Detailed Description
The following describes embodiments of the present invention in detail. The embodiments described below are exemplary and are intended to be illustrative of the present invention and should not be construed as limiting the present invention, and all other embodiments that can be obtained by one of ordinary skill in the art based on the embodiments of the present invention without inventive step fall within the scope of the present invention.
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, specific embodiments thereof are described in detail below.
The conventional antibacterial fabric is mainly subjected to antibacterial treatment on the formed fabric, namely, the fabric is firstly woven by common fibers and then dipped in prepared antibacterial liquid, so that antibacterial ingredients are adhered to the fabric to obtain the antibacterial fabric; after the antibacterial fabric is made into clothes, the antibacterial component adhered to the antibacterial fabric is separated out to realize the antibacterial effect. According to the antibacterial fabric, along with the washing of clothes, the antibacterial components adhered to the fabric are gradually separated, so that the antibacterial performance of the clothes is weaker and weaker until the antibacterial function disappears.
In order to solve the problem that the existing antibacterial fabric is short in duration of antibacterial performance, the invention provides an antibacterial fabric which comprises warp yarns and weft yarns, wherein the warp yarns and the weft yarns are interwoven with each other; the warp yarns and the weft yarns are both antibacterial yarns; according to the weight parts, the antibacterial yarn comprises 5-40 parts of color cotton fibers, 30-65 parts of long-staple raw cotton fibers and 30 parts of antibacterial fibers.
According to the method, the antibacterial yarn with the antibacterial function is obtained by adding the antibacterial fiber into the yarn, and then the antibacterial yarn is further woven to obtain the antibacterial fabric with the antibacterial function; the antibacterial fabric is antibacterial through the antibacterial molecules released by the antibacterial fibers, and the antibacterial molecules are not easy to fall off in the washing process of clothes, so that the antibacterial effect is durable.
According to the antibacterial fabric, the warp yarns and the weft yarns of the antibacterial fabric are made of the antibacterial yarns, so that the content of antibacterial components is increased, and the antibacterial effect of the antibacterial fabric is improved; on the other hand, the uniformity of the antibacterial effect of the antibacterial fabric is improved.
For when guaranteeing antibiotic surface fabric antibacterial effect, improve the travelling comfort and the feature of environmental protection that improve antibiotic surface fabric, the preferred antibiotic yarn of this application is spun by various cotton fiber, long fine hair raw cotton fiber and antibiotic fibre and obtains to further preferred, according to the part by weight, antibiotic yarn includes the various cotton fiber of 5 ~ 40 parts by weight, the long fine hair raw cotton fiber of 30 ~ 65 parts by weight and the antibiotic fibre of 30 parts by weight.
According to the antibacterial fabric provided by the invention, the antibacterial fiber is added in the spinning process to obtain the antibacterial yarn, the antibacterial yarn is used as the warp and the weft to be woven to obtain the antibacterial fabric, and then the antibacterial fiber in the antibacterial fabric releases antibacterial molecules to realize the antibacterial effect, so that the antibacterial molecules are not easy to fall off in the clothes washing process, the washing resistance of the antibacterial fabric is improved, and the antibacterial effect of the antibacterial fabric is durable.
The antibacterial fiber in the application can be natural antibacterial fiber, such as lavender fiber, bamboo fiber and the like, and can also be obtained by modifying common fiber; the antibacterial fiber is preferably a modal fiber containing silicon dioxide, namely the antibacterial fiber is obtained by modifying the modal fiber with substances such as silicon dioxide; in the using process, the silicon dioxide component in the antibacterial fiber is used for sterilization to realize the antibacterial effect; in order to ensure the antibacterial effect, the content of silicon dioxide in the antibacterial fabric is preferably 1000 ppm; the application does not improve the modification method, and the specific modification process can be seen in the related prior art.
In the antibacterial fabric, the antibacterial yarns as the warp yarns and the antibacterial yarns as the weft yarns can be completely the same or different, that is, the antibacterial yarns as the warp yarns and the antibacterial yarns as the weft yarns can be the same or different in composition and can be specifically determined according to product requirements.
Furthermore, the antibacterial yarn can be common yarn obtained by blending color cotton fiber, long staple raw cotton fiber and antibacterial fiber according to the proportion, and can also be core-spun yarn; the application prefers the antibacterial yarn to be the covering yarn; the core-spun yarn comprises a yarn core and a yarn sheath coated outside the yarn core; one of the yarn core and the yarn sheath is antibacterial fiber.
Specifically, the core-spun yarn in the application comprises an external antibacterial core-spun yarn and an internal antibacterial core-spun yarn; the yarn core of the outer antibacterial core-spun yarn is colored cotton fiber and long-staple raw cotton fiber, and the yarn sheath of the outer antibacterial core-spun yarn is antibacterial fiber; the yarn core of the inner antibacterial core-spun yarn is antibacterial fiber, and the yarn skin of the inner antibacterial core-spun yarn is colored cotton fiber and long-staple raw cotton fiber.
When the colored cotton fiber and the long-staple raw cotton fiber are used as yarn cores or yarn skins, the colored cotton fiber and the long-staple raw cotton fiber are preferably combined in a blending mode.
