The tableware conveying equipment is connected with the tableware recycling opening and is used for starting when the tableware identification detection equipment detects corresponding tableware identification information, and conveying the tableware to be recycled, which is placed in the tableware recycling opening. The conveying equipment can be a conveying belt or a rolling shaft, and is used for conveying tableware to be recovered of the recovery port to a designated position in the cabinet body.
In a specific embodiment, a blocking device positioned at the tail end of the tableware conveying equipment is further arranged in the master cabinet body; the tableware conveying device is used for stopping conveying when the tableware to be recovered contacts the blocking device.
The tableware sorting equipment is used for sorting the tableware to be recovered, which is transmitted to the designated position, into the corresponding type of sub-cabinet body according to the tableware type information in the tableware identification information. After the tableware reaches the designated position, the tableware sorting equipment starts sorting and can sort the tableware into the corresponding sub-cabinets according to the tableware type information.
The working process of the tableware recovery cabinet is as follows: a cutlery box is placed at the recycling port, is detected by the cutlery identification detection equipment and then is conveyed to a designated position through the cutlery conveying equipment, and then the cutlery sorting equipment sorts the cutlery box into the corresponding sub-cabinet body according to the cutlery type information detected by the cutlery identification detection equipment, so that the ordered stacking of the cutlery in the sub-cabinet body is completed.
In order to avoid retrieving the peculiar smell of cutlery box in the cabinet and influencing and placing the cutlery box in the cabinet, this application can set up each and place the check mouth of cabinet and retrieve the mother cabinet body of cabinet and do not communicate each other.
Furthermore, a refrigerating device and a degerming and deodorizing device can be arranged in the tableware recycling cabinet to slow down the generation of peculiar smell and bacteria in the recycling cabinet.
The tableware recovery cabinet and the placing cabinet can be provided with different special areas according to food properties, on one hand, functional areas are separated, and on the other hand, corresponding equipment is arranged in the special areas. If seafood and vegetable special areas are arranged, a refrigerating device is arranged in the seafood area, and an air ventilation structure is arranged in the vegetable special areas.
According to the cabinet, the cabinet with the coexistence of the tableware placing cabinet and the recycling cabinet is arranged, so that a user or related personnel can finish the storage of new take-out tableware and recycling of used tableware at the same place.
And the tableware recycling cabinet is provided with the tableware identification detection equipment, the recycling port, the tableware conveying equipment and the sorting equipment, so that the tableware to be recycled can be automatically detected, identified and sorted (e.g. sorted according to the size) to the corresponding sub-cabinet bodies (e.g. tableware corresponding to different sizes), and compared with the prior art, the tableware to be recycled can be quickly and accurately placed in the proper sub-cabinet bodies, and the problems of space waste and the like are avoided.
Considering the problem that in practice, a user may not be able to distinguish the cutlery boxes of merchants meeting the recycling standard well, but placing the cutlery boxes of non-merchants at the recycling port causes that the conveying equipment is not started and the cutlery boxes are stacked at the recycling port or the sorting equipment cannot finish accurate sorting, the second embodiment of the application provides a preferred embodiment, namely, a cabinet door is arranged at the recycling port and is in a normally closed state, and only when the cutlery identification information detected by the cutlery identification detection equipment meets the set condition, the cabinet door at the recycling port can be opened, and the user can place the cutlery boxes at the recycling port.
The specific tableware identification information can comprise tableware size information and ID information, and the cabinet door can be opened only when the detected information accords with the data background information after the data background information of the networked merchants is recovered.
When the information is inconsistent, the user can be prompted through the touch screen.
Based on the embodiment, only the cutlery boxes meeting the conditions can be placed at the recycling port and then sorted, so that the cutlery boxes are prevented from being misplaced.
When the shape of tableware is too big or cutlery box is nonstandard shape, the cutlery box is inclined when getting into the sub-cabinet body sometimes, and for this reason, this application embodiment is provided with the guide way at the inside wall of the sub-cabinet body for guide cutlery box gliding smoothly to the preceding cutlery box on.
