Detailed Description
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in further detail below.
The recovery member mentioned in the embodiment of the present invention includes: household waste, etc., may also include a reusable whole second-hand item, or some portion of a second-hand item, such as: clothing, cell phones, batteries, etc.
The recovery part is provided with an identification code which is an image identification code, a camera can shoot a figure of the recovery part, and then a computer can identify identification code information in the image identification code, wherein the identification code can be a two-dimensional code, a bar code and the like. Typical identification codes include: a master identity, the information of the master identity comprising: unique ID identification, classified deposit and class code corresponding to the recovery component. The unique ID serves as an identification code and is used for distinguishing different recovery parts, determining corresponding classified disposition deposit and tracking the recovery parts in the whole recovery process. The sort deposit is a part of the factory cost of the recycling part, that is, the sort deposit of a specific amount corresponding to each recycling part of the product is collected in the factory cost of the product, and the sort deposit can be returned to the user after the recycling part passes the recycling acceptance check. The category code represents the category of the recycling part, for example, the recycling part can be classified into metal, glass, carton, etc., and different recycling parts may have the same category code. The manufacturer adds an identification code having the above information to a recovery part corresponding to the product by means of pasting, printing, or the like.
As an illustration, the information of the primary identification code may further include: the check information is encrypted. The encryption verification is a barrier of the rule security in the embodiment of the invention, and the large-scale counterfeiting of the identification code by a person is prevented from being cheated to the classified disposition of the deposit through an encryption and decryption mechanism. For example, the system generates the encrypted verification information by the key and the rule when generating the identification code, and the classification and collection acceptance device decrypts and verifies the encrypted verification information by the key and the rule when checking and collecting the identification code, so as to confirm the authenticity and the validity of the identification code.
As one illustration, the recovery component can include at least one sub-recovery component; then, the corresponding identification code further includes: and the auxiliary identification code corresponds to at least one sub-recovery part one to one, and can be a bar code for being added on a narrow sub-recovery part. A commodity can have a plurality of recovery parts and a plurality of main identification codes corresponding to the recovery parts one by one, and a recovery part can have a plurality of sub-recovery parts and a plurality of sub-identification codes corresponding to the sub-recovery parts one by one. Correspondingly, the information of the primary identification code further comprises: the number of the auxiliary identification codes, the serial numbers of the auxiliary identification codes, classified disposition deposit corresponding to the auxiliary identification codes and class codes; the information of the sub-identification code includes: the number of the secondary identification code and the unique ID information of the corresponding primary identification code.
Next, a recovery apparatus related to the recovery means will be specifically described.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, there are shown schematic structural diagrams of a classified recycling client 100 of a recycling component according to a first embodiment and a second embodiment of the present invention, where the classified recycling client 100 includes:
a scanning unit 101, configured to obtain identification code information by scanning an identification code on the recovery component, where the identification code information includes: unique ID identification, classified disposition deposit and class coding;
the query unit 102 is configured to query a local database according to the identification code information, and obtain corresponding disposal mode information and a recovery number;
a statistical unit 103, configured to record statistical information, where the statistical information includes: recovering the unique ID identification of the component and classifying and disposing deposit;
a communication unit 104, configured to update and write the user configuration information and the statistical information into a recycling bin information unit of the classified recycling bin.
The classified recycling client 100 may be a smart phone terminal, for example, composed of a smart phone app and a camera incorporated in a mobile phone, or may be a special device, and may scan an identification code through the camera of the scanning unit 101 to obtain a unique ID, a classified deposit, and a category code by identification.
As an example, the aforementioned recycling number is a sorting slot number, and the local database of the query unit 102 stores: a category code, disposal mode information corresponding to the category code, and a classification slot number. Then, the query unit 102 in this embodiment of the present invention is configured to query a local database according to the category code of the identification code information, and obtain the disposal mode information and the classification slot number corresponding to the category code.
