Claims (10)

1. The lactoferrin instant straw particle capable of improving immunity is characterized by comprising, by weight, 80-95 parts of carbohydrate, 0.3-0.7 part of a stabilizer, 0.3-0.7 part of milk powder, 0.1-0.5 part of a nutrient and 6-15 parts of whey protein powder.
2. The lactoferrin fast-dissolving straw particle for improving immunity according to claim 1, wherein the nutrients are at least one selected from vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B6, beta-carotene, lutein, lycopene, vitamin A, taurine.
3. The lactoferrin fast dissolving straw particle for improving immunity according to claim 1, wherein the milk powder is at least one selected from whole milk powder, skim milk powder, whole sweetened milk powder, flavored milk powder and bovine raw milk.
4. The lactoferrin fast-dissolving straw particle for improving immunity according to claim 1, wherein the stabilizer comprises an acidity regulator.
5. The lactoferrin fast-dissolving straw particle for improving immunity according to claim 4, wherein the acidity regulator is at least one selected from malic acid, lactic acid, citric acid, gluconic acid and fumaric acid.
6. An instant lactoferrin straw particle for improving immunity according to claim 4 or claim 5, wherein the raw material of the instant straw particle further comprises N-acetylneuraminic acid.
7. An immunoenhancing lactoferrin instant straw particle in accordance with claim 1, wherein the carbohydrate is a polysaccharide compound.
8. An enhanced immunity lactoferrin instant straw particle in accordance with claim 7, wherein the polysaccharide compound comprises at least one of starch, erythritol, resistant dextrin, maltodextrin.
9. An immunity enhancing lactoferrin instant straw particle in accordance with claim 7 or 8, wherein the polysaccharide compound further comprises steviol glycosides.
10. Use of an instant lactoferrin straw particle for enhancing immunity according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the instant lactoferrin straw particle is used in food for enhancing immunity.