Preferably, guide grooves can be formed in a plurality of side walls, particularly opposite side walls, of the sub-cabinet body to better solve the problem of unbalanced diagonal sides and thus inclination. Meanwhile, a plurality of guide grooves can be formed in the same side wall, so that the guide area is enlarged, and a better guide result is realized.
In particular embodiments, the cutlery sorting apparatus may take a variety of forms.
Considering that a plurality of sub-cabinets are located at different positions, the dish sorting apparatus needs to reach the position of each sub-cabinet, for which purpose a dish sorting mechanism and a guide rail extending along the arrangement direction of the sub-cabinets may be provided, the dish sorting mechanism being movable on the guide rail to reach the positions of the different sub-cabinets.
When a plurality of sub-cabinets are arranged along the direction parallel to the conveying direction of the tableware and along the direction perpendicular to the conveying direction of the tableware, a plurality of guide rails positioned at fixed positions can be arranged at the moment. It is of course also possible to provide a single movable guide rail for sorting of a plurality of positions by movement of the guide rail itself and by movement of the sorting device on the guide rail. In another embodiment, at least one rotary dish sorting device, such as a rotary suction cup or rotary clamp gripping device, may be provided, with the rotation of the sorting device effecting sorting at different positions.

Claims (9)

1. A method of using reusable cutlery, the method of using being applied to a take-away platform, the method comprising:
receiving an order request of a consumer; the order request comprises a delivery address, takeout merchants, dining information and tableware use information of the consumer;
when the tableware use information is reusable tableware, matching the tableware teller machine corresponding to the meal delivery address and obtaining the quantity of the remaining reusable tableware of the takeout merchant;
generating a take-out order to be sent to the take-out merchant when the take-out merchant matches the tableware teller machine at the meal delivery address and the number of the residual reusable tableware of the take-out merchant meets the requirement;
wherein the remaining reusable cutlery quantity of the takeaway merchant is obtained by:
the tableware service provider records the total number of reusable tableware and the information of the tableware ID, which are provided to the takeout merchant by the service provider;
the takeout platform sends the generated order information to the tableware service provider, wherein the order information comprises the reusable tableware number and tableware ID information which are used and expected to be occupied by the takeout merchant;
the cutlery service calculates the number of reusable cutlery that the takeout merchant has not used based on the takeout merchant's total number of reusable cutlery and the number of reusable cutlery that the takeout merchant has used and is expected to occupy.
2. A method of using the reusable cutlery according to claim 1, wherein prior to receiving a consumer's order request, the method further comprises:
acquiring the current positioning address of the consumer;
judging whether a matched tableware teller machine exists at the positioning address when the consumer sends a take-away food page browsing request;
and sending reminding information to the consumer according to the judging result.
3. A method of using the reusable cutlery according to claim 1, further comprising:
before a take-out order is generated, the take-out platform sends a take-out fee payment request to the consumer, and after the consumer is detected to finish payment, a take-out order is generated and sent to the take-out merchant;
the takeout platform acquires meal delivery request information sent by the takeout merchant in response to the takeout order; the meal delivery request information comprises takeaway orders and reusable tableware information corresponding to the takeaway orders;
the takeaway platform sends a meal delivery instruction to the courier according to the meal delivery request information and receives meal delivery completion information returned by the courier; the order for completing the meal delivery comprises reusable tableware information;
and after receiving the meal delivery completion information, the takeaway platform pays the tableware use fee to the tableware service provider according to the reusable tableware information.
4. A method of using reusable tableware as claimed in claim 3, wherein said delivery completion information includes information on whether to use the temporary service of the automatic teller machine;
if the takeout platform judges that the meal delivery completion information comprises information of using the temporary storage service of the tableware teller machine, the tableware temporary storage fee is paid to the tableware service provider according to the reusable tableware information.