As another example, the recycle number is a recycle bit number, one sort slot number corresponds to a plurality of recycle bit numbers, the identification code information further includes component recycle size information, and accordingly, a local database of the query unit 102 stores: the method comprises the steps of class encoding, disposal mode information and classification slot numbers corresponding to the class encoding, a plurality of recovery bit numbers corresponding to the classification slot numbers, size information of the recovery bits and position arrangement information; the statistical information further includes: the recovery bit numbers and the empty and full states of the recovery bit numbers, and the initial states are all empty states. Then, as shown in fig. 2, the query unit 102 of the embodiment of the present invention includes:
a first obtaining subunit 1021, configured to query a local database according to the category code of the identification code information, and obtain disposal mode information and a classification slot number corresponding to the category code;
the second obtaining subunit 1022 is configured to query a local database and statistical information according to the classification slot number, and obtain the recycle bit numbers of the plurality of empty states corresponding to the classification slot number;
and a recycle bit allocation subunit 1023, configured to allocate recycle bit numbers of one or more adjacent empty states from the recycle bit numbers of the plurality of empty states according to the component recycle size information, the size information of the recycle bits, and the position arrangement information.
The first obtaining subunit 1021 in the embodiment of the present invention queries, according to the category code of the identification code information, the database local to the classification recovery client 100, to obtain the disposal mode information and the classification slot number corresponding to the category code, where the disposal mode information is used to prompt a delivery person to perform appropriate disposal on the recovery part, and the disposal mode may be folding, flattening, emptying, or the like, it can be understood that some recovery parts do not need to be disposed, and then, the corresponding disposal mode information may prompt: none. The second obtaining subunit 1022 queries the local database and the statistical information of the categorized client 100 according to the categorized slot number, and obtains a plurality of empty recycle bit numbers corresponding to the categorized slot number. The recovery position number has an empty state and a full state, and when the recovery position is provided with the recovery part, the corresponding recovery position number is in the full state; when the recovery part is emptied on the recovery position, the corresponding recovery position number is in an empty state. The sizes of the recycling bits may be the same or different, and the recycling bit allocation subunit 1023 performs calculation according to the recycling size information of the component, the size information of the recycling bits, and the position arrangement information, and when the recycling component is small enough to be accommodated in a space of a recycling bit, allocates a recycling bit number of an empty state to a user from the recycling bit numbers of the empty states; when the recovery part is large and cannot be accommodated in the space of one recovery position, the recovery position numbers of a plurality of adjacent empty states are distributed to the user from the recovery position numbers of the empty states, so that the recovery part is placed in the recovery space formed by the adjacent recovery positions. The allocation of the recycle bits may be performed randomly or according to a preset rule, for example, the recycle bits are allocated in the order from small to large. It should be noted that, since different regions may adopt different recycling methods for the same recycling parts, the data contents of the database may be configured according to the actual recycling part processing levels of the different regions, and the processing method information, the classification slot number, and the corresponding recycling bit number generated by querying the different databases according to the same category code may also be different.
As an example, for example, the recycling client 100 scans an identification code of a pop can to obtain a category code, queries a local database according to the category code, and generates the following information to prompt a user, where the information is handled as follows: emptying and flattening; the recovery bit number of the empty state is: b3, the collection space number indicates the 3 rd collection space of the second-level height collection space of the classification collection box divided by the metal separation groove.
As another example, the recycle bit allocation subunit 1023 of the embodiment of the present invention is further configured to allocate the large piece of recycle space when no recycle bit number is allocated to one or more adjacent empty states that satisfy the component recycle size information and the recycle component number of the large piece of recycle space is less than the preset recycle number threshold. That is, the sorting and collecting box may have a large collecting space for collecting the collecting component of the amplifying component in addition to the sorting groove and/or the collecting position, or may distribute the collecting component to the large collecting space when the collecting position is full or the space formed by one or more adjacent empty collecting positions cannot accommodate the size of the collecting component. It should be noted that, a recycling quantity threshold value is configured according to the space size of the large recycling space and the size of the conventional recycling component, which represents the quantity of the recycling components that can be accommodated at most, and when one recycling component is placed, the quantity of the recycling components is accumulated to one, and when the quantity of the recycling components in the large recycling space is greater than or equal to the preset recycling quantity threshold value, it indicates that the large recycling space is full, and the recycling components cannot be allocated to the large recycling space.
As another illustration, the scanning unit 101 of the embodiment of the present invention is further configured to obtain barcode information by scanning a barcode of a commodity on the recycling part; the query unit 102 is further configured to query an article barcode information database of the data center according to the barcode information, and output the classification guidance reference information. For some recycling parts, if the handling mode information corresponding to the identification code of the recycling part may not be recorded in the local database, or the identification code of the recycling part is lost or damaged, the article bar code information database is inquired by scanning the commodity bar code to generate classification guidance reference information for the user to refer in the process of classifying and recycling.