The outer antibacterial core-spun yarn directly releases antibacterial components through the antibacterial fibers arranged on the outer side for antibiosis, the antibacterial effect is rapid and direct, but the antibacterial components are easy to lose, so that the antibacterial effect is attenuated; the inner antibacterial core-spun yarn is antibacterial through antibacterial fibers arranged inside; in the antibacterial process, the antibacterial components released by the antibacterial fibers need to pass through the outside yarn skin and then contact with microbes such as bacteria and the like, so that the antibacterial effect is achieved, the antibacterial process is slow, but because the antibacterial fibers are coated inside the yarn skin, the antibacterial molecules are not easy to lose, and the antibacterial effect of the antibacterial fabric is more durable.
According to the antibacterial fabric, the proportion of the outer antibacterial core-spun yarn to the inner antibacterial core-spun yarn can be selected according to the antibacterial requirement of the fabric; for example, for a product with a short service cycle and low requirement on comfort, the warp and weft yarns are preferably the external antibacterial core-spun yarn, so that the antibacterial effect of the product in the service cycle is improved; for the product that the life cycle is longer, or require higher to the travelling comfort, but preferred warp and woof are interior antibiotic covering yarn to when guaranteeing the product travelling comfort, make the antibiotic effect of this product can last longer time, thereby guarantee that antibiotic effect can last in the whole life cycle of product.
Or the proportion of the outer antibacterial core spun yarn to the inner antibacterial core spun yarn in the antibacterial fabric can be set according to the requirement.
Specifically, in order to take the comfort of the antibacterial fabric and the continuity of the antibacterial effect into consideration, the warp yarn in the antibacterial fabric is preferably one of the outer antibacterial core-spun yarn and the inner antibacterial core-spun yarn, the weft yarn is the other one of the outer antibacterial core-spun yarn and the inner antibacterial core-spun yarn, namely the warp yarn is the outer antibacterial core-spun yarn, and the weft yarn is the inner antibacterial core-spun yarn; or the warp yarn is the inner antibacterial core-spun yarn, and the weft yarn is the outer antibacterial core-spun yarn.
On one hand, the color cotton fibers and the long-staple raw cotton fibers with higher comfort level are arranged on the outer side of the inner antibacterial core-spun yarn, so that the softness of the antibacterial fabric is improved, and the comfort level of the antibacterial fabric is ensured; on the other hand, the antibacterial fiber outside the external antibacterial core-spun yarn releases antibacterial molecules to achieve the aim of antibiosis; in addition, in the use process of the antibacterial fabric, in the initial stage of use, the antibacterial fibers outside the external antibacterial core-spun yarns in the antibacterial fabric have higher antibacterial molecule content and good antibacterial effect; at this time, as the antibacterial fibers in the inner antibacterial core-spun yarn are positioned inside the yarn sheath, and the yarn sheath has higher density, the antibacterial molecules in the inner antibacterial fibers are limited inside the inner antibacterial core-spun yarn under the obstruction of the yarn sheath; along with the increase of the service time of the antibacterial fabric and the increase of the cleaning times of the antibacterial fabric, the antibacterial molecule content in the antibacterial fiber at the outer side of the external antibacterial core-spun yarn is gradually reduced, and the antibacterial effect is gradually reduced; at the moment, the density of the outer yarn skin of the inner antibacterial core-spun yarn is gradually reduced, and the gap between adjacent fibers is increased, so that antibacterial molecules in the antibacterial fibers inside the inner antibacterial core-spun yarn easily reach the surface of the antibacterial fabric through the yarn skin, and the antibacterial effect of the antibacterial fabric is further increased.
This application sets up into one in outer antibiotic covering yarn and the interior antibiotic covering yarn through warp and woof respectively for the different stages that antibiotic surface fabric used, outer antibiotic covering yarn and interior antibiotic covering yarn play the antibacterial action in turn, thereby the duration of antibiotic surface fabric antibiotic effect is prolonged, improves antibiotic effect.
In order to improve the comfort of the antibacterial fabric, the antibacterial yarn preferably comprises the colored cotton fiber and the long-staple raw cotton fiber, so that the softness and the sweat absorption of the antibacterial fabric are improved through the colored cotton fiber and the long-staple raw cotton fiber, and the use comfort is improved; meanwhile, due to the existence of the colored cotton fibers and the long-staple raw cotton fibers, the antibacterial fabric is not beneficial to airing after absorbing sweat or cleaning; the fabric is in a wet state for a long time, so that the survival of microorganisms such as bacteria is facilitated, and the probability of breeding the microorganisms such as bacteria in the fabric is increased; in order to facilitate the drying of the antibacterial fabric, the antibacterial fabric preferably comprises at least two knitting layers; the tightness of the knitted layer gradually increases from the inner layer to the outer layer.
The inner layer in the application specifically refers to one side of the antibacterial fabric close to a human body in the using process; on the contrary, the outer layer specifically refers to the side of the antibacterial fabric far away from the human body in the use process.
The tightness of the knitted layer from the inner layer to the outer layer is gradually increased, so that gaps between adjacent fibers in the antibacterial fabric are smaller and smaller from inside to outside, a capillary action can be formed in the gaps between the adjacent fibers, sweat secreted by a human body is easily guided to the outer side of the antibacterial fabric under the capillary action, and on one hand, the side, in contact with the human body, of the antibacterial fabric is kept dry and comfortable, and the use comfort is improved; on the other hand, behind sweat guide to the outside of antibiotic surface fabric, because outside circulation of air is better, be favorable to antibiotic surface fabric to dry, reduce the time that antibiotic surface fabric is in the humid state, and then reduce breeding of bacterium, improve antibiotic effect.
