Further, in some embodiments, there are two carrier risers 2213, and the two carrier risers 2213 are symmetrically disposed; the number of the grabbing sliding blocks 2211 is at least four, at least two grabbing sliding blocks 2211 are arranged on each bearing part vertical plate 2213, the bearing parts 221 are stressed uniformly, and the movement is stable. Preferably, each carrier riser 2213 is provided with at least 4 grabbing sliders 2211, and a total of 8 grabbing sliders 2211 are provided on the two carrier risers 2213.
The invention provides a base station for helping a cleaning machine to automatically replace a rolling structure, a cleaning mechanism 2 takes out the rolling structure 5 in the cleaning machine 6 from a first opening 111 and brings the rolling structure 5 into a working cavity, the cleaning mechanism 2 is used for cleaning the rolling structure 5, a discharge port 13 discharges sewage, the cleaned rolling structure 5 is placed into an inlet portion 31 of a conveying mechanism 3, the rolling structure 5 is conveyed to an outlet portion from the inlet portion by the conveying mechanism 3, a mounting mechanism 4 grabs the rolling structure 5 of the outlet portion and pushes out the rolling structure 5 from a second opening 112 and mounts the rolling structure on the cleaning machine 6, and therefore, the rolling structure 5 can be directly taken out and cleaned, the rolling structure 5 can be cleaned more comprehensively, the waterproof requirement on the cleaning machine 6 is low, the cost is reduced, and the cleaning effect is better.

Claims (9)

1. A base station for automatically changing a tumbling configuration of a cleaning machine, comprising:
the washing device comprises a shell, a washing mechanism and a cleaning mechanism, wherein the shell is provided with a working cavity and a first opening and a second opening which are communicated with the working cavity, the first opening is used for enabling a rolling structure to enter the working cavity, and the second opening is used for pushing the cleaned rolling structure out of the working cavity;
the conveying mechanism is arranged in the working cavity, comprises an inlet part and an outlet part and is used for conveying the rolling washing structure from the inlet part to the outlet part;
the cleaning mechanism is arranged in the working cavity and used for grabbing the rolling and washing structure from the first opening to enter the working cavity, then cleaning the rolling and washing structure and putting the cleaned rolling and washing structure into the entering part;
the mounting mechanism is arranged in the working cavity and used for taking the rolling washing structure out of the sending-out part and pushing the rolling washing structure out of the working cavity from the second opening;
the end of the shell where the cleaning mechanism is located is provided with a discharge port;
the bottom of the working cavity is provided with a water guide inclined plane which extends from the lower part of the cleaning mechanism to the downward inclination of the discharge port;
the cleaning mechanism includes:
a gripping member for gripping the tumbling structure;
the driving mechanism is connected with the clamping piece and is used for driving the clamping piece;
the driving mechanism comprises a grabbing moving guide rail, a bearing piece and a driving sub-mechanism;
the grabbing movable guide rail is fixedly arranged; the bearing piece is connected with the grabbing movable guide rail in a sliding mode; the driving sub-mechanism is in transmission connection with the bearing piece and is used for driving the bearing piece to slide along the grabbing moving guide rail; the clamping piece is arranged on the bearing piece.
2. The base station of claim 1, wherein the cleaning mechanism is located alongside the access portion and below the first opening; the mounting mechanism is located beside the sending-out part and below the second opening.
3. The base station of claim 1, further comprising a disinfection device disposed within the working chamber for disinfecting the tumbling structure on the conveyor mechanism.
4. A base station according to claim 3, characterized in that the disinfection device comprises a spray device and/or a germicidal lamp; the spraying device is arranged above the conveying mechanism and is used for spraying the mist disinfectant.
5. The base station according to claim 1, characterized in that the first opening is flared with the larger end at the upper end and/or the second opening is flared with the larger end at the lower end.
6. The base station of claim 1, wherein the housing is provided with a conveyor device, and a cleaning machine with the rolling structure mounted thereon is parked on the conveyor device, and the conveyor device is configured to move the cleaning machine between a position corresponding to the first opening and a position corresponding to the second opening, so that the position of the cleaning machine for mounting the rolling structure is opposite to the first opening or the second opening, respectively.
7. The base station of claim 6, wherein the conveying means comprises:
the tray is provided with an inlet and an outlet and used for stopping the cleaning machine;
and the tray driving mechanism is in transmission connection with the tray and is used for driving the tray so as to enable the cleaner to be used for installing the rolling structure, and the position of the rolling structure is opposite to the first opening or the second opening respectively.

The base station of claim 7, wherein the tray comprises a tray surface extending transversely, the tray surface being provided with a mounting opening, the cleaning machine being parked on the tray surface after entering the tray from the entrance/exit, the mounting opening facing a location on the cleaning machine for mounting the tumbling structure.
9. The base station of claim 7, wherein the tray-mover mechanism comprises:
the conveying belt is fixedly connected with the tray;
the roller is in contact with the conveying belt, and the conveying belt is sleeved on the outer side of the roller;
the conveying belt drives the motor, is connected with the roller in a transmission way, and is used for driving the roller to rotate.