The communication unit 104 serves as an information interaction intermediary between the classified recovery client 100 and the classified recovery box, and on one hand, the communication unit 104 may update and write user configuration information and statistical information into a recovery box information unit of the classified recovery box, where the user configuration information is preset in the classified recovery client 100, and is configured by a user when, for example, a mobile phone app is downloaded, and the information includes: the deposit returns account information. On the other hand, as an illustration, the communication unit 104 is also configured to read acceptance information from the recycle bin information unit to notify the user of the acceptance result. In another aspect, as an example, the communication unit 104 is further configured to read, from the recycle bin information unit, statistical information written by a plurality of classified recycle clients corresponding to the classified recycle bin, and write the read statistical information to the statistical unit 103. The recycling bin information unit is as follows: a local storage unit located on the sort recycle bin or a cloud storage unit on the network.
As an example, the statistical unit 103 is further configured to reset the recorded statistical information after receiving a reset instruction, and/or delete the statistical information of the corresponding recycling component after receiving a component fetching instruction.
It should be noted that after the recovery component is put in, delivery confirmation is performed on the classification recovery client 100, so that the classification recovery client 100 uploads the statistical information, and meanwhile, the classification recovery client 100 needs to update the idle state of the recovery bit number, and update the state of the recovery bit number in which the recovery component has been put from empty to full.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the classified recycling client scans the identification codes, so that a user can quickly obtain the information of the identification codes such as classified disposition deposit, class codes and the like of the recycling component, and obtains corresponding disposal mode information and recycling serial numbers according to the information of the identification codes, so that garbage recycling and putting can be performed without manually memorizing complex classification knowledge.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, there is shown a schematic structural diagram of a sorting and recycling bin 200 for recycling components according to a third embodiment of the present invention, where the sorting and recycling bin 200 includes: a plurality of removable trays 201, each tray being divided by a partition 2011 into a plurality of sorting grooves 2012 having sorting groove numbers, the sorting grooves 2012 being used for sorting and placing the recovery parts; one end of the sorting chute 2012 has an open sorting chute pour outlet; the sorting recycling bin 200 further includes: a recycle bin information unit 202, configured to receive and store user recycle information written by the communication unit of the classified recycle client; the recycle bin information unit 202 is a local storage unit located on the classified recycle bin or a cloud storage unit on the network, wherein the user recycle information includes: user configuration information and statistical information, the statistical information comprising: recovering the unique ID identification of the component and classifying and disposing deposit; the sort-recycle-acceptance means reads the user recycle information from the recycle bin information unit 202 and examines the recycle components placed in sort in the sort recycle bin corresponding to the user recycle information. As an illustration, the statistical information further includes a recycle number.
Each tray 201 and the box body form the same or different recovery spaces, the height and the area of the tray can be flexibly set, and recovery parts with different volumes can be placed in the recovery spaces with different sizes. Referring to fig. 4A, which is a schematic diagram illustrating an example of a tray, each tray 201 is divided by a partition 2011 into a plurality of classification slots 2012 of different categories, one classification slot 2012 is used for placing one or more recycling components in a classified manner, different classification slots 2012 generally have different classifications, each classification slot 2012 has a classification slot number 2013 corresponding to one another, and in this example, the recycling number is specifically the classification slot number 2013. It will be appreciated that a sorting tray 201 may not contain all the sorts, but a part of them, for example, 8 recycling categories in total, and a tray having 4 sorting slots each corresponding to one recycling category, requiring two sorting trays corresponding to all the sorts.
Referring to fig. 4B, as another exemplary schematic diagram of the tray, each tray 201 is divided into a plurality of different types of sorting slots 2012 by a partition 2011, unlike the foregoing example, each sorting slot 2012 has a plurality of recycling bits 2014, each recycling bit 2014 has a recycling bit number 2015 corresponding to one another, in this example, the recycling numbers are specifically recycling bit numbers 2015, for example, a1, a2, B1, B2, B3, and the like, letters represent sorting slots 2012 where the recycling bits 2014 are located, and numbers represent the position ordering of the recycling bits 2014 in the sorting slots 2012.
