanning the code once, the code scanning rate can be improved, the code leakage rate and the code error rate can be reduced, and the management quality and the management efficiency can be improved.
In this embodiment, optionally, the industrial personal computer 11 is further configured to determine that the target product fails to identify if it is determined that there is no product picture in the data record corresponding to the target product when information collection of all products is completed, and generate alert information based on the target product.
After all products on one production line pass through the complete processes of primary code scanning, filling and secondary code grouping, products without missing scanning are in the tray, and products without missing scanning are in other positions. The industrial personal computer 11 can inquire which product picture columns corresponding to the products are empty or which product picture columns corresponding to the products are not product pictures but placeholders in the data records corresponding to the products. Then the products without the product picture are the products which are missed during the secondary grouping scanning, namely the target products which are failed to be identified. The industrial personal computer 11 can highlight the data record corresponding to the target product according to the positioned target product, or collect the information of the target product and send the information to staff.
Therefore, when the information collection of all the products is completed, if the industrial personal computer determines that no product picture exists in the data record corresponding to the target product, the identification failure of the target product is determined, and warning information is generated based on the target product. The product that can realize the location and miss can improve management efficiency.
In yet another possible embodiment, the optional anti-channeling unit 18 is further configured to generate waybill information based on the product number, and establish a correspondence between the waybill information and the product number; when the second user is detected to inquire the product through the waybill information, acquiring the area where the second user is located; and determining whether a channeling behavior exists based on the purchase address and the area of the second user.

In the related art, the packing bags in the fertilizer industry are coded, the identification codes are utilized by the production line, and a plurality of problems still exist in the links of semi-automatic production lines such as fertilizer bagging and stacking. The actual situation of paper inventory transfer and manual filling still exists in the original production process of materials and products by many fertilizer enterprises. For practitioners in the fertilizer industry, the problem of high code leakage rate is very prominent because of low code scanning precision in the working of the pre-scanning stage, and the packaging bags with problems are required to be screened and arranged, so that the labor intensity of field personnel is greatly increased; in addition, the quality of the sprayed codes is uneven, the problems of code leakage, code error and the like cannot be found timely, and the high-level stacking machine or the manipulator grouping action is lacked in the later period, so that the chemical fertilizer can not be effectively supported to be stored in a standard form of a stack.
In order to more clearly describe the technical scheme of the invention, the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention can comprise the following steps:

And 2, installing second coding acquisition equipment on a conveyor belt of the automatic stacker crane, automatically scanning and identifying the two-dimensional code when the fertilizer bag passes through, and transmitting decoding information into an industrial personal computer system database.
The grouping scanning adopts a redundant scanning head design, namely more than 2 scanning heads are adopted to increase the scanning acquisition success rate (because products are canned and cannot be removed by loading), the hardware of the grouping scanning stage is set to be a main scanning head and a standby scanning head, the main scanning head focuses on the two-dimensional code, and the auxiliary scanning head performs wide-angle scanning. Each bag of chemical fertilizer needs to collect live-action photos, and the photo names are the same as the industrial Internet identification codes. When the number of the fertilizer bags reaches the rated number of one tray (for example, 1-40), the system automatically transmits the association relation between the virtual tray codes and the bag codes to the data center.
And 7, communicating with a stacker crane: in the grouping process, virtual stacking is misplaced due to accidental breakage of the packaging bags, manual forced stacking, equipment failure and the like, so that data of the whole shift is distorted, and a grouping communication protocol needs to be determined with a packaging machine manufacturer in advance.
And 8, a channel conflict prevention mechanism.
When the finished product is delivered out of the warehouse, the two-dimensional code identification is associated with the freight bill number, then the order number is inquired through the e-commerce logistics system, and the purchasing address of the first user is obtained according to order details. If the anti-channeling goods unit receives a purchase request of a first user, acquiring a corresponding relation from the storage unit according to the purchase request and the tray storage time, and distributing a product number matched with the purchase request to the first user according to the corresponding relation; wherein the purchase request includes: purchasing address and purchasing quantity.

Program code embodied on a computer readable medium may be transmitted using any appropriate medium, including but not limited to wireless, wireline, optical fiber cable, RF, etc., or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
Computer program code for carrying out operations of the present invention may be written in any combination of one or more programming languages, including an object oriented programming language such as Java, smalltalk, C ++ and conventional procedural programming languages, such as the "C" programming language or similar programming languages. the second code acquisition equipment is used for acquiring two-dimensional code pictures and product pictures on the product packaging bag and sending the two-dimensional code pictures and the product pictures to the industrial personal computer;
the third code acquisition equipment is used for acquiring the two-dimensional code picture and the product picture on the product packaging bag and sending the two-dimensional code picture and the product picture to the industrial personal computer;
the industrial personal computer is further configured to perform text recognition on the product picture if the two-dimensional code picture and the product picture sent by the second code acquisition device are received, and/or if the two-dimensional code picture and the product picture sent by the third code acquisition device are received, obtain proportioning information of the product, match the proportioning information with the text information, and if the matching is successful, feed back the successfully matched information to the second PLC control device, and allocate a tray for the product according to the two-dimensional code picture, so as to establish a mapping relationship between the product and the tray;
The second PLC control device is used for placing the product on a tray if the information of successful matching is received, and feeding back the tray loading information to the industrial personal computer;
the industrial personal computer is also used for sending tray loading completion information to the storage unit;
the storage unit is used for establishing a corresponding relation between the tray and the warehouse according to the tray number in the tray loading completion information if the tray loading completion information is received; the corresponding relation comprises a warehouse number, a tray warehouse-in time and a product number corresponding to the tray;
the anti-channel conflict unit is connected with the storage unit and is used for acquiring a corresponding relation from the storage unit according to the storage time of the tray according to the purchase request if the purchase request of the first user is received, and distributing a product number matched with the purchase request to the first user according to the corresponding relation; wherein the purchase request includes: purchasing address and purchasing quantity.

the industrial personal computer is also used for updating the data record of the product according to the product picture and the mapping relation between the product and the tray.