5. A reusable cutlery use device, the device comprising:
the ordering request receiving unit is used for receiving an ordering request of a consumer; the order request comprises a delivery address, takeout merchants, dining information and tableware use information of the consumer;
the automatic teller machine matching unit is used for matching the automatic teller machine corresponding to the meal delivery address when the tableware use information is reusable tableware;
a remaining reusable tableware number acquiring unit configured to acquire a remaining reusable tableware number of the takeout merchant;
the take-out order generation unit is used for generating a take-out order to be sent to the take-out merchant when the take-out order generation unit is matched with the tableware teller machine at the meal delivery address and the quantity of the residual reusable tableware of the take-out merchant meets the requirement;
an order information sending unit, configured to send the generated order information of the takeout order to the tableware service provider, where the order information includes reusable tableware number and tableware ID information that has been used and is expected to be occupied by the takeout merchant;
wherein the remaining reusable cutlery quantity of the takeaway merchant is obtained by:
the tableware service provider records the total number of reusable tableware and the information of the tableware ID, which are provided to the takeout merchant by the service provider;
the cutlery server calculates the number of reusable cutlery that the takeout merchant is not using from the total number of reusable cutlery of the takeout merchant in the order information and the number of reusable cutlery that the takeout merchant has used and is expected to occupy.
6. A reusable cutlery use system, the system comprising: tableware service providers, takeout merchants, takeout platforms, couriers, consumers and tableware teller machines;
the tableware service provider is used for throwing reusable tableware to the takeout merchant and recording the total number of the reusable tableware and the information of the tableware ID, which are provided for the takeout merchant by the service provider;
the takeout platform is used for receiving an order placing request of the consumer; the order request comprises a delivery address, takeout merchants, dining information and tableware use information of the consumer;
the takeout platform is further used for generating a takeout order to be sent to the takeout merchant when the tableware use information is reusable tableware and the tableware number which is matched with the tableware teller machine at the meal delivery address and the residual reusable tableware number of the takeout merchant meets the requirement;
the takeout merchant is used for responding to the takeout order and sending corresponding meal delivery request information; the meal delivery request information comprises the takeout order and reusable tableware information corresponding to the takeout order;
the takeout platform is also used for sending a meal order to the courier according to the meal delivery request information and receiving meal delivery completion information returned by the courier; the order for completing the meal delivery comprises reusable tableware information;
the takeout platform is further configured to send order information of the generated takeout order to the tableware service provider, where the order information includes reusable tableware number and tableware ID information that has been used and is expected to be occupied by the takeout merchant;
the cutlery server calculates the number of reusable cutlery that the takeout merchant is not using according to the total number of reusable cutlery of the takeout merchant in the order information and the number of reusable cutlery that the takeout merchant has used and is expected to occupy; the automatic teller machine is used for responding to a request of a consumer for recycling tableware and recycling the tableware to be recycled.
7. A system for using reusable cutlery as claimed in claim 6, wherein the take-away platform is further adapted to send a take-away fee payment request to the consumer prior to generating a take-away order and to generate a take-away order to be issued to the take-away merchant upon detecting that the consumer has completed payment;
and after receiving the meal delivery completion information, the takeaway platform pays the tableware use fee to the tableware service provider according to the reusable tableware information.
8. The reusable cutlery use system of claim 6 or 7, wherein the counter comprises a cutlery holding bin and a cutlery recovery bin connected to the cutlery holding bin;
the tableware recycling cabinet comprises a main cabinet body, at least two types of sub cabinet bodies arranged in the main cabinet body, tableware identification detection equipment, tableware recycling ports, tableware conveying equipment and tableware sorting equipment; wherein,
the tableware identification detection equipment is used for detecting recyclable tableware to be recovered to obtain recyclable tableware information; the reusable tableware information comprises tableware type information and ID information, and the tableware recycling port is used for placing the reusable tableware to be recycled;
the tableware conveying equipment is connected with the tableware recycling opening and is used for starting when the tableware identification detection equipment detects the corresponding reusable tableware information, and conveying the reusable tableware to be recycled, which is placed in the tableware recycling opening;
the tableware sorting equipment is used for sorting the recyclable tableware to be recycled, which is transmitted to a designated position, into a corresponding type of sub-cabinet body according to the tableware type information in the recyclable tableware information;
the tableware placing cabinet comprises at least two grids for placing tableware and a display screen for tableware storing and taking operation.
9. The reusable cutlery use system of claim 6 or 7, wherein the cutlery recovery tank further comprises a tank door at the cutlery recovery port;
the cabinet door is used for being opened when the tableware identification information detected by the tableware detection equipment accords with the set condition, so that the tableware to be recovered is placed in the tableware recovery port.