In one case, the recycling bin information unit 202 is a cloud storage unit on the network, and if the communication unit 104 of the classified recycling client 100 sends preset user configuration information and statistical information to the cloud storage unit on the network, the classified recycling acceptance device logs in the network center through the bound recycling bin number or through scanning the user account two-dimensional code, and acquires the user configuration information and the statistical information corresponding to the user configuration information from the cloud storage unit on the network.
In another case, the recycle bin information unit 202 is a local storage unit located on the classification recycle bin, and if the communication unit 104 of the classification recycle client 100 sends the preset user configuration information and the statistical information to the local storage unit of the classification recycle bin, the local storage unit stores the user configuration information written by the classification recycle client 100 and the statistical information corresponding to the user configuration information, and can be read by the classification recycle acceptance device. The information interaction between the Communication unit 104 and the recycling bin information unit 202 may be implemented by technologies such as Near Field Communication (NFC), non-contact Radio Frequency Identification (RFID), and bluetooth.
Note that one deposit-return account and sort-recovery box 200 may be shared for one family. Furthermore, for some specific units, for example, for a plurality of employees in a company, a plurality of users having respective deposit-returning accounts can share one sort recycling bin 200, and the statistical unit 103 of the sort recycling client 100 can bind the identification code and the deposit-returning account one by one and write the binding relationship into the recycling bin information unit 202, so that different users can be distinguished.
As an example, the recycle box information unit 202 of the embodiment of the present invention is further configured to receive acceptance information written by the classification recycling acceptance apparatus, where the written acceptance information is read by the classification recycling client 100, and the user can view an acceptance result through the classification recycling client 100.
As another example, as shown in fig. 4A and 4B, the tray 201 according to the embodiment of the present invention is provided with a corresponding fixing device 2016, and the fixing device 2016 is configured to fix the recycling component placed on the sorting slot and keep the identification code of the recycling component from being blocked. The tray also comprises a withdrawing device which is used for uniformly withdrawing the fixing device in the whole tray range so that the recovery part on the classification groove is in a free state. The retracting means and the securing means may be of one integral construction or may be of two different discrete constructions. Fixing device can contain magic subsides, rubber band or slipknot ribbon etc. can fix the recovery part of looks adaptation, and its effect prevents to deliver to retrieve the slight jolt in the inspection process and destroys the outside not state of placing that shelters from of identification code. For example, by activating the withdrawing device, the magic tape is separated or the rubber band is retracted, so that the recovering component on the recovering position is in a free state.
As another example, the sort recovery box 200 of the embodiment of the present invention may include: a removable large piece pallet 203 having a pallet slot with a closed periphery for mixed storage of large piece retrieval members of each category and/or for replacement of receiving retrieval members when the sorting slot is full, the large piece retrieval members being retrieval members having a size exceeding the receiving limit of the sorting slot. For example, large cartons, plastic bags and the like are used for sealing packaged large kitchen waste.
As another example, the sorting recycling bin 200 according to an embodiment of the present invention may further include: an expanded sorting tray having a plurality of sorting grooves of different kinds for sorting and accommodating the recovery member not containing the identification code.
As another example, the outer surface of the box 204 of the sorting recycling bin 200 according to the embodiment of the present invention has a first concave-convex structure with a code, and when the sorting recycling bin is placed in the transfer recycling bin, the first concave-convex structure of the sorting recycling bin 200 is complementary to and seamlessly embedded in the second concave-convex structure in only one small bin of the transfer recycling bin, so as to avoid the bin being misplaced after the sorting recycling bin 200 is inspected.
The classification recycling bin provided by the embodiment of the invention is provided with the classification slots with the classification slot numbers, so that a user can accurately put the recycling components at the specified positions of the classification recycling bin according to the recycling numbers of the classification recycling client, the classification accuracy is improved, and the classification method is efficient and convenient.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a transfer recovery cabinet. The courier can place the sort bin 200 into a transit bin. The transfer recovery cabinet is a transfer facility for connecting the delivery person and the inspection and acceptance person, so that the delivery person and the inspection and acceptance person do not need to wait for each other and perform centralized inspection and acceptance, and the efficiency is improved. The transfer recovery cabinet is provided with a plurality of small cabinets with doors and locks for multiple users, and is positioned at a position where the multiple users are convenient, and each user has the own small cabinet and a key for transferring and storing the classified recovery box containing the recovery components; the small cabinet door is positioned on one large cabinet door, and the large cabinet door can be opened by an inspector, so that all the classified recycling boxes in the small cabinet bin can be obtained. The delivery person can drop into the cabinet storehouse that oneself belongs to with categorised collection box at any time, and all rubbish in the inspection and acceptance personnel can regularly inspect the transit collection box, and the delivery person can take away oneself categorised collection box that is emptied after the recovery time.
