本发明的目的是提供一种塑料薄膜及其制备工艺,能防止涂料凝固导致堵塞。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种塑料薄膜制备工艺,该工艺包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将塑料薄膜上的灰尘清理掉;
步骤二:将抗风化原料搅拌均匀;
步骤三:将抗风化原料涂抹在塑料薄膜上;
步骤四;对塑料薄膜上的抗风化原料烘干。

进一步的,涂抹辊220转动带动两个轮组270转动,两个轮组270转动带动两个摩擦杆260移动,两个摩擦杆260带动挡板240移动,挡板240移动失去对放料口111的阻挡,使得原料能够正常从放料口111流出落在涂抹辊220上,通过涂抹辊220转动来控制挡板240移动,能够使得涂抹辊220只有在充分接触到塑料薄膜时才会带动涂抹辊220转动,这时才会放出原料落在涂抹辊220上进行对塑料薄膜的涂抹,避免了涂抹辊220和塑料薄膜接触不充分时,原料落在涂抹辊220上,涂抹辊220却不能将原料涂抹在塑料薄膜上,而是从涂抹辊220上滴落,既会造成不必要的浪费,也会对塑料薄膜的质量造成影响,在完成涂抹后,涂抹辊220下方没有塑料薄膜后,涂抹辊220被弹簧带动继续向下移动,这时两个轮组270和两个摩擦杆260失去接触,挡板240上的弹簧弹力就会带动挡板240复位重新堵住放料口111,即使停止原料的流出,避免造成浪费,又避免工作人员忘记关闭挡板240,有更高的安全性;
进一步的,塑料薄膜要经过涂抹辊220的底部,而涂抹辊220在辅助槽280内工作,就会通过涂抹辊220转动带动多个配合辊281转动,多个配合辊281就会将塑料薄膜的多出都紧密贴在涂抹辊220上,这样即使一处的涂抹出现漏涂,也会在涂抹辊220转动的过程中,将塑料薄膜涂抹充分。
如图8所示;
一种塑料薄膜制备装置包括烘干箱310、烘干风扇320、加热器330、抹平辊340和连接架350,烘干箱310固定连接在支撑架170上,加热器330固定连接在烘干箱310内,烘干风扇320转动连接在加热器330上,抹平辊340转动连接在连接架350上,连接架350滑动连接在烘干箱310上,连接架350和烘干箱310之间设有多个弹簧;
烘干风扇320通过外部动力驱动,该外部动力选用减速电机,该减速电机固定连接在烘干箱310上,烘干风扇320固定连接在减速电机的输出轴上;
在塑料薄膜完成原料的涂抹后通过烘干箱310,通过烘干箱310之前会经过抹平辊340,连接架350上的弹簧弹力带动连接架350向下移动,连接架350向下移动带动抹平辊340向下移动,使得抹平辊340能够充分接触塑料薄膜,从而使得抹平辊340能够再对塑料薄膜上的原料进行抹平,使得塑料薄膜上原料更加的均匀,随后通过加热器330工作发出热量,烘干风扇320转动将热量吹到塑料薄膜上,加快塑料薄膜上原料的凝固速度,便于快速对塑料薄膜进行收卷,同时也能避免原料在未凝固之前粘上灰尘或者异物,影响原料的效果,从而降低了塑料薄膜的使用寿命,同时烘干风扇320吹出的风会通过烘干箱310两端的多个通风孔311流出,对烘干箱310内部的风进行导流,使得烘干风扇320吹出的热风能够均匀的铺满塑料薄膜,从而提高烘干过程的效率和烘干效果。

