尤其是在车辆电子装置中,通常需要将具有控制电子装置的器具集成到马达、传动装置、泵或者底盘部件等等中,以便尽可能好地利用有限的安装空间并且将管路路径保持得短。在此,必须有效地导出由例如装配有晶体管的载体板排放的热量,以便避免对器具的损伤并且避免减少使用寿命。

构造为电子调节器5的控制单元或者调节单元具有载体板3,该载体板以被由聚氨酯制成的能导热的灌注料2完全浇注包封的方式布置在第一壳体8中,该第一壳体以借助玻璃纤维增强的聚酰胺构造。
在载体板3上设置有第一装配元件11以及第二装配元件12、第三装配元件13和第四装配元件14,所述第一装配元件构造为压力传感器,所述第一装配元件、第二装配元件、所述第三装配元件和所述第四装配元件被灌注料2包覆。第一装配元件11布置在载体板3的下侧15上,第二装配元件12、第三装配元件13和第四装配元件14布置在载体板3的上侧16上。即,载体板3在两侧被装配。
第一壳体8和载体板3实施为柱形。第一壳体8在端侧借助于插入的板10封闭。板10借助第一壳体8夹住。
灌注料2完全填满由第一壳体8和板10形成的壳体内部空间。灌注料2的聚氨酯具有在48至53之间的范围中的邵氏A硬度、0.97W/mK的导热性和大约-60°C的玻璃化温度。因此,该电机能够在大的温度范围中使用。
以聚氨酯来实施灌注料2,是一种有利的解决方案。然而,根据本发明也能够设想,以具有在45与55之间的范围中的邵氏A硬度的硅酮来构造灌注料2,由此实现灌注料2的与以聚氨酯进行的实施类似的性能。
在载体板3的上侧16的区域中,构造为第一银接触销的第一触头6与载体板3连接并且从第一壳体8中伸出来。通过这个第一触头6以及在图1中看不到的另外的触头,载体板3与未示出的电源连接,所述其他触头同样实施为银接触销、在上侧16的区域中与载体板3连接并且从第一壳体8中伸出来。
在载体板3的下侧15的区域中,实施为第二银接触销的第二触头7以及在图1中看不到的、构造为另外的银接触销的另外的触头与载体板3连接。
调节器5通过第二触头7和布置在载体板3的下侧15的区域中的另外的触头与构造为液压促动器的流体促动器1的马达17连接。
调节器5通过夹紧连接与促动器1连接。然而,根据本发明也能够设想,在调节器5与促动器1之间设置螺纹连接。
第一触头6、第二触头7和另外的触头部分地被灌注料2包覆。在第二触头7与马达17之间设置有第一管路路径18,在布置在载体板3的下侧15的区域中的另外的触头之间设置有看不到的另外的管路路径。
第一管路路径18和另外的管路路径在促动器1内布置在促动器1的环部件19中。无需在调节器5与促动器1之间伸展的线缆。
促动器1或者说其环部件19齐平地附接到控制单元或者调节单元处或者说与第一壳体8齐平。
马达17构造为无刷直流电动马达,其具有环状的定子20和转子21。定子20设置在促动器1的环部件19中。通过定子20或者说该定子与调节器5的连接来驱动转子21,该转子以能够旋转、但是不能够移位的方式支承在促动器1中。
转子21的旋转运动传递到活塞杆22的主轴形区段上,由此,活塞杆22和与这个活塞杆连接的活塞23在纵轴线24的方向上实施平移运动。
活塞杆22和活塞23设置在促动器1的缸25中,该缸被环部件19包覆。活塞杆22通过未示出的轴承在缸25中被支承和引导,从而使得该活塞杆能够实施转动运动和平移运动。
在活塞杆22与缸25之间设置有同样未示出的第一密封件,以便防止湿气和颗粒等等侵入到缸25中。
由能够运动的活塞23和缸25形成的腔室4填充以液压流体。因此,就这个液压流体而言,缸25用作第二壳体9。
腔室4或者说第二壳体9直接与调节器5的板10邻接。控制单元或者调节单元在灌注料2的区域中与腔室4接触。
由此,由载体板3或者第一装配元件11、第二装配元件12、第三装配元件13和/或第四装配元件14传递到灌注料2中的热量从灌注料2通过板10导出到腔室4中,即导出到液压流体处。
根据本发明还可能的是,省去板10,由此灌注料2直接与腔室4邻接。
腔室4通过第一液压管路26与未示出的液压容器连接,即通过这个液压容器向该腔室供应液压流体。腔室4通过第二液压管路27与机动车的同样未示出的液压伸缩式减振器连接。借助于活塞23或者说液压流体的压力,设置伸缩式减振器的减振效果。为此,借助于压力传感器或者说第一装配元件11持续地测量腔室4中的压力,该压力传感器的或者说该第一装配元件的测量探针伸入到腔室4中。在第一装配元件11与缸25之间设置有未示出的第二密封件,以便防止灌注料2被液压流体润湿。
借助于调节器5,持续地将所测量的压力与定义的额定压力进行比较。基于所测量的压力与额定压力之间的差,调节器5通过对定子20的电压预先规定来调节马达17,即接通或者关断马达17或者设置转子21的转速,以便借助于对应的活塞位态和活塞运动实现或者说保持液压流体中的或者说伸缩式减振器中的额定压力。
将促动器1实施为液压促动器,是一种有利的解决方案。然而,根据本发明能够考虑,将促动器1构造为例如气动促动器并且将这个促动器用于调设在轨道车辆的转向架制动器中的制动缸压力。
另外能够设想,控制单元或者调节单元不用作调节器5、而是用作控制单元,即不借助于传感器测量待控制的参量或者说不使这个参量反作用于调节参量。例如,能够在液压张紧装置中使用所述控制单元。

Claims (10)
1.具有控制单元或者调节单元和流体促动器的电机,其中,所述控制单元或者调节单元设置用于控制或者调节所述促动器,其特征在于,
所述控制单元或者调节单元具有载体板(3),所述载体板被能导热的灌注料(2)浇注包封,其中,所述控制单元或者调节单元在所述灌注料(2)的区域中与所述促动器(1)的填充以流体的腔室(4)接触。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电机,其特征在于,以具有在48与53之间的范围中的邵氏A硬度的聚氨酯构造所述灌注料(2)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的电机,其特征在于,以具有在45与55之间的范围中的邵氏A硬度的硅酮构造所述灌注料(2)。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的电机,其特征在于,所述载体板(3)在两侧被装配。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的电机,其特征在于,所述控制单元或者调节单元构造为调节器(5)并且具有布置在所述载体板(3)上的传感器。
6.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的电机,其特征在于,所述促动器(1)构造为液压促动器。
7.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的电机,其特征在于,所述促动器(1)构造为气动促动器。
8.根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的电机,其特征在于,所述控制单元或者调节单元通过至少一个电触头与所述促动器(1)连接。
9.根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的电机,其特征在于,所述灌注料(2)注入到所述控制单元或者调节单元的第一壳体(8)中,所述第一壳体在一侧上借助于板(10)封闭,其中,所述板(10)与所述促动器(1)的第二壳体(9)邻接。
10.根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的电机,其特征在于,所述灌注料(2)注入到所述控制单元或者调节单元的第一壳体(8)中,其中,所述灌注料与所述促动器(1)的第二壳体(9)邻接。
