The air bag ball 6 adopted in the technical scheme is of the existing structure, when the air bag ball 6 is extruded, the air in the air bag ball can be conveyed into the air pipe 5, when the air bag ball 6 is not acted by external force, the external air enters the air bag ball 6 through the one-way valve at the tail part of the air bag ball 6 to force the air bag ball 6 to re-expand, therefore, by utilizing the principle, the aim of exercising the finger joints and muscles of a patient can be achieved when the patient continuously extrudes the air bag ball 6, meanwhile, the air can be continuously introduced into the second telescopic part 23 to realize the adjustment of the elastic force of the first elastic part 20 in the process of extruding the air bag ball 6, in order to ensure that the patient can continuously use the air bag ball 6 when the elastic force of the first elastic part 20 is not required to be adjusted, an adjusting component is further arranged at the bottom of the supporting part 8 and used for adjusting the flow direction of the air in the air pipe 5, when gas is not required to be introduced into the second telescopic piece 23, the gas in the gas pipe 5 is transferred into the cavity of the supporting part 8 by the aid of the arranged adjusting assembly, so that when a patient extrudes the airbag ball 6, the generated gas enters the cavity of the supporting part 8 and is blown out through the arranged gas holes 12 to act on arms and waist of the patient, and accordingly the gas permeation effect is achieved.

The number of the plugging pieces and the plugging holes 30 is two, and the plugging pieces and the plugging holes 30 are respectively positioned on two sides of the axis of the hard pipe 16; the plugging piece comprises a third elastic piece 26 and a plugging block 28 with the diameter the same as the inner diameter of the plugging hole 30, one end of the third elastic piece 26 is connected with the inner wall of the sleeve 25, and the other end of the third elastic piece is connected with the plugging block 28.

The adjusting assembly further comprises a fourth elastic piece 29, a first blind hole is further formed in the end face, facing the direction of the second telescopic piece 23, of the sleeve 25, one end of the fourth elastic piece 29 is connected with the first blind hole, the other end of the fourth elastic piece is connected with the bottom of the second telescopic piece 23, and when the fourth elastic piece 29 is in a non-stretching state, the upper end face of the sleeve 25 is in contact with the lower end face of the second telescopic piece 23.