Referring to fig. 5 to 7, the fourth, fifth and sixth embodiments of the present invention provide a sorting, recycling and acceptance apparatus 300 for recycling parts, which includes a recycling information interaction unit 301, a visual inspection unit 302, an acceptance unit 303 and a data transceiving unit 304.
A recycling information interaction unit 301, configured to obtain user configuration information and statistical information corresponding to the user configuration information from a recycling bin information unit of the classified recycling bin; wherein the statistical information comprises: the unique ID identification and classification of the recovery part are used for disposing deposit; the user configuration information includes: refund the account with the deposit;
a visual inspection unit 302, comprising:
a tray placing table 3021 for placing a tray of the recovery box;
the camera sub-unit 3022 is configured to collect a shot image within a range corresponding to the tray;
the identification positioning subunit 3023 is configured to identify an identification code from the captured image, obtain identification code information, and position a classification slot number in which each identification code is located; wherein the identification code information includes: unique ID identification, classified disposition deposit and class coding;
the acceptance unit 303 is configured to judge whether the acceptance passes and generate acceptance information according to the statistical information, the identification code information, and the classification slot number in which the identification code is located;
the data transceiving unit 304 is used for sending the corresponding identification code information and the deposit return account to the data center when the payment is approved, receiving validity check information sent by the data center, and generating classification dumping prompt information according to the validity check information; the data center checks the validity of the identification code according to the identification code information, generates validity checking information, marks the ID state as returned deposit after the ID is true and the ID state is the unreturned deposit, and sends the classified deposit of the recovery part with the effective identification code to a corresponding deposit returning account.
As an example, the image pickup sub-unit 3022 is composed of a plurality of cameras, and can quickly acquire the identification code of the recovery part on the tray placement table 3021 and send the identification code to the identification positioning sub-unit 3023. In an array formed by a plurality of cameras, each camera is respectively responsible for shooting an identification code in each visual field area, and is provided with an independent controller and a voice coil motor which can control automatic exposure and focusing, so that a clear and sharp shot image is obtained, and then the identification positioning subunit 3023 can identify each classification groove and the pixel (coordinate) range thereof in the shot image according to the preset characteristics of the classification groove; in addition, the identification positioning subunit 3023 may also detect each identification code and its pixel (coordinate) range in the image, and obtain the content of each identification code; and finally, positioning each identification code to a classification groove according to the relationship between the pixel range of each identification code and the pixel range of each classification groove in the shot image to obtain the number of the classification groove in which each identification code is positioned.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the identification code information generated by the identification positioning subunit 3023 represents the information of the recycled component actually delivered by the user, the statistical information obtained from the recycled information interacting unit 301 represents the information of the recycled component reported by the user, and by comparing the two pieces of information with the serial number of the classification slot in which the identification code is located, it is possible to determine whether the actual delivery is consistent with the user report, and thus, the acceptance check is completed.
As another illustration, the acceptance unit 303 of the embodiment of the present invention includes:
a classification acceptance subunit 3031, configured to query a local database according to the class code in the identification code information, obtain a queried classification slot number, and determine whether classification is in compliance according to the queried classification slot number and the classification slot number in which the identification code is located; and accumulating the classified disposition deposit of the classified compliance to obtain the refundable amount;
an amount acceptance subunit 3032, configured to compare the classified disposition deposit in the statistical information under the same deposit return account with the refundable amount, and determine whether the deposit passes acceptance;
the local database of the classification acceptance subunit 3031 stores: a category code, and a classification slot number corresponding to the category code.
The method comprises the following steps of checking and accepting the recovery parts in the classification recovery box of the whole delivery person, wherein the recovery parts are checked and accepted as follows: all recycling parts under the same deposit return account are comprehensively approved. The delivery person may scan the identification code of a certain recovery part, but the recovery part is not delivered to the classified recovery box before submitting, or the recovery part is replaced by another recovery part after scanning the identification code of a certain recovery part and delivered, or the recovery part is not placed in a correct recovery position during delivery, so that the discrepancy between the classified deposit amount and the returnable amount occurs.