一种塑料薄膜制备装置包括连接架Ⅱ410、清理刷420、抚平辊430、传动轮组440、灰尘箱450和吸尘风扇460,连接架Ⅱ410滑动连接在支撑架170上,连接架Ⅱ410和支撑架170之间设有弹簧,清理刷420转动连接在连接架Ⅱ410上,两个抚平辊430均转动连接在连接架Ⅱ410上,两个抚平辊430的安装角度均为沿竖直平面倾斜45度,传动轮组440由锥齿轮和带轮组成,两个传动轮组440均转动连接在连接架Ⅱ410上,两个传动轮组440分别和两个抚平辊430之间啮合传动,两个传动轮组440均和清理刷420通过皮带传动,灰尘箱450上设有一个管道,吸尘风扇460转动连接在管道内,灰尘箱450固定连接在支撑架170上;
清理刷420通过外部动力驱动,该外部动力选用减速电机,该减速电机固定连接在连接架Ⅱ410上,清理刷420固定连接在减速电机的输出轴上;
在对塑料薄膜进行涂抹原料之前还能对塑料薄膜进行清理,避免塑料薄膜上有灰尘或者异物,导致原料不能充分的涂抹在塑料薄膜上,使得塑料薄膜上有漏洞容易损坏,通过吸尘风扇460转动将塑料薄膜上的灰尘和异物都吸入到灰尘箱450内,完成对塑料薄膜的清理,避免塑料薄膜上有些灰尘和异物粘连,不能直接通过风力将异物吸走,清理刷420转动将塑料薄膜上的异物全部清理起来,便于通过风力将异物吸走,清理刷420转动还会带动两个传动轮组440转动,两个传动轮组440转动带动两个抚平辊430转动,两个抚平辊430转动能够将塑料薄膜上的褶皱扯平,两个抚平辊430倾斜转动还能避免直接向左右两侧转动扯坏塑料薄膜,有更高的安全性,通过连接架Ⅱ410上的弹簧弹力使的两个抚平辊430能够充分接触塑料薄膜,提高抚平过程的稳定性。

Claims (10)

1.一种塑料薄膜制备工艺,其特征在于:该工艺包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将塑料薄膜上的灰尘清理掉;
步骤二:将抗风化原料搅拌均匀;
步骤三:将抗风化原料涂抹在塑料薄膜上;
步骤四;对塑料薄膜上的抗风化原料烘干。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种塑料薄膜制备工艺,其特征在于:所述该工艺还使用一种塑料薄膜制备装置,该装置包括加工箱(110)、滑动架(130)和疏通杆(160),加工箱(110)上设有一个放料口(111),滑动架(130)滑动在加工箱(110)内,多个疏通杆(160)均固定在滑动架(130)上,多个疏通杆(160)均位于放料口(111)内。
3.根据权利要求2所述一种塑料薄膜制备工艺,其特征在于:所述一种塑料薄膜制备装置还包括转动杆(140),两个转动杆(140)均转动在加工箱(110)上,滑动架(130)上设有两个滑槽(131),两个转动杆(140)分别滑动在两个滑槽(131)上。
4.根据权利要求3所述一种塑料薄膜制备工艺,其特征在于:所述一种塑料薄膜制备装置还包括搅拌杆(120)和皮带轮(150),两个搅拌杆(120)均转动在加工箱(110)内,多个皮带轮(150)分别固定在两个搅拌杆(120)和两个转动杆(140)上,多个皮带轮(150)之间通过两个皮带传动。
5.根据权利要求4所述一种塑料薄膜制备工艺,其特征在于:所述一种塑料薄膜制备装置还包括滑动杆(210)、涂抹辊(220)和辅助辊(250),涂抹辊(220)转动在两个滑动杆(210)上,辅助辊(250)转动在两个滑动杆(210)上,涂抹辊(220)位于放料口(111)下方。
6.根据权利要求5所述一种塑料薄膜制备工艺,其特征在于:所述一种塑料薄膜制备装置还包括清理板(230),清理板(230)转动在加工箱(110)上,清理板(230)和加工箱(110)之间通过扭簧传动。
7.根据权利要求6所述一种塑料薄膜制备工艺,其特征在于;所述一种塑料薄膜制备装置还包括支撑架(170)和辅助槽(280),辅助槽(280)固定在支撑架(170)上,辅助槽(280)上设有多个配合辊(281)。
8.根据权利要求7所述一种塑料薄膜制备工艺,其特征在于:所述一种塑料薄膜制备装置还包括烘干箱(310)、烘干风扇(320)和加热器(330),烘干风扇(320)转动在加热器(330)上,加热器(330)固定在烘干箱(310)上。
9.根据权利要求8所述一种塑料薄膜制备工艺,其特征在于:所述一种塑料薄膜制备装置还包括抹平辊(340)和连接架(350),抹平辊(340)转动在连接架(350)上,连接架(350)滑动在烘干箱(310)上。
10.使用权利要求9所述一种塑料薄膜制备工艺制备的一种塑料薄膜,其特征在于:该塑料薄膜上涂有一层抗风化涂层。
