Abstract
A physiotherapeutic instrument for treating the inflammation of small joint of human body is composed of a hard treating cavity with at least one opening for the limbs to be extended in or out, a negative pressure generating control system connected to said treating cavity via air channel, and a L-shaped treating cavity consisting of the parts of upper leg, elbow and lower leg, and a L-shaped treating cavity consisting of several parts.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical treatment equipment, in particular to treatment of small joint inflammation of a human body, such as knee arthritis, elbow arthritis, hand and foot joints or Raynaud's disease and the like by utilizing negative pressure and L type treatment cavities.
Background
The traditional cupping method and the pot body with the shape are almost always used all the time, only little improvement is provided for the method for generating negative pressure, the traditional cupping limitation is very obvious, namely, a small part of treatment area with flat and thick muscle of a human body can be improved by a method for expanding capillary vessels, negative pressure treatment can not be carried out on joints or the whole limb of the human body, and meanwhile, the traditional cupping technology has no standard, and the control of the negative pressure value is very random, so that various treatment accidents are endless.
The inventor of the present invention has tried to improve the traditional cupping technique, and some beneficial improvements or attempts have been made, but have not been successful for various reasons and design defects, such as the invention with application number 201110113307.9, such as the invention with application number 96218196.X and publication number CN 2096354U of the Chinese-friendly hospital, and the whole therapy cavity method adopted, which is fundamentally inconvenient for the patient, heavy and not portable, and has similar whole therapy cavity and the product adopting the balloon sealing method abroad, and the device has been introduced from Netherlands in China before, but has been abandoned because of the side effects of serious radial compression of blood vessels and the like caused by the extremely inconvenient use and improper sealing method, although the clinical results prove that the therapeutic effect is obvious. The inventor goes to the fourth military medical university which has the earliest substantial research and a large amount of clinical tests on the equipment in China specially, consults related experts participating in the research to obtain professional experience, and knows the sealing defects of the introduced equipment, so that the northwest medical equipment factory in China specially applies for the improved sealing method with the application number of 93203034.3, but because the defects of the imported equipment are not only the sealing problem but also the friction problem, and the improved sealing method is still inconvenient to operate, the equipment with the very effective clinical effect can only be abandoned, and the vast majority of people cannot be benefited.
The inventor thinks that the large-area popularization and application of a physiotherapy instrument or any therapy apparatus must firstly ensure the convenient and reliable use of the general people, the prior art attempts have complex operation, heavy equipment, complex sealing and obvious sealing side effect, and aiming at all the defects of the product and the invention, the inventor finds a method with simple and reliable operation through careful research and repeated practice, and the weight of the whole product containing a control part can be completely controlled to be about 1 kilogram. The traditional methods of air bag sealing and the like in the prior art inevitably cause the inconvenience of the limb entering and exiting the treatment cavity, and whether the entering and exiting equipment is convenient or not directly relates to the success of the product. However, the so-called rainbow sealing method adopted by the german negative pressure equipment Vacusport is not suitable for the situation of high negative pressure, cannot really work for a long time and has very complicated sealing effect.
201110113307.9 granted to the invention patent aims to solve the problem of difficult limb access by changing the shape of the opening, but simple observation of the invention can find that the invention does not solve the problem of full closed-loop compression of the limb by the variable-diameter ring at all, so that the variable-diameter ring compresses blood vessels and the like to prevent blood and lymph tissue fluid from flowing to a negative pressure area under the action of negative pressure, the treatment effect is greatly reduced, meanwhile, the limb access to the treatment cavity of the device is also inconvenient, the seal sleeve is easy to form cross infection on the affected limb of a human body, no improvement is made, and even if the invention patent is granted, the invention can not be produced practically because of the technical defects of the invention patent.
Further, because all current negative pressure treatment devices adopt a straight-tube type treatment cavity, according to the principle of physics, under the action of negative pressure, a human body and the treatment cavity generate pressure imbalance due to the difference between internal pressure and external pressure, and have a tendency of relative movement due to the unbalanced pressure, when the negative pressure reaches a certain value such as-13 Kpa, the cross-sectional area of a leg of a regular person is 150 square centimeters, if the leg is completely inside the treatment cavity, the difference between the internal pressure and the external pressure can reach about 20KG, and the large pressure can sufficiently cause the movement of the treatment cavity, if the weight of the treatment cavity is increased, the treatment cavity is fixed by increasing the friction force with the ground, the weight of the treatment cavity capable of generating the friction force of 20KG is not light, otherwise, the seal part can relatively move, and the seal is lost, so that no treatment significance is realized. The existing foreign equipment almost achieves the heaviness of about 50KG, and can not be portable at all, and the side effect of the sealing sleeve or the air bag can not be popularized in a large area. The professor of the first medical expert's kindergarten in the famous 973 project of China has been to continuously provide 3 related patent applications with 96204856.9 and 96218473.X and 96218196.X in the working period of the Zhongri friendly hospital, which attempt to solve the above problems of the straight tube type, but because it is not considered from the principle of structural mechanics, it adopts a complicated method, and simultaneously adopts an integral cavity and a sealing sleeve for sealing, so the invention can not be implemented and is useless.
The negative pressure sealing of the treatment or physical therapy equipment in the medical field is easy to think, but is very difficult to really realize simple and reliable sealing, and the conventional inherent thinking mode must be broken through.
The L type structure or the bending structure which changes the traditional straight tube type structure is not only simply changed, such as the great difference caused by a turning gun tube and a straight tube gun, but also completely changes the initial defects, obtains the qualitative sublimation, and is bound to really enter the public medical and health care market to really benefit the mankind.