The classification acceptance subunit 3031 firstly queries a local database according to the identification code information to obtain a queried classification slot number, judges whether classification is in compliance according to the queried classification slot number and the classification slot number where the identification code is located, and under the condition of compliance, the amount acceptance subunit 3032 checks and confirms the amount of the deposit, compares the classified disposition deposit and the returnable amount in the statistical information under the same deposit return account, and judges whether the acceptance passes.
It will be appreciated that the sort recovery bin may be returned to its original position and marked when it fails to pass inspection, for example, a double-sided identification plate on the sort recovery bin is turned to the "please check for errors" side and the other side is "please empty", thereby alerting the inspector to avoid the next repeat inspection if the courier does not take the sort recovery bin.
It should be noted that, after the recycling part receives the classified disposition deposit through the deposit return account of the acceptance and delivery person, the local database of the classified recycling client is automatically updated, the state of the recycling position number corresponding to the recycling part passing the acceptance is updated, and the recycling position number is updated from full to empty, so that the user can deliver the recycling part by using the recycling position next time.
As another example, the amount acceptance sub-unit 3032 in the embodiment of the present invention is configured to calculate a sum of classified deposit amounts in the statistical information under the same deposit amount return account, to obtain a requested return amount, and determine that the acceptance is passed when the requested return amount is equal to the refundable amount; otherwise, judging that the acceptance fails.
Or, the user configuration information further includes: checking the margin range of the deposit; the amount acceptance subunit 3032 is configured to calculate the total amount of the classified deposit in the statistical information under the same deposit return account, so as to obtain the requested return amount; when the difference between the requested refund amount and the refund amount is within the range of the checking deposit difference, judging that the refund amount passes the checking acceptance; otherwise, judging that the acceptance fails.
As another example, the acceptance information according to the embodiment of the present invention may include one or a combination of the following: whether the check acceptance is passed, the amount of money requested to be returned, the amount of money refundable, and the difference between the amount of money requested to be returned and the amount of money refundable.
As another example, the recycling information interacting unit 301 of the embodiment of the present invention is further configured to write acceptance information into a recycling bin information unit of the classified recycling bin.
As an illustration, the identification positioning subunit 3023 of the embodiment of the present invention is further configured to identify whether the identification code is abnormal from the captured image; then, the classification recycling acceptance apparatus 300 further includes:
a human-computer interaction unit 305 for displaying images of the tray and the recovery part on a display screen or an AR device, indicating the positions of the recovery part with abnormal identification codes and unqualified classification, and prompting whether the recovery part passes acceptance or not; when the identification code is abnormal, indicating the position of the abnormal part; when the identification code is normal and the classification is not qualified, a prompt image is superposed on the position corresponding to the recovery component in the image, and the prompt image when the classification is not qualified comprises the classification groove number of the classification qualification.
As another example, the sorting, recycling, and acceptance apparatus 300 according to the embodiment of the present invention further includes a sorting bin 306 located below the tray placement stage 3021, where the sorting bin 306 corresponds to each sorting slot of the tray, and sorts and stores the recycling components that are in compliance with the sorting; the inlet of the classification storage bin 306 is provided with a classification isolation plate which is in seamless butt joint with the isolation plate at the dumping outlet of the classification groove of the tray placed on the classification storage bin according to classification; when the deck of the pallet placing table 3021 rotates together with the pallet, the recovery parts in the sorting tray are kept sorted and poured into the sorting storage bin 306.
Referring to fig. 8, there is shown a schematic structural diagram of a sorting, recycling and acceptance equipment 400 for recycling components according to a seventh embodiment of the present invention, where the sorting, recycling and acceptance equipment 400 includes: a classified recovery acceptance device 401, a classified recovery vehicle 402 and a classified recovery container 403; the classified recovery vehicle 402 is used for transporting the classified recovery acceptance device 401 and the classified recovery container 403; the classification recycling acceptance device 401 is the classification recycling acceptance device described in the fourth, fifth or sixth embodiment; the sorting bin of the sorting, recycling and acceptance device 401 has a sorting and dumping outlet and the sorting and recycling container 403 has a sorting inlet, and when the sorting and dumping outlet is in butt joint with the sorting inlet, the recycling component keeps sorted emptying from the sorting bin to the sorting and recycling container 403.
In this embodiment, the acceptance officer is equipped with the sorting recovery acceptance equipment 400 for efficient and low-cost acceptance. The sorting and recovering vehicle 402 is a vehicle carrying the sorting and recovering acceptance device 401, the sorting and recovering container 403, and an acceptance checker, and goes to each recovery place for operation. The classification recycling acceptance device 401 is provided with wheels to be pushed from the classification recycling vehicle 402 to a working site for working.
The sorting and recovering container 403 is a storage container for large-capacity sorting and recovering components, and has a bottom with a sorting and dumping outlet capable of being butted with a sorting inlet of the sorting and recovering container, and can keep emptying the recovering components sorted to the sorting and recovering container 403 after the sorting and storing container is full. When the sorted and recovered container 403 is full, the sorted and recovered vehicle 402 keeps the sorted and emptied at the terminal, and the empty sorted and recovered container 403 is replaced to continue the operation. The different types of recovery parts are sent to different types of garbage disposal units after being accumulated to reach the delivery quantity.
The classification recycling acceptance device 300 and the classification recycling acceptance equipment 400 in the embodiment of the invention can identify the identification code of the recycling part, can acquire user configuration information and corresponding statistical information from the recycling bin information unit of the classification recycling bin, and can complete acceptance according to the statistical information, the identification code information and the classification slot number where the identification code is located, thereby ensuring the accuracy of classification through inspection, and sending the classified processing deposit of the recycling part which passes acceptance to the corresponding deposit return account, so that people can intuitively feel the value brought by recycling, improve the enthusiasm of people, and effectively help the popularization and implementation of the classification recycling of the recycling part.
Referring to fig. 9, a schematic structural diagram of a sorting and recycling system 500 for recycling components according to an eighth embodiment of the present invention is shown, where the sorting and recycling system 500 includes: a classification recovery client 501, a classification recovery box 502 and a classification recovery acceptance device 503; the classification recycling client 501 is the classification recycling client described in the first and second embodiments; the sorting and recycling bin 502 is the sorting and recycling bin described in the third embodiment; the classification recycling acceptance device 503 is the classification recycling acceptance device described in the fourth, fifth, and sixth embodiments.
The classification recovery method will be specifically described below.
Referring to fig. 10, a flow chart diagram of a classified recycling method of a recycling component according to a ninth embodiment of the present invention is shown. The classified recovery method comprises the following steps:
step 600, scanning the identification codes on the recovery components by the classified recovery client to obtain identification code information; the identification code information includes: unique ID identification, classified disposition deposit and class coding;
601, querying a local database by the classified recovery client according to the identification code information to obtain corresponding disposal mode information and recovery numbers;
when a postman puts the recycling component into the sorting recycling bin, the sorting recycling client can scan the identification code on the recycling component to obtain the category code and give prompt information for sorting and disposing deposit, and further, the sorting and recycling client can query a local database through the category code to obtain disposal mode information, a recycling category and prompt information of a recycling position number in an empty state. And the delivery person correspondingly disposes the recovery part according to the disposal mode information and puts the recovery part into the recovery position corresponding to the classified recovery box according to the prompted recovery position number. Thereafter, the recovery member may be fixed by the fixing means while keeping the identification code facing outward without being shielded.
Step 602, the classified recovery client records statistical information, where the statistical information includes: recovering the unique ID identification of the component and classifying and disposing deposit;
step 603, the classified recycling client updates and writes user configuration information and statistical information into a recycling bin information unit of the classified recycling bin;
after the recovery component is put in, delivery confirmation can be carried out on the classified recovery client side, so that the classified recovery client side uploads statistical information to the recovery box information unit, meanwhile, the classified recovery client side updates the idle state of the recovery position, and the state of the recovery position where the recovery component is put in is updated from empty to full.
Step 604, the classified recovery acceptance device obtains user configuration information and statistical information from the recovery box information unit;
605, collecting shot images in the tray range of the classified recovery box by the classified recovery acceptance device, and placing recovery parts on the tray in a classified manner;
step 606, identifying the identification codes from the shot images by the classified recovery acceptance device, acquiring identification code information and positioning the serial numbers of the classification grooves in which the identification codes are positioned;
step 607, the classification recycling acceptance check device judges whether the statistical information, the identification code information and the classification slot number where the identification code is located pass the acceptance check and generates acceptance check information;
step 608, when the classified recovery acceptance device passes the acceptance, the classified recovery acceptance device sends the corresponding identification code information to the data center;
step 609, the data center checks the validity of the identification code according to the identification code information to generate validity checking information, and sends the classified disposition deposit of the recovery part with the valid identification code to a corresponding deposit return account;
and step 610, the classified recycling acceptance device receives the validity checking information sent by the data center and generates classified dumping prompt information according to the validity checking information.
It should be noted that, after the acceptance check is passed, the inspector can operate the tray placing table and rotate the tray together to a certain angle, and can hold the recovery part on the tray to be classified and poured to the classified storage bin; the inspection and acceptance staff can also put the large pieces in the temporary storage classification frame into the classification storage bin. The bottom of the classified storage bin is provided with a classified dumping outlet which can be butted with a classified inlet of a classified recovery container, and the classified storage bin can keep the recovery component to be emptied to the classified recovery container in a classified manner after being full. After the classified recovery container is full, the classified recovery vehicle keeps classified emptying at the hub, and the empty classified recovery container is replaced so as to continue operation.
According to the embodiment of the invention, through the mutual cooperation of the classified recovery client, the classified recovery box and the classified recovery acceptance device, the cost and the difficulty of classified recovery are reduced, the accuracy, the informatization and the automation level of classification are improved, the implementation mode is intelligent, efficient and convenient, and clear and quantifiable data can be provided for the environmental cost saved by a recovery processing unit.
Each embodiment in the present specification focuses on differences from other embodiments, and the same and similar parts between the embodiments may be referred to each other. As for the method embodiment, since it is basically similar to the apparatus embodiment, the description is simple, and the relevant points can be referred to the partial description of the method embodiment.

Claims (6)

1. A classified recycling client of a recycling component, the classified recycling client comprising:
a scanning unit configured to obtain identification code information by scanning an identification code on a recovery component, the identification code information including: unique ID identification, classified disposition deposit and class coding;
the query unit is used for querying a local database according to the identification code information to obtain corresponding disposal mode information and recovery numbers; wherein the recovery number is: the classification groove numbers corresponding to the classification grooves of the classification recycling bin; the local database of the query unit stores: category codes, disposal mode information corresponding to the category codes, and classification slot numbers; the inquiry unit inquires a local database according to the class code of the identification code information to obtain the disposal mode information and the classification groove number corresponding to the class code;
a statistical unit for recording statistical information, wherein the statistical information comprises: recovering the unique ID identification of the component and classifying and disposing deposit;
and the communication unit is used for updating and writing user configuration information and the statistical information into a recycling bin information unit of the classified recycling bin.
2. The classification recycling client of claim 1,
the communication unit is further used for reading acceptance information from the recycling bin information unit and/or reading statistical information which is updated and written by a plurality of classified recycling clients corresponding to the classified recycling bin from the recycling bin information unit and writing the read statistical information into the statistical unit.
3. The classification reclamation client of claim 2,
the statistical unit is also used for resetting the recorded statistical information after receiving a reset instruction, and/or deleting the statistical information corresponding to the recovery component after receiving a component taking-out instruction.
4. The taxonomic recovery client according to any one of claims 1 to 3,
the recovery number is a recovery bit number; the identification code information further includes component recycling size information; the local database of the query unit stores: the method comprises the steps of class encoding, disposal mode information and classification slot numbers corresponding to the class encoding, a plurality of recovery bit numbers corresponding to the classification slot numbers, size information of the recovery bits and position arrangement information; the statistical information further includes: the recovery bit numbers and the empty and full states of all the recovery bit numbers, and the initial states are empty states;
the query unit includes:
the first acquisition subunit is used for inquiring a local database according to the class code of the identification code information to acquire the disposal mode information and the classification slot number corresponding to the class code;
the second acquisition subunit is used for inquiring a local database and statistical information according to the classification slot numbers and acquiring a plurality of recovery bit numbers in an empty state corresponding to the classification slot numbers;
and the recovery bit allocation subunit is used for allocating one or more recovery bit numbers of adjacent empty states from the recovery bit numbers of the empty states according to the component recovery size information, the size information of the recovery bits and the position arrangement information.

the recovery bit allocation subunit is further configured to allocate the large recovery space when no recovery bit number of one or more adjacent empty states satisfying the component recovery size information is allocated and the number of recovery components in the large recovery space is less than a preset recovery number threshold.
